Ive been using Andrews Cleaners for many years. They are by far the best in the Castle Rock area! I trust Andy and Cindy completely with the cleaning of all my garments, bedding, etc., and with my alterations. Unlike one of these other reviewers posted here, they ARE the original owners. Ive never had any problems with anything, ever. They are extremely hard working and honorable people.

I’ve been going to Andrew’s for a number of years and most of the time had no issues. Recently however they have torn two of my shirts. They said it was due to “deodorant “, but one of the shirts had only been worn a handful of times. These were high quality expensive shirts. Best they would do is patch the shirt - not good enough for a $200 shirt. They have lost my business.

Andrews Cleaners is the best dry cleaner bar none.We moved to CO. two years ago from Stamford, Connecticut where we lived for 16 years. Once here in CO, I had a VERY difficult time finding a place where I/we could bring all types of clothing, comforters, quilts, etc. for expert cleaning. It appeared that many dry cleaners in our area of Castle Rock and Castle Pines ( some who purported to be eco-friendly) were less likely to inspect, address and give info regarding what I/we were dropping off. Instead, it was gimme what you have, roll it up and throw it into a bag/bin and pick it up in 1-2 days. There were at least a half dozen occasions where I actually returned garments/shirts due to poor cleaning/stain removal!I finally asked some of our new neighbors where they took their dry cleaning and was told of Andrews Cleaners. Pulling up for the first time to Andrews Cleaners, I was struck by how unassuming their storefront is - no big flashy or impressive signage. But when I walked in, I was met by Andy, who took the 2 shirts ( I purposely brought one white shirt with an old yellow stain) and pair of pants and then proceeded to VISUALLY INSPECT all three items. When I questioned Andy about what he was doing he said he and his personnel check all items received - if not when dropped off then later before cleaning. Without missing a beat he quickly noted the stain on the older shirt and and told me that due to the age of the stain it may not come out but.. he would do his best.How refreshing!! Honesty and professionalism all rolled into one! Since then, I have taken shirts, blouses, evening wear, quilts, comforters, coats, sweaters and jackets to Andrews Cleaners and have not been disappointed. THEY KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING and it shows in the quality of what is returned. And if I need to pick up any item(s) earlier than the date they give me, I simply ask. Andy and Cindy have always done their very best to accommodate my requests and are honest if they know they are unable to due so due to the timing of when Im dropping off and/or holidays, etc. In addition, Andrews Cleaners also has seamstress/tailor services available which I have used and have been extremely happy with. Their prices are also very fair and very competitive with other dry cleaners - the difference is that at Andrews Cleaners you get what you pay for and then some!Overall and in my/our opinion, you wont find a better dry cleaner and for me/us, we wont take our dry cleaning needs anywhere else. Use them for all of our dry cleaning and loose threads fix. Highly recommend!

- Andrews Cleaners is NOT A REPUTABLE DRY CLEANER -Andrews Cleaners has lost garments of mine on two separate occasions, whereas,my clothes were sent home with other patrons - taking over a week to obtain. I looked passed these blunders - accepting their apologies and believing they were going through some hardships, thus, wanting to be supportive and loyal to a cleaners I have used since before the current owners (they maintained the original Andrews Cleaners name).The third strike has now taken place when I attempted to pick up my laundered shirts only to find one of my white shirts was shredded at the collar button with dark machinery grease marks (pictured below). Yet, the very owner who counted out the shirts just 24 hours earlier, attempted to claim - the shirt was already damaged. It was obvious they had ruined the shirt - but stunningly attempted not stand behind their error. The white shirt was cleaned except for the shredding and black grease marks at the collar button - yet the owner looked me in the eyes and claimed it was not their fault. They eventually paid me for the shirt - but not before losing my business.Do yourself a favor - because this CAN happen to you - and find yourself a dry cleaners who is professional and has honor and integrity.
