Guy claimed to be in the carpet repair business for over twenty years but his business card says nothing of the sort. He used a glue gun to apply hardening glue on two cuts in a woven berber. The outcome is worse than the orginal damage.

Got my 6 piece microfiber/suede sectional cleaned. Company did a fantastic job with the couch, taking about 90 minutes to thoroughly clean. Worth every penny.

Excellent craftsmanship and customer service.Vinson provided the most professional service and was extremely flexible and accommodating with scheduling. He was able to repair three issues with carpet (curtesy of cat scratches) so well, they are no longer visible. I am certain that when he cleans the carpet the results will be equally excellent.
