Everything fell into perfect place for mother’s funeral and burial thanks to Chris. His careful observation and kindness was such a comfort to my family. He took all the stress away from managing details and lead us smoothly through the process. My brother passed away unexpectedly this week and my family turned to Chris immediately for direction. It takes some talent to network with the military and different agencies; Chris has already made the necessary arrangements. We are blessed by his organizational skills bringing peace of mind to all.

JR helped my family for the funerals for my sister and my mother. He was kind, patient, compassionate, and incredible at his job. Even though we were heartbroken, he still managed to make us feel at home. The whole staff was incredibly helpful and understanding. They did everything that they could for us, and even remembered us years after by name. He made such a difficult process so smooth and I am so grateful that our family found this home. I wanted to give Chris and his team 10 stars but they only allow up to 5!My familys concerns, fears and heartache were mitigated by the the guidance and support provided by Chris. I recently attended a Memorial Day service and saw JR and his team holding a fundraiser for the local American Legion. What a relief to see them so active in the community. I always see them around town not only sponsoring events, but doing good in the community. It seems that they do all this without regard to recognition or praise. I am truly grateful that they are part of the community!

We are so thankful for the exceptional care and support from Chris and the whole team at Olinger Andrews. Our arrangements were complicated because our mother needed to be flown to Arlington National Cemetery so arrangements had to be coordinated with airlines, a receiving funeral home and Arlington. I dont think that I can adequately thank J.R. and the amazing team at Olinger in Castle Rock -- they went so far beyond what I expected that its hard to know where to begin. I rarely take the time to write reviews, so you know that they were truly exceptional. My mother died of covid and wanted to be buried in another state. J.R. took care of all of the details for me in a very timely, compassionate and professional manner. He personally drove my mothers body to Montana, so that she wouldnt be put into the hands of baggage handlers, and he oversaw her burial there since we were in isolation and couldnt go at this time. That is far and beyond what one would expect from a mortuary. You couldnt possibly go wrong placing your loved one in their caring hands. Simply amazing service.

They were prompted in caring and worked hard to ensure my full satisfaction. Coming from out of town to cremate my murdered son, JR who worked with us was outstanding. He was careful to hear me out and helped us to make best decision is such short notice. With COVID-19, I felt like I was the priority. It was a very smooth transition of seeing my son who looked natural and peaceful then cremated in a good timing. Our family was taken care of wonderfully through the process. From transportation of my Dad to planning his cremation. JR made us feel at ease, and he really cared about us! My experience with Olinger, Andrews ,Caldwell Gibson was exceptional. I was so pleased with the help that I received from J.R., Rick. Chris and Jordan. The service that was provided from my late aunt was thoughtful, caring and compassionate. During final arrangement planning I came across every difficulty one could imagine. Every step of the way the staff embraced me and reassured me that they would be there until everything worked out. The final result was far greater than I could have hoped for. A lot of companies say they care but these guys walk the walk.

Our Mom passed away recently. She had made prior arrangements with Olinger in Castle Rock in 2012; including all her wishes about the funeral. Chris Dufrenne, our Funeral Director, and his staff at Olinger handled everything is a very kind, but professional manner. We had no surprises, even though the arrangements were made almost 7 years ago. They were eager to help us with anything we needed, allowing the immediate family to focus on the rest of the family and friends. Thank you Chris and the rest of the Olinger staff.

Working along side JR, Chris and Sara the last three years has changed my life. The amount of passion that everyone in the office has, day in and day out blew me away. I highly recommend Olingers Andrews Funeral Home. My father had purchased a pre-need contract in 2007, and JR made no attempt to upsell the existing contract. We appreciated the empathetic and honest way the finances were discussed. The chapel at Olingers Andrews was the perfect place to conduct the private viewing and also the public memorial service. It was large enough to accommodate the 75 in attendance for the memorial, and small enough to create the environment that was perfect for our family of 40 to talk together, cry together, and participate in some healing together. Chris was wonderful to work with. He was very supportive and helpful figuring out the options afte my father passed. Several members of my family were a bit difficult to deal with, and Chris did an outstanding job being supportive and accommodating of everyones needs. I would use him again, without any question.
