I cant say enough positive praise for Oakwood Dental; every aspect has exceeded what I was used to from any other dentist!From scheduling to leaving, my experience was smooth---their office operates like a well-oiled machine. In the hands of my hygienist, Kathy, I felt safe, relaxed, and under professional care. She took extra effort to explain what came up, like the X-rays, techniques she was using, or potential problems she found, rather than assuming I wouldnt understand the terminology, which actually meant a lot to me. She answered my many questions, joked with me, and offered suggestions for better tooth care. I actually had to make myself stop smiling so she could do her job easier. The cleaning was as painless as it could be, too, as her work is exceptional after 20 years. Kathy is my favorite!!!Dr. Jones was as well top-notch and it was comforting to get his final say on some things that came up... I will be going back to get more work done, presumably under his care, and will update this review after so. Usually I dont look forward to the dentist, but Oakwood Dental has changed this. :)

Fantastic. I have dental anxiety and I can tell you, oak wood will take care of you! Dr. Jones is great but the staff is the best. Ive have experiences with both Sara and Courtney and they were both amazing and I’ve heard from friends that the rest of the staff is the same. Oakwood is a just a truly phenomenal dental practice. Dr. Jones did two significant implants from a prior trauma experience and I couldn’t be more happier with the results! My experience at Oakwood Dental was one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve had. Their services were outstanding and the recommended treatment moving forward was reasonable and only what I need. Dr. Michael Zendig and Sara Jayne are extremely knowledgeable and educate you throughout your visit. I didn’t leave there with any questions and they gained my trust after one visit. Lexi at the front was extremely helpful as well.

Professional, very knowledgeable and compassionate staff. I have an unusual fear of visiting the dentist but I was immediately comfortable with them. They took the time and explained everything and ensured that my experience was as pain free and as pleasant as possible. The entire staff, including dentists work together as a cohesive team, and after my first procedure, it was clear, that this would be my permanent home for all of our dental work.

Somehow my charge didnt go through on my bill when leaving the office, and a month later when they tried to collect they would not honor my $100 new patient discount. I was charged 279 for a cleaning, the most Ive ever paid. They also sent it to collections and wouldnt drop 100 off after a year! Do not go to this place. They will rip you off.

Broke my husbands tooth after root canal. Then got mad and frustrated over the phone and refused to fix their mistake. He could get an infection. Customer service isnt their strong suit nor is passionate care. We will not be back nor will I recommend them. Would give 0 stars if I could.

This place is AMAZING! I was always afraid to go to the dentist, but Im not afraid anymore. Everyone is so sweet and kind. Kathy was my hygentist and she is awesome. So gentle and sweet, and she actually cared about how I was feeling during my visit. The dentist is also amazing. I wont go anywhere else. Ill see them back in 6 months!!

The is THE dentist that I recommend to all of my friends. Dr. Jones is very good about explaining the various treatment options, and doesnt do work just to line his pockets. On occasion, he has told me this will eventually need to be done, but it can wait, and has spent extra time to make sure everything is done to my (and his) satisfaction.Its great to have a dentist so focused on patient care, and the quality of work is excellent. I take my whole family here, even though its a bit of a drive for me. Worth it.

Nobody wants to spend a Saturday evening at the dentist, but after a fall that chipped my two front teeth, Dr. Jones came into the office to bond them and even take care of a big cut on my tongue. Never mind that he had been skiing with his son all day. He was willing to get me patched up and feeling like I could leave the house! Thanks Dr. Jones for your emergency services and the care you took in making my teeth look so much better! So glad I called and didnt wait!

Professional and super friendly. My daughters love going to the dentist, which makes me love it too. Ive never had to have a major dental procedure done, thank goodness, but everyone I hear that has one from Dr. Brandt Jones is super impressed...like my husband who broke off a front tooth. We have a friend whos also a dentist, and when he saw my husbands fake tooth that Dr. Jones put in he had to ask which one it was and was amazed how well done it is.

I had the pleasure of going to Oakwood Dental this morning. I have had extreme anxiety over any type of dental work for more than twenty years. I have never walked out of a dental appointment more comfortable then I was today. I am not one for pain, and Kathys calm but educated manor during my entire cleaning was second to none. I am looking forward to having all future dental procedures done at Oakwood.

Ill be honest, I dont like going to the dentist. Theres something about sitting with your mouth agape for an hour while someone pokes and prods that Im just not a big fan of. That and I have pretty sensitive teeth, so the cleaning is usually painful.While I still dont exactly get excited to go to the dentist, I have never found a practice that Ive felt so comfortable with which has actually made me go twice a year like Im supposed to. The front office staff is great, the dental hygienist that I saw today was an absolute gem, and Dr. Brandt is super personable. I discussed my sensitive teeth with my hygienist this morning and I have never had such a pain-free cleaning experience.Dr. Brandts office is also great about the details. They send you email reminders a week or so in advance with an option to get another email reminder days before your appointment. The office itself is wonderful with all kinds of magazines to keep you occupied while you wait. They are also very punctual, which seems to be exceptionally rare in the medical field.I still dont love going to the dentist, but I know for certain I will never enjoy it more than I do at Dr. Brandts office.

My 4 yr old had to have some very extensive dental work. Dr. Jones was so good with her, she keeps asking when we get to go back to the dentist! I have a family of 5 and we all see Dr. Jones. We have been to see him many many times and have always had excellent care both by Dr. Jones and his staff.

My visit was for my 6 months cleaning and yearly x-rays! My Hygienist did a superb job and is especially kind to me, knowing the cleaning is not high on my list of things to do!! Dr. Jones is very thorough and the entire staff makes me feel at ease. I highly recommend all services at this office.

I have been going to Dr Brandt for a number of years. Three years ago I fell breaking my front teeth and shattering my upper jaw. My insurance required me to use other dentists. After the implants were completed a portion of one of the front crowns sheared off. Dr Brandt researched alternatives and collaborated with the original dentists. The end result, the repairs were resoundingly successful and look as good as new. Its been a year and Im still good to go thanks to Dr. Brandt and his staff.

I met Dr. Jones wife at a Chipotle, her teeth were perfect!!! She referred him and I can not say enough good things about this Dentist. He repaired a tooth that had been damaged since childhood. All I can say is I can not stop smiling my teeth are perfect. People actually tell me this, my coworker even went to him because of the work done. I am so impressed with his work he is not a Dentist, hes an artist. You will not be disappointed with him as a dentist AT ALL.

The entire office is amazing. You go in, hardly a wait, you have your appointment, no wait to check out and youre on your way. Everybody you encounter is kind and professional. Its 5 star service at the dentist!

With my teeth what can go wrong has gone wrong. This is the first Dentist I have been to where I dont end up with white knuckles around the armrest the entire visit! Dr. Jones has done fillings, implants, bone grafts, night guards, TMJ treatments and crowns for me! He found a way to give me an implant bridge that attaches to my jaw bone due to bone loss - now that is truly thinking outside the box! If you have any dental needs I highly recommend this gentleman. He truly cares about his patients and takes time to customize your treatment. I am so pleased he is my Dentist!
