Fast response, same day service even during the 4th of July weekend. Honest and upfront. Didnt try to fix anything because it was beyond repair he told us we just need a new one.

Absolutely wonderful experience. I called and had them over within the hour. Got our dryer fixed up in no time, and was very reasonably priced. This was truly excellent service, and will use them again if I have any other repair needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I contacted him mid-day, and he was at my house the next day. He gave me a 3 hour service window when we set the appointment and called 30 minutes before the window to let me know he was on his way and gave me an ETA. He was in and out in under an hour, and my dryer was fixed. I also like that the website lists the zip codes he services. Im between Denver and CO Springs, and not all companies service my area.

I cant say enough good things about Appliance Medic. Darrell is extremely knowledgable about appliance repair. He is honest, he has integrity and morales which are lacking is many business owners. He came to our home 2 days after Christmas on his vacation time to work on an oven that kept over heating. He could have fixed it again and charged us hundreds of dollars but he was honest and told us it would just break again. He could have made money from us but being a good person was more important to him. This is the person I want to do business with and you should too!

Cant say enough good things about these guys...They replaced our Gas Stove top, that had been badly chipped. Repairs or replacement, Darrel and his company provided prompt, polite, and fast work that they wholeheartedly stand behind! I would absolutely use and recommend them again.

I thought the problem with our dishwasher was so severe I had already looked for a replacement! I called appliance medic for a repair on my refrigerator, after giving me some excellent insight Daryl helped me to determine that a repair really wasnt worth it considering the age of my unit. Daryl was very friendly and professional and experienced and if we ever need appliance repair in the future we will definitely call him knowing that he is honest and forthcoming about the best solution for the customer, not just how he can make a sale.

I called Darrell to make an appointment (as a first time customer), but he didnt have an available slot for almost a week. HONEST & FAIR!!! Ive been using them for years now and every time I get treated fairly and fairly. Our latest need was an oven not heating correctly and instead of charging use for a new thermostat, he taught use the you could adjust them temp of the oven settings. I had no idea you could do that. My 11-year old GE refrigerator was freezing all my food. I have used other appliance repair services in the past and have found their personnel to be hit and miss.Darrell was an absolute HIT!He responded the day that I called to diagnose the fridge. Had a problem with my refrigerator. Emailed Darrell (via website) of the symptoms, and he responded quickly (on a Saturday no less). I responded with photos I took and some additional explanation. He called me on Sunday to tell me what he thought it was, told me where to order the needed part, and said I could do the repair myself since I already took apart the fridge to take the photos. I did exactly what he said, and now my fridge is back to normal. I couldnt ask for better service! He went above and beyond helping me and was very honest.
