This place is An invaluable tool to be used by any and all veterans in the Douglas County area for VA claims.

This is the worse VSO officer I have ever met. David Maxwell didnt have us in his office 5 mins before saying I CANT HELP YOU. it is a sad day to be a veteran when the people appointed to help you dont even try to help. I have been to 8 different VSO offices and the previous 7 VSO officers all at least tried to help in some way. So I contacted my last VSO officerafter leaving the castle rock, co office, and she explained that any VSO officer should have the same ability to assist veterans as any other ( no matter their location). This all took place July 3rd, 2018. We need a VSO OFFICER that wants to help veterans not sit in a big corner office, cashing pay checks and turning away honorable veterans. And we wounder why veterans are committing suicide or becoming homeless??? This is just wrong on so many levels... Our vets deserve better, havent we been through enough???
