The amount of dedication and quality of service is higher here than anywhere else that Ive seen. Mike and his team are serious professionals, but act so kind and friendly to their customers. They will take all of the time needed to help you understand what happened to your device and how to prevent the issue from happening again. You usually only see one of these qualities, but they have them all. What a rarity.

So happy to see a repair place in Castle Rock. I needed help with setting up a cell phone and Jacob had it where I could take over in about 20 minutes. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. These guys are top notch and perform repairs way past the skills and experience level you’ll find at most places. I’ve taken a few devices here, but was most impressed with a repair they did on my daughter’s iPhone 11. I brought them a small pile of shattered glass, both front and back destroyed. A few days later I had a returned phone that looked new out of the box. The most amazing part was that the phone sat in a drawer for quite some time before I went to set it back up, and only then realized it would randomly reset itself every few minutes. I brought it back to the guys at Device Dr and they took the time to tear the entire phone down again, used a variety of tools and found a microscopic tear in the flex cable for the microphone. Replaced the whole thing under warranty and had me off and running again in about a day. Fair prices, exceptional service and solid workmanship. I won’t take my devices anywhere else.

I had a pixel 4a screen crack and I asked them if they could fix it, they were very friendly and honest about the repair cost, they said it wouldnt be worth the amount of money ($300+ because the piece alone is $160 and its a very complicated procedure) for them to repair but they did recommend another place that could do it for cheaper due to them getting the pieces cheaper which I thought was really helpful and honest of them. I have heard a lot of good stuff about this place along with what I experienced so I recommend this to anyone who has a phone problem.

Worked with Evan -- My Xbox One S had died. He accurately troubleshooted the problem (dead cooling fan) and got it going again - they only charged me for one hour of labor even though I know he worked on it for several hours. Definitely recommend Device Dr !!

So I work in the food industry and my phone charger was so caked with flour and other food, that I hadnt used a plug in charger in over a year. My son had an issue with his lightning port and I called Device Dr. and another local phone repair shop. Device Dr. said the parts and labor would be $75 IF he truly needed it rather than just a cleaning. The other store said $89.99 with the same caveat.. might just need a cleaning. Based on prices, I brought the phone to Device Dr. Mike took care in examining the phone and noticed that it appeared there was something IN the port.. he carefully removed two pieces of an off brand charger that had broken off in the port. And then he charged me nothing!! I will definitely go back to this store in the event of another cell issue!

Very happy with their service. My first experience was a few months ago when they replaced the cracked screen. Another great experience today. My phone froze on a firmware update and nothing would work including trying to turn it off. I first took it to the xfinity store - which was useless. They had no idea how to fix it. I took it to the Device Dr and they had my phone fixed in under 10 min. I cant thank them enough.

PROS: As some others have mentioned, Device Drs prices are well below the rates often quoted by other phone device repair companies in the area. Additionally, their service is very quick; they often complete repairs in less than a half hour that would take even fairly technical laymen hours if not days to complete with an online kit. The staff are very courteous, responsive, and responsible. The work is high quality, and they guarantee it. CONS: If it is possible, their staff can occasionally be a tad overly optimistic about being able to make a repair. For example, I was promised a repair on a phone that was having audio issues and based on the promise I paid to have its cracked screen repaired. Turns out the audio failure would require a board-level repair, something that essentially bricks the device. But the owner then worked with me to find a much better replacement phone for a small upgrade price which I am much happier with. It took awhile, and I guess I could have been angry about that; but by remaining patient, I ended up much better off than when I first went into the store.

These guys are different.They have repaired 5 devices for us and they have done a great job, at a really fair price. All of their staff, and especially the owner, are good people. We have tried a couple of other places that do this kind of repair, and they were tough to work with and expensive.On one occasion, our repair had a bit of hiccup once we got it home. They were totally prompt and helpful in resolving the issue. Things go wrong, but the real measure of good customer service is how they respond. Had a Galaxy S8+ screen repaired. Expensive, but thats mostly due to Samsungs propriety parts. You must pay for quality service in any industry. Device Dr delivered quality service. Aaron did a free test to ensure the problem was the LCD screen, then told me the price of the screen replacement so I could make a decision (I hate being surprised afterwards with a price that I didnt expect so this was really great to know ahead of time). Do not take your phone here if its just a cracked screen with or without lines. It only costs ten dollars for a repair kit and its so easy to fix there are videos you can watch step by step that explains how to fix your phone. These people charge $150 dollars for something that only takes 10 dollars and ten minutes. Unless your just lazy just do it yourself .

Dallas At Device Dr. will make your phone come back from the dead. Amazing. Have had the unfortunate luck to take 3 phones to them over the last 6 months: 1 cracked screen, one dropped in the washing machine (yes, with water in it) and one had a intermittent battery issue & a busted screen. All 3 were brought back to life. Couldnt believe the washing machine one survived--of course, Im that person who hadnt backed up photos in forever. Was such a relief to have it all restored! Super fast, reasonably priced and great service too--the trifecta.

My daughter had her Iphone 6s stepped on and the screen was shattered. I spoke with Aron and he told me the part would be in the next morning and to bring it in. I took my IPhone 6 to get the cracked screen fixed and I also brought in an older 5s to sell. In total I paid $50: $100 for the repair and I got $50 for the phone. The repair was only 15 minutes which was great but thats probably why it broke again. A few days later, my phone was in my pocket and when I took it out there was a what looked like a hairline crack and and screen underneath the glass was bending. I took off my case to investigate what happened and in doing so the screen popped up from the base of the phone and made the crack larger. No way should the screen pop up if youre taking of the case. I used this exact same case on my other IPhone and this did not happen. I was told there was a lifetime warranty, however, when I brought it in they wouldnt fix it because you always run the risk of damaging it when youre taking off the case and because of the crack its not under warranty. Thats bullsh**t. No other IPhone Ive had has done this- it was weakly installed. And the hairline crack occurred in my pocket. I never dropped this phone. Obviously not my fault. They told me I would have to pay another $50, and when I tried to explain that its under warranty I was told we gave you a discount on the first repair as if to say that we did you a favor, were not fixing it without you paying. I sold you guys a phone. You didnt give me a discount. I appreciate the reduction in price however, I shouldnt have to pay at all. Dont offer a warranty if you dont actually stand by it. Or maybe even explain to your customers what your warranty covers because obviously I wasnt aware that a crack would void the warranty- which it shouldnt!! Not bringing my business here again. Neither should you if you dont want a vague and bull warranty promise.
