Car was is always clean. Gets crowded at times but its 1 of the only sled washes in the area, I usually go at night when nobody is there. (Coin machines are hit and miss if they are working or not)

Good place to wash car for cheap. You need a lot of coins though.It is great they have some machines to get quarters

I love this place to wash my truck..it has lots of pressure and plenty of soap in the brush and the gun .also gives you more time..4 minutes for 2 dollars plenty of space ..and the owner is in the premises most of time..i recommend this business

The fithyist car wash Ive ever seen! Ground everywhere covered with garbage. It was disgusting and I will not return if it continues to be in this filthy state.

Large wash area, fairly clean

Today was my first time and probably not my last. I had heard good reviews so we went over in the afternoon. We found an open spot and read all the info. Overall, this is a great (and sort of fun) experience if you dont mind washing your own car.The machine accepts quarters. If you need quarters, there are $1 and $5 change machines in the middle. Every quarter is 30 seconds, with a minimum of 8 quarters ($2 for 4 minutes) and a maximum of 15 quarters ($3.75 for 7.5 minutes).Since a good amount of time will be spent brushing, I would recommend doing one round of $2 doing the pre soak up to the brush, take your time brushing your car, then another round of $2 doing the wax and rinsing (disclaimer: I didnt use the wax feature).There are vacuums in the front and back. Its $1.50 (6 quarters) for 4 minutes. (I also didnt use the vacuum.)Bring your own drying towels. I think they have paper towels in the back, but save the environment.It was nice doing my own car wash, since I got to scrub and get to places a typical machine car wash doesnt get to.

THIS WAS THE BEST PLACE IVE EVER WASHED MY CAR $2.75 to wash your car for 5 minutes tried 3 of the 5 or 6 available car wash booths and they all work the same a couple 9f the vacuums both worked but could use a stronger suction.. Considering I always spend at least $10 if I wash wax vacuum and $13 if I purchase an air freshen and Armor All.

I like this place, its well maintained and I have found it easy to get in and out swifty. I also like the length of time given to soap, wash your vehicle and rinse. I feel its ample time for the price. (Unless you have a huge truck). I have never had a problem with the change machines either which is a plus when your on the go.Con: probably not their fault, but I wish the vacuum had greater suction strength so I gave them four stars, highly recommend this place.

If your just looking for a quick wash. Just be careful with the brushes especially if you have a black car. Youll notice some scratches.

Terrible equipment. Missing labels. Got my car semi clean for $3 but I was harder than it should have been. Wax never came out. So no shine and plenty of spots.

You cant find the $2 car wash deal anywhere else in the bay. The equipment have always worked fine at all my past visits. Theres always abundent quarters in change machine.

Super easy and cheap. Not crowded and they also have vacuums. Amazed that my car could look so clean so fast. Just as fast as a drive thru car wash, cheaper, and car is way cleaner.

Rip off car wash. The equipment here is good, Im just not not thrilled about the pricing and time limit. The machines force you to use $3.75 max for only about 5 minutes. At least I think it was 5 minutes, because you cant read the time limits from being worn off. So right in the middle of your final rinse after scrambling as fast as you can to get the car washed, the damn machine cuts off and forces you to put another $2 in. Why cant it just be $5 for 15 minutes like 7 flags car wash. Stop scamming people with these machines.

When I went there seemed to be soap residue left on my car even tho I rinsed well. Ive gone back since with better results. Maybe its just the one on the end that sucks.

I would have given this place a higher star rating but it seems like this car wash is getting worse each time I visit.Last time I was there both coin machines were down and not working. Half of their stations has something broken, either the water hose or the soap sponge. They need to fix and improve their stations.Plus side - its the only self car-wash station in Castro Valley so you kinda dont have a choice but to use them.

Come here all the time to wash my car. Last time the hose was leaking soap. When I told the manager, he immediately refunded me money without any delay. Great customer service.
