Zack and Leo were extremely polite and efficient. Tackled the chimney from top and bottom, giving suggestions for further use. They were late, but phoned ahead to let me know. I would recommend them as they were recommended to me.

They were wonderful to work with--very knowledgeable, transparent and helpful. They also took the time to walk me through proper use of our fireplace and what to expect in terms of maintenance and repairs over time since we our new homeowners. Highly recommend!

$99 quote on the phone. $1,084 later to deep clean the chimney, caulk and spray paint the cap? This company sub contracts the work, my bill has a Texas billing address for another shell company and theres no response from the owner about the price gouging. The other reviews are fake except for one thats a similar price gouge complaint.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have never had such a terrible experience with any business. Communication was terrible. They quoted me $99 to clean and inspect my chimney. When the tech got to my house, he was impossible to understand, rude, pushy, and tracked mud all over. Then he told me the real cost of business would be $897!!!!! The price was so high because he had to do a deep clean, scoop the ash out of the fire box, caulk the seams on the roof, and paint the chimney cap. He said the charge was $39 per linear foot. A ludicrous price for a chimney sweep. The company did not communicate anything about additional prices applying to the service or ask any questions when the appointment was made, leading me to believe $99 was a flat rate. They completely dropped the ball on this. The tech even hung out in my house for about 10 minutes arguing with me about why I should request the cleaning, even though I told him repeatedly that I was not going to schedule anything for that price. He finally left after charging me $49 for him to come to my house and do nothing except try to scam me. When I tried to verify the price with the office after he left, everyone had already gone home at 3:00 in the afternoon on a Friday and every call went straight to voicemail. Absolutely ridiculous. If you have chimney cleaning needs call anyone but them.Edit: December 2, 2019After submitting a complaint to the company for review in the hopes of getting a resolution, I have yet to receive any response from them. Thus far the terrible customer service reputation they have in my eyes remains true. Absolutely bottom of the barrel, terrible. I need to feel completely deceived and manipulated in order to post anything, and this company is checking all the boxes. Dont pay any attention to the positive reviews about this company, they are fake.Update: December 9,2019The company did finally get in touch with me via email and refunded me the $49 service charge. I was happy that at least after the whole ordeal, they listened and gave the charge back without question. They also said they would retrain the tech to prevent future incidents like this one.

This time they repaired a crack in my fireplace backwall,...at no extra charge. Im going to have them come back whenever I need chimney cleaning.

When I originally called and scheduled chimney cleaning I informed the woman in scheduling that there is a birds nest at the top of our chimney and asked for a quote. She quoted $99.00. No there may be extra charge or anything else. Had to reschedule original date due to the snow storm- completely reasonable- however a technician Avi texted me today to tell me they were running behind for dryer vent cleaning- completely wrong, and then said the chimney tech would be here soon. When the technician showed up they told my husband they would charge nearly $400 to remove the birds nest after we informed them we were quoted $99! So unprofessional.

I had a chimney inspection, cleaning, and a chimney cap replacement.

We were quoted $129 for chimney and fireplace cleaning, then a charge per foot depending on if more than 5 feet of chimney needed to be cleaned. The person on the phone said theyd let me know of what extra charges when they were on site and could not quote the exact cost per foot.They came and said it needed deep cleaning through the whole chimney. Charging $35 per foot.We had just moved in and needed the heat with the cold snap.the deep cleaning was running a chimney brush down the chimney and $450 to do this is ridiculous.We were stuck with a cold house and did not have a choice at the time.I had to vacuum up some debris and ash that was left next to the fireplace and there were some pieces of charred wood in the driveway.they were here for around 45 minutes.all in all, the fireplace was clean and they were friendly, so Ill give them 2 stars instead of 1.
