Great customer service! They fixed my mac quickly and actually fixed it! They explained everything and taught me how to do the fix if the issue arises again. Very easy to work with. If you live in Castle Rock, go to them, dont waste your time going up to Park Meadows.

Bailey is by far the most helpful tech professional I have ever worked with. I brought in my damaged MacBook Pro (the screen went black) and he sent it in to Apple, and I got it back 10 days later with almost every part replaced as new - and he charged me nothing! A complete fix for free. Another tech company I visited with the same issue just before Bailey told me it would be a $1,500 repair, and it would take 60 days to “order and install a new screen.” Five stars for Jack be Click!

We paid Apple for a Tier 4 ($1,600) repair through Jack Be Click. Apple didnt replace the components they were supposed to and upon bringing our MacBook Pro back to Jack Be Click, they honored what Apple should have done and replaced the correct parts at no charge. Super responsive and they genuinely look out for the consumers best interest.

The best service Ive experienced from any Apple affiliate; I found them swift, generous in terms of service and attention, efficient, transparent, and exceptionally warm. Having lived in multiple countries and experienced service at 2 other locations in CO, I urge anyone seeking a *hassle free* experience to give them a shot. My mac screen went dark and was able to bring it in same day. I paid for a rush (extra fee was minimal for same day service) and within an hour, I received a text that it was fixed. The price was fair as they explained the parts and labor. I will highly recommend them and use their service again for not only my mac, but all of my devices.

Walked in to inquire about a repair. Stood in front of a guy typing. He didn’t look up. When he was done typing he turned around went into the back room and the door closed leaving me standing there in the lobby. Clearly they don’t need the the business. Will head over to a competitor.

Not pleased with the services here. Was quoted $300 dollars and a couple of days for repair on my Mac. Someone apparently misdiagnosed the issue and the fix doubled in price and added about a week onto the time to fix it( 2-3 days shipping and 2 days install). The price change and time for repair really wasn’t an issue. When I picked up the computer they had miss installed the main board meaning none of the outlets on the back such as the USB ports were usable, which could have been easily found with a check of their work. Also, I was told at drop off that giving back the old hard drive was policy. They had to find my hard drive for me because I asked and I’m not truly sure they gave me mine with my data on it back to me. It wasn’t labeled at all and it wasn’t with my computer or they would have brought it out with it. Took about 15 minutes for them to give me a hard drive back. I’ll check if it is indeed mine. I’ve been in the lobby now for 30 minutes waiting for a repair on my repair. Shoddy work for $680 dollars, not to mention the $68 dollar diagnostic that was wrong the first time. Not worth the price you pay at all. These aren’t professionals and they’re certainly not customer service oriented.

I recently had an issue with my Macbook and brought it in for diagnostics. I left my external hard drive with my macbook at the store in the event the data could be retrieved and if it made financial sense. Unfortunately, the computer had too much damage and the cost to backup data was prohibitive for me. I went back to retrieve my hard drive and computer. When I arrived, I waited 25 min, though the store was empty. Then they could not find my hard drive. It was not with my computer. Finally, they found it (the young man said it was not where it was supposed to be) and I went home. Given that my computer was broken, I did not have cause to use the external hard drive, so I did not notice the issue until a few days later. The USB connector inside the machine had become detached and fell into the hard drive when I moved the plug. It was not damaged when it was left at Jack Be Click. The manager denied responsibility, spoke down to me, and then finally begrudgingly offered to retrieve the hard drive from inside for free. However, when I asked if my data would be safe the manager couldnt say and kind of rolled his eyes and said we arent data retrieval specialists.I am extremely displeased and would not trust them with my computer or computer equipment again. Especially anything involving data retrieval, given the managers own words.

My phone had an unfortunate dropping accident and was cracked underneath my screen protector. I was super happy to find Jack Be Click and got super quick service. The team is friendly and professional and my phone was back in my hand within a few hours. The prices were comparable to what I would’ve paid elsewhere to replace my iPhone screen. Super satisfied with the service! Would recommend.

