After suffering for years with PTSD from two different incidents, I went for a session with Jennifer. I was nervous about going, but went in open minded. I was immediately put at ease by Jennifer and was made to feel very comfortable. We talked for a couple hours about my experiences and then we began the hypnotherapy. When I came out of the hypnotherapy, I felt very relaxed and at ease. Before the session, I had a song that would trigger me from one of the incidents. It would throw me into a panic with major anxiety. Since the session, I don’t like hearing the song, but there is no panic or anxiety. Truly amazing the change it made. In general, I am much more calm, relaxed, and have a lot less anxiety. One single session was truly life changing for me. I HIGHLY recommend Jennifer!!!

To be completely honest, I was very hesitant to try this and was not a believer. I am 100% a believer now! I wouldnt of trusted many to do this with either but Jennifer was extremely pure of heart and made me feel safe enough to open parts of me that I didnt know I could open! I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for answers beyond what we are capable of knowing in this realm and reality!!!
