Did a great job on my car, brought it in as a walk-in with no appointment and it was all done within 5 days. The service representative Becky was very helpful and knew exactly what state my car was in at all times (I called every day). Very great shop, great service, great work, and friendly environment. Would definitely recommend.

I have been very pleased with the service at Adams Autoworx over the years. That goes back to when the shop was Bud Adams up by the Community Center Park on Lake Chabot Road.Everyone there has always been friendly, courteous, and up front about the work done on my trucks. Regular maintenance and repair services have been performed timely and at a reasonable price. My 2002 Ford pickup has just short of 270,000 miles on it.

I got a flat tire down the road and got towed here first thing in the morning. They were so helpful, took my car right away and had me back on the road in under an hour. Great service, I highly recommend.

One of my friends recommended Adam’s to me. She couldn’t say enough good things about Adam’s. So I made an appointment for my daughters car. She needed some work done and an oil change. On bringing the car to Adam’s they were very informative, helpful and friendly. We left the car over night with them and were promised the car by 2pm the next day. We had the car back in our possession by 12:30. On the 50 point inspection that was done there were a few things that I couldn’t afford to fix at this time. They were not pushy about getting these items fixed at all. I was going looking into my warranty I bought for my daughters car to see if those other things are covered. Only I don’t have to do the research or call Adam’s will be doing that for me. I absolutely love Adam’s and will be bring my daughters car back for all future work. I know my daughter will be in a safe running car on the roads because of Adam’s. Thank you so much staff at Adam’s. You all get 5 stars from me.

An honest Business!!!I recently had a 4 lift kit installed on my 2012 Ford F350 pickup truck. The company said I needed several suspension parts replaced. Wanting a second opinion , I looked for a local mechanic shop. Like everyone, I looked for positive reviews. Adams Autoworx had very good reviews, so I decided to bring my truck to them. The mechanics at Adams found my truck needed nothing! If I would have gone with the original company, I would have paid at least $1800 for nothing.Not only did they check my suspension, they inspected my engine compartment and found I was low on brake fluid, which they topped off. The entire appointment cost me $45.Becky is super nice and professional, they have a lounge with Keurig coffee, a TV and phone chargers for customer use. This is the kind of business you would find in a high-end City like Alamo and we are lucky enough to have it here in Castro Valley. I highly recommend.

Holidays are always stressful, throw in a car that won’t start..Not fun! I called Another shop who was supposed to call me back Friday and ignored my calls. Tuesday I call Adam’s had an amazing experience. Robert picked up on the first ring and told my to bring my car down. Yes, they were busy ( after holiday weekend) but he said they’d get to it and I had my car back within 24hours. I was looking for a place to have my 2002 Suzuki serviced. Took a chance on Autoworx even though they are 35 miles from where I live. WELL worth the drive! Adams Tireworx performed a flat repair on a front tire with a nail in it. I paid $30 to save a $175 Pirelli tire, which was a great value for me. As usual, they did a good job and squeezed me in that day with no appointment despite being fully booked. Also, their staff is very pleasant and professional.

Right before we picked up our truck from being serviced at Adam’s, my wife noticed her car tire was very low. The following morning it was completely flat. I pumped it up so we could pick up our truck at Adam’s. Robert, although busy with other stuff, kept our car to fix. Later he called us to say the tire had a razor blade and a nail in sidewall and was not serviceable. Also with AWD we need to replace all tires, especially since they’re old and cracked. He ordered the tires and the car actually rides must nicer. Thanks Robert.