They did not give me any updates about my computer. After a week of it sitting there, and me having to call, never receiving one call from them, and them not knowing what was going on any of the times, I just came and got the computer for someone else to repair. Further, when I came to pick it up and no work had been done on it, they tried charging me for what was quoted to me. I repeat, no work had been done. The lack of organization there is the purpose for the 1 star. They could use better customer service on the phone and when you first walk in. Figure out a better system - if that includes sticky notes sitting on the top of the computer so your people know what to say when the client calls.

Confused as to why ALL the previous owners pictures are still on this mac. This computer was not wiped clean all the way, as I also had to figure out how to delete everything on the computer, so I could log in as my own user instead of a guest. Still can’t log out of the “Jack Be Click” apple ID as well because I do not have access to the password.

Computer was too expensive for me to fix, but the new manager gave me about 25 minutes of his time FOR FREE to help me add an account to my other macbook, and I walked out of there so happy. Otherwise it would have been daunting for me to do on my own, and he didnt charge me for his time. THANK YOU! Will be coming back for computer fixes in the future for sure.

Had an appointment set by Apple with Jack Be Click for a Tuesday for a faulty monitor on my MacBook Pro. They allowed me to bring it in a day early. Did diagnostic by by Thursday and back to me fixed by Friday. They kept me in the know all the while of status, item (laptop monitor). Super friendly, very professional as well. Recommend to anyone that needs their device worked on.

Made an appointment through apple care to get screen fixed showed up early and waited. Was told it would be 25-30 after my scheduled appointment time to check my phone in. I said what about my appointment time, and was told that we are working on other appointments and I have to wait. Was informed by the female employee that I could go somewhere else but I’d have to wait there also. No respect for people‘s time and obviously cannot keep appointments which are commitments to your customers. I went someone else

Not sure if it because they were not familiar with the various aspects of the Apple MacBook Air, but the technician helping me did not seem to know what he was doing. At least twice had to go into the back room to get advice and came back with still very poor results. I asked to speak with a supervisor which again was of no help watsoever. I would not recommend this vendor from my experience. I left with my lap top in worse condition then I went in with.No one in this facility was wearing a mask and did not seem concerned. Several walked in wearing a mask and asked if they should be wearing one and the technician told them no you do not have to wear one. They took theirs off as well. I was the only person that wore a mask during the entire time I was there.

These guys are seriously amazing. Please note they have moved to a different location off of Founders Pkwy in CR. Took my brand new iPad here since all Apple Stores have been closed. They sent it in to Apple for me and I now have a new iPad! All fixed. They have also fixed numerous MacBook issues for me. I would go hear any day over the Apple Store.

This Apple and PC computer repair shop is top notch. Much more convenient than going to an Apple store and they are certified to do repairs. They are extremely knowledgeable, fast and saved me a lot of money--amazing to do business with. I will definitely be taking my iPad in for a new battery soon. I love this store! Hands-down - dont go to a big chain repair shop without checking out Jack of All Macs first. The owner is personally involved with the operation of the business, and he truly cares about his customers. Ive bought 2 used computers from this shop, and theyve helped a ton along the way. We have older iPhones (6) and the time for a new battery is running out! The nearest Genius Bar is about 45 minutes away so we were so happy that Jack Be Click offers Apple services and products. Not only did he replace two batteries in two hours, he was able to recommend a reliable iPhone charger too (we have had trouble with cheap chargers not working this accessory not supported). These guys are great. I brought my apple watch in last week because the lens was popping off. Ben quickly ran diagnostics on it and determined that the battery was faulty and was swelling and causing the lens to be dislodged. He quoted me the repair cost that Apple requires and it was just $100 less than a new watch of a newer series. I decided to go ahead and just order a new watch instead of getting the repair. Ben told me how I could just order it online and it could be delivered to my house the next day. I thought this was quite decent of him since I didnt bring him any income. Ill be coming here for any future Apple device repairs.

I had a really old MacBook Pro that wouldnt boot the operating system; I brought it in and they spent almost an hour with me walking through diagnostics and showing me all of the potential fixes and improvements. The hard drive was corrupt, so that was the solution to get a new operating system on it. In addition, I was able to determine other upgrades that I could add, all for the same labor cost. For much less than I expected to pay, I not only had a working laptop, but several improvements as well. The turnaround time was a few days, and even after I needed to bring it in for another repair, they let me check it in for free to get it inspected. This is the only Apple product I have, but this was a wonderful experience and if I ever need support, I know exactly where to come. So much better than driving all the way to Park Meadows too!Thank you!!

