I brought my wedding dress here to get tailored, and they did an amazing job! It was fast and the price was reasonable. I was so happy with my dress after they were done with it, I will definitely come back here!

I went to Bobbin Along to get a bridesmaids dress altered. They did an amazing job and only charged me $79 for a pretty detailed alteration. Since I knew they did good work I took my wedding dress to them. They were going to charge me $190 to have it pulled in on the sides and hemmed which was way easier than what they did on the bridesmaids dress I had brought to them. When I said I was shocked at the price they said they could go down to $170. I told them that was still too much since I only paid $150 for the dress. They then said that it would be a $25 measuring fee. I was also shocked by this since I asked them twice before they started pinning how much it was going to cost to alter the dress and they wouldn’t answer me. I think they do good work but was surprised at how sneaky they were about pricing. Just because it was a wedding dress they charged me twice the amount it probably should have been. KNOW THEY WILL CHARGE $25 FOR ANY MEASUREMENT THEY DO! ASK ABOUT PRICING BEFORE THEY START MEASURING!

I just picked up my wedding dress tonight and all I can say is WOW! Ellie really outdid herself and I am beyond thrilled with the results. I lost a bunch of weight so she had quite a bit of work to do with my dress, and she seriously nailed it. AMAZING work! Ellie is so unbelievably talented--I would recommend her to anyone looking for bridal alterations. Not to mention, each time I visited the shop I was always greeted by her smiling face! She really cares about her work and customers and is extremely thorough. You honestly cannot go wrong with the service here--the entire experience was absolutely amazing. Thanks Ellie for everything! I am so happy!

Ellie and Kay did a phenomenal job on my wedding dress. I had it sized down, hemmed, and bustled. I also had cups added to the dress. The whole thing ended up being less than 300, and they did a perfect job. My dress now fits and I can finally walk in it!My one caution is that communication can be a bit tricky since English is a second language for them, but they are really sweet, talented women, and I would definitely recommend Bobbin Along.

I had 2 pairs of Eddie Bauer flannel-lined jeans that needed to be taken in because I have lost weight. The alterations on one had to be in the seat and the legs. The other pair came in at the waist and the legs. She did an amazing job on altering them and it cost me half of what I would have paid to buy new ones. So, in my book this was a good deal for me. Her turn around time was one week which I find excellent. Now, this is her slow season because there are not many weddings this time of year. I would expect a longer turn-around during summer months. I hem my own pants, so this is the only alteration I have had done here. I would definitely recommend her for your alterations. Know going in that most alterations are not going to be cheap because it is time consuming and there just arent many people that do it. So, supply and demand dictates the price.

My teen aged daughter paid $150 of her own money to have her prom dress altered here. While the alterations were great at first, her dress fell apart before even making it to dinner on prom night. I ended up sending her to prom with her dress safety pinned together.

Went to them super last minute trying to get my wedding dress fitted as I happened to loose too much weight before my wedding. The dress wasn’t super expensive so I definitely didn’t want to spend tons of money on this. I read some reviews and even though some of them said it was overpriced I decided to give them a try. The lady was super helpful and even though I paid a little more than I originally had budgeted for I am so glad I did! They not only did a wonderful job with my dress but also had it done in less than a week and on top of that they even gave me a new bag to put my gown in. Once trying the dress on I brought shoes and veil and they even steamed my veil and put it inside the dress bag so it would all be ready to go for the wedding. Super happy with their service! Yes, as many other reviews say, it is on the pricier side BUT well worth the money for what you get and for the amazing service provided.

Of course I happened to fall in LOVE with the most intricate Wedding Dress that did not fit me like a glove. I took it to two other alteration shops, including the shop I bought it from. They both looked at it and told me that there was nothing that they could do for me. Upon recommendation from a recently married friend, I took my dress to Bobbin Along. Ellie glanced at it and immediately knew what to do. I left the dress for two weeks and when I came back, it was PERFECT! They did an absolutely INCREDIBLE job and I couldnt be more thankful for her time and expertise. Thanks for the great experience.

Great customer service and I enjoy coming in, but I was charged $38 to have 5 patches sown on a shirt that took about 10 minutes. As much as I enjoy coming in, I will have to find a more reasonably priced place Im sad to say.

Ive been going here for five years and they are great. I wear a suit every day to work and Ive lost some weight and a few inches over the past few years, and Ellie keeps my suits looking great. My wife also gets her stuff done here too. Definitely recommend them, worth the trip to Castle Rock.

I left an evening dress for overnight hemming. It was completed in perfect manner and ready before I was able to get back to pick it up. I was very satisfied with the results.