Today my truck picked up a screw which stuck into one of the tires for a while. Luckily I found out about it and for safety I went to them right away. Becky and their technician helped me out checking the truck and now Im driving with confidence. They did it very fast and with no charge. Im very gratefurl to them. My car needed to be kept overnight during one service routine. Becky offered a rental in place of my out of commission vehicle. Not only was there no outta pocket charge for the rental but I was also provided a ride to the rental place by another member of the Adams team. I called in and spoke with Becky over the phone, she was very considerate and knowledgeable. I asked when I could get my car in for an oil change and she suggested I drop it off on my next ay off. I dropped it off and by the end of the day had already received a diagnostic test and her best recommendations for work to be done. No pressure to pay for anything I did not want to be done. She treated me like family. I received a brake inspection and my brakes done. I was told by another Auto service I need a whole complete set of front and back brakes without inspection. Autoworx is honest. I only needed front brakes and paid far less then what the San Leandro Chrysler service center said for my Jeep Compass. The Staff were professional and very happy people which made their service even more Professional. As an African American this business treated me like a human being they were happy to see and do business with. Becky is an Angel 😇 the rest of the staff especially the Mechanics are happy spirits and very welcoming. They even told me the first and last name of who was working on my car. Adams Autoworx is a very professional business and did an excellent job for me. Had a small mishap on one wheel where the technician accidentally nicked one of the wheels. They pointed it out to me, which I very much appreciated. They offered to fix the nick at no charge by an offsite wheel professional and I had them do that. The wheel came back perfect. Adams Autoworx has absolutely the best service out of all service shops! I had made an appointment but unfortunately the wheels I brought in to install did not fit my vehicle. They were the nicest and told me what would have to happen in order to make them fit. Although, they installed the wheels I brought in they didnt charge me since they did not fit! The service was required after a flat tire and towing to the service facility. The only drawback to the service was that I was not proactively contacted to let me know when the service was to be completed, and the fact that it had been completed. I had to take it upon myself to contact the facility to confirm the status of the work.

I’m working approximately 400 miles away from home when my Chevy Tahoe made a “ crunching” noise from the rear end. So I got on line and began searching for mechanics. Adams Autoworx has the best reviews. I called and made an appointment with Jim. I’m fearing the worst, a new rear end can cost thousands of dollars! Adams did a full diagnostics on the truck and couldn’t find anything wrong with the rear end. Jim called in a gear specialist just to make sure. He found everything in good condition. Adams Autoworx are an honest team! The cleanest shop I’ve ever seen. The “ crunching” noise was, I guess brake dust? I just drove home with confidence and no issues 😁 Jim even offered to let me borrow a car when my truck was in the shop. I was so stressed, I think Jim could tell. Great people. I will grade Adams Autoworx A+ . I think I made a friend with Jim 😎

After a couple bad experiences with my dealership’s service department, my dad suggested I go to Adams Autoworx. He had used them for a number of services over the years, and was always pleased with the quality and cost. I was equally pleased with everything. Without an appointment, my oil change was completed in under 4 hours. This was faster than any experience I had had at the dealership WITH an appointment. I was offered the promotional rate for oil change, multi-point inspection, and tire inspection/rotation. Becky was very polite, and followed up when my car was complete. They suggested a couple additional filter changes, but were in no way pushing me to do that right away. Overall, I was very happy and will definitely use them for future services. :)

Adams Autoworx did a great job fixing up my Toyota Yaris. It was a minor fix of the side mirror after another car hit me. They did a much better job of communicating to me than the auto insurance company did. When there was trouble with the insurance company they made sure I got taken care of. I will be back here for my next repairs.

I don’t even live here but had my car break down and my Friend here recommended you and as soon as I got there I knew I was in the right place everyone was so friendly and helpful... I would give anything to have a repair shop like this that I feel so comfortable with and feel is trustworthy. I feel like I have made friends here and they will do everything to help me to have a totally trustworthy car again. I am paying a lot of money to fix this car and they know how hard it is for me to do this and they are going out of their way to make it easier and by being very understanding.

Answered all my questions and if they didnt know the answer they took the time to find the details that I wanted. They also called for updates in my vehicle. Shop did a great job also. Diagnostics on a problem my regular mechanic could not diagnose. It was only a consult to get another pair of eyes on the issue. Cannot comment on quality until we try the fix they suggested. They Did quote the repair for this issue and other issues. Their prices seemed extremely high.

This is the first time using Adams Autoworx and it really is like using a dealership. Jim was very helpful with the state of work proposed for my mini. Two small dings - the amount of time it took to replace my clutch/battery - 4 days, and I have a small residual fluid leak that I’m monitoring. Don’t know if it’s an actual leak or some fluid that may have spilled. I do know they were quite busy that week. All in all, very satisfied.