I had an issue with my iPod Touch. After doing a search to see where I could take it, I found Jack be Click. From the time that I walked in, the customer service was phenomenal. Friendly and courteous, they told me that they would have to send the iPod back to Apple and that it may take about 4 days to get it back. In the next day or two, I was receiving a call that my iPod had come back from Apple and was ready to be picked up and enjoyed. Thank you Jack Be Click for everything!

Jack be click is an authorized Apple Serice Provider and you can make an appointment through the Apple website for the Genius Bar. Michaela at the front counter was amazing and fixed my issue I’d been working on for hours in 5 minutes. So excited to not wait forever for an apppointmwnt at the Park Meadows store.

What started as a simple repair request so that my 2 MacBooks could qualify for the Apple Recycle Program (where you exchange your computers for low value Apple gift cards) turned into an offer to flat out buy both computers for me for much more than Apple was offering. Turns out what I thought were trashed computers simply needed some TLC and new batteries. I could have saved so much money by not buying new computers had I known about Jack of all Macs repair services. At least they made the best out of a regrettable situation for me by purchasing my computers. They are now my go to guys for all my computer and iPhone repairs. Never again will I spend HOURS fighting my devices trying to makes them function again. I will just start with the best and go right to Jack of all Macs!

I took my Macbook Pro here to get the screen repaired knowing they would have to replace the display clamshell. The people were super nice and knowledgeable and they quoted me an extremely quick turn around time for my repair. My only complaint is the pricing. The markup on the item was 56% which I understand would be more palatable on a lower cost item and overnight shipping would be factored into that markup (the quoted turn around time was the next 24-48 hours, so I assume overnight shipping). I understand that a store has to make money and I definitely support small business but this is not competetive. The labor was $95 which I had no problem with as I think their labor and expertise needs to be appropriately compensated; they can do things that I know I cant do. Moral of the story: I went to another shop which did have a slower turn around time but saved me $300. If you need something done quickly and money is less of an issue, I would recommend this place.

My husbands MAC was so slow and we knew something was wrong. I brought it in to Ben at Jack of All MACs and he found the problem instantly. He told me my options and I left it with him.Later that same day, he called my husband to let him know it was done. Talk about fast service! We needed a new hard drive. The cost for this work to be done was extremely reasonable, in fact it was beyond reasonable for a MAC. If we would have taken it to the Apple store, it would have cost easily twice as much to get it done and we would have had to deal with crowds and waiting about 3-5 days at least to get the computer back.On another note, their accessories for Apple products are at least half the price as well versus what you will pay at the Apple Store.I highly recommend this business for all your Apple needs be it your MAC, iPhone, iPad, etc. They totally ROCK!

I happened onto this great spot all because of coffee. I was also in need of a charger for my MacBook, which I had forgotten in AZ. Being that my Mac is a newer one my father in laws charger wouldnt work.... When I walked in I was greeted by a beautiful and cheery young lady, whos name escapes me at the moment, that was happy to help me. She let me barrow a small adapter to adapt the old charger to my new Mac for a couple days. Now where in any big city can you find people like this?I went in today, now with said MacBook and adapter in hand, to return the loaned adapter. I was having some issues with my mac and its Keychain app. The gentleman who owns the store, whos name I dont remember either, jumped right on helping me with my problem. In very short time he had me all set up. As well as did some research on another question I had. Which he answered in full!I truly wish there were more people like these two!!! For any Apple needs I will only go here going forward. I cant say enough good thing about Jack of All Macs!!! Do all your business here, you will not be sorry! My iPad had trouble staying connect to wifi so I took it in to see Jack Of All Macs could do anything. This is what happened:1. To start it costs $45 JUST TO HAVE DIAGNOSTIC TEST!!!2. Discovered there was a problem with wifi card and told me only way to fix it was to buy entirely new mother board ($250-300)* btw this is incorrect you can switch out only the wifi card for $99 elsewhere.3. Finally, offered to waive diagnostic fee for my iPad.Clearly the staff doesnt know much about iPad hardware b/c I had it fixed for only $99 in Parker.
