Great to work with! They got our whole basement carpeted and hardwood installed in our office in 1 day! So professional, they all wore masks, they worked around our 4 kids, etc. I wasnt 100% sure on the timeline for install since we were having other work done first and they worked around that. We had JB in Colorado Springs come to give us an estimate for tile and carpeting. He was very unprofessional from the start. Having to reschedule appointments with him multiple times gave us a super high bid and when I asked him to break down the cost between labor and materials he never came through even though he said multiple times he would get back to us. showed up to our house in gym shorts and a t-shirt without a mask and did not put one on even though everyone in our house was wearing them. Every other company we had come out to give us a bid was prompt, transparent, professional, either wore masks or offered to and took their shoes off In our house, not JB in COS.

Staff was wonderful! Price was fair, quality product and Mike was able to handle this on an expedited schedule. Workers arrived on time, were respectful of our belongings, and cleaned up before they left. The carpet looks great! This company exceeded our expectations! We moved into a 5,000 sq home in Colorado that needed the wood floors on the main level to be re-stained, as well as having flooring added (laced in) to 2 other rooms. The sales rep (JB) was not only professional, he was personable as well. The 3 man team (Sean, Chris, Josh ) were PHENOMENAL. They were timely, neat, respectful and masters of their craft. They were in my home for one week. Their work was impeccable. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Although it was a separate team, we also had Colorado carpet and flooring replace our entire second floor, as well as a spiral staircase with carpeting. They were extremely hard workers. They took one FULL day to complete the job. Again, I would highly recommend them. Bravo to the whole team!

Colorado Carpet and Flooring installed new carpet in my upstairs. They were great throughout the entire project. The staff is super knowledgeable and guided us to pick the right carpet for our family of kids and pets. The thing that stood out to me was the communication. They were in constant communication on the progress as well as install dates/times they would be onsite. They also installed new hardwoods in my brother in-laws house which turned out awesome as well. Would recommend them to anyone looking for carpet or any other type of flooring. two thumbs up!

Both Mike and Laura were great! They were both involved throughout the process and checked in frequently to ensure everything was completed correctly and on time.

My floors look great. 4 stars for that. A few things I was not told: Your trim might look roughed up after they are done. Factor in the costs of having that repaired/repainted/caulked after the job is done. The smell is headache inducing for a week after they are finished. I kept the windows open and the fans running constantly to try and flush it out. Lastly, you should cover your vents cause there is now a good amount of a dust/polyurethane mixture stuck on the inside of many vents. Factor that additional cost in to have someone clean out your vents.We had just had the house painted before they came in and worked. There were numerous dings and scrapes from their equipment. I had to call back to remind them to send someone to re-install the toilet. They left the outside electrical panel wide open to the elements and did not re-lock.We had a unique situation while in the estimate/ordering period that was made very clear from the beginning that we could not enter this house multiple times. They came out for the quote, then I was sent back for pictures to make sure of the wood type, all to have none of that be good enough and another trip was made by Dean to get a sample of the wood. This should have been handled on the first trip.But the floors look good.

The carpet was great. Some areas had extra strings that kept coming out that needed to be cut but the service was fantastic. All the old carpet was taken from the house for me and they were in and out while I was at work.
