She was respectful of our limits and helped us write offers that met the sellers needs without going beyond our means. Kerry is an incredible realtor! Both of my parents are also real estate agents, so I have a pretty good amount of knowledge on the process and what makes a great realtor.Kerry is helpful, patient, kind, and actually cares. She felt my anxiety about moving to a new state and knowing no one and really helped to comfort me through the process as well as find the perfect neighborhood that reminded me of my old one back in Minnesota. Absolutely phenomenal experience using Tiffany and Tanner to sell our home! Even through the height of COVID, Tiffany and Tanner made the process as smooth and easy as it could be. Tanner came over and did the initial walk through with us with Tiffany on Zoom. Later we sat with them and discussed comps, and they provided tips and ideas on how to stage the house. From that point forward the communication about showings and feedback were immediate and thorough. I know they had many listings once COVID restrictions started to ease, but they made it feel like we were the only one they had with their attentiveness and follow up. The ability these two have to provide individual attention during stressful times is second to none. Tiffany even took the time on a busy day with short notice to meet with us at a builder to discuss our future home. They also had patience with us as we had a delay on fixing some items on the inspection list. This was by far the best experience that we have had with home buying. Kerry Taylor was fantastic and really went above and beyond what was expected. From start to finish, we really felt like she was looking out for our best interest. Moving from the Washington DC metro area to Colorado, we had many logistical obstacles that we were worried about. Since we needed to put in offer on a new home while still on the east coast, Kerry was extremely flexible and creative in trying to work with us to make the transition as smooth as possible. She recorded detailed video walkthroughs of our top MLS choices, and then uploaded them daily for us to review in the evenings after work. She sent us school registration documents/links prior to us moving, and had even scheduled tours with the elementary/middle school when we first arrived in state. We had the additional obstacle of having to sell our previous house while purchasing our new one. But Kerry carried that stress for us and coordinated across multiple time zones to make it happen: with our lender in Missouri and the closing title company in Northern Virginia.
