I was in castle rock to wash my car and I decided to give this car wash a try.The vacuum I tried was great. (The one closest to the good year tire shop). The suction was amazing.The manual car wash was OK. The water pressure wasnt all that great. And too top it off its $2 to begin the car wash and it only gives you 2 minutes. So roughly for every quarter you put in you get 15 seconds added.I would definitely go back to vacuum but definitely not for the manual wash!

I did not try the wash itself, as I was going to vacuum first. But, tried two vacuums and, not much suction there. For a quick vacuuming of dust it might be enough. But, for more of dirty mats, pet hair, it is not enough.

$13 down the drain...literallyThe manual wash stations are perfectly fine, decent rate and no surprises from manually washing your car.The auto wash station is another story...for $13 I’d expect at least 95% of the road dirt and grime to be washed off, not even close. This is the performance I’d expect out of a $5 car wash.Thanks Tidal Wash for taking my money and giving me not much benefit.Fix the programming on the auto wash and give customers an experience they come to expect from a double digit car wash.

Terrible. I pulled up to the vacuums and proceeded to clean the inside of my car, when the owner had showed up and was rude. He took down my license plate and called the police on me for trashing the place. I hadnt even gotten to the point of using his trash cans. I felt very wrongfully judged.

Wash malfunctioned. Was told to purchase wash again. Refund was promised but never came.

Nice clean carwash. Has vacuums, several manual wash stalls and an automatic one. I only used a manual wash stall and it worked great, no problems.

4 year old grandson loved the experience.

For less you can clean your car and leave it the way you like it, takes more time but I prefer to do it myself.

One of the few places that gets my Tahoe clean, in the automatic wash. If its busy the individual stall wash is a good value and does great.

Excellent carwash!! My credit card is initially charged $15, BUT the actual price is based on actual time, so it comes in around $7-$8. The water pressure was very good. The water temperature was better than average (even better than my usual place). And the soap concentration was also above average. Thanks!!

No soap, water pressure is mediocre at best and you dont even get 1 minute for a dollar. Would have st least expected soap for the price per minute.

Vacuum worked great and didnt have to wait long in line to wash..Soap and all cycles was fine..Great wash.

Numerous times the rinse isnt clean water. I know when you change modes it takes a while to get out whatever the last mode was in the hose but after ten minutes it shouldnt still look like soap is coming out. I had to go home and finish cleaning. I dont think the water is getting properly recycled here or their knobs dont work all the time. Thanks for leaving my car with lovely soap residues.

I like this carwash. It has all the high pressure spray options you need and good scrubbers. Its not too expensive and accepts credit cards.

There’s a guy named David that works here that was as helpful as someone could be. Showed me how everything worked, had a low tire and brought out a compressor for me. This was top notch customer service that you do not see these days. You are destined for great things, David!

Bring a towel, it does a mediocre job of drying.Update: It does not dry at all now (as of 12/6).

I work at the barbershop right down the way intend to come here when I have some extra time to clean up my car the water always seems to be filtered out really well the vacuum is always work and everything seems to be in order I do however think that the owner should consider building another one somewhere else with in Castle Rock on hand that this one will get backed up and every single Ali and have five cars behind each station.

I stopped in to vacuum out my dune buggy, and I took shelter from the hail in the car wash here. That said, its actually a pretty nice car wash, and I conveniently scheduled an oil change next door at Goodyear when I was done. Vacuum worked well, but the nozzle is too big to get into the places around the sides of the seats and tight corners where dirt and sand tends to collect, so it wasnt very successful for me, but it was cheap so Im not complaining either.

Lots of self wash stalls allow a short wait time, I was washing in 3 minutes of getting there. Stalls were clean, instructions were in great condition (some places have the labels peeling due to moisture). I went through each stage as it suggests and the car came out nicely. I never use the spot free rinse but a helpful employee explained how it worked so I finally tried it. Well it was spot free without wiping down with towels, Id say try it out next time!

A man (who I assume was the owner) came out to speak with me; I’m guessing he saw my out of state plates and wanted to give me a few helpful tips. When he discovered I was new to his car wash and new to the state, he comp’d my car wash! I was astonished. The car wash was thorough and you can bet I’ll be back. What amazing customer service!

Owner is super nice! Bring my truck there weekly for a wash. Bays are always clean and clear of mud and debris. Will always keep coming back

I literally just had the best carwash experience. When I took my sweet time washing my car I thought it was gonna ring up to like $23 for the time I stayed...it was only $13. I did it self serve and it did better than other washes. The spray guns had really good pressure. Dont get me started on the customer service, David is his name... Thanks dude. Amazing how I was stressed out and he just made the first wash there turn my whole day around. All I gotta say is I made a friend today and I cant wait for my car needs another bath. 5 stars all the way.

We are driving through on our way back to TN. Our truck was a mess from the 3200 miles we’d already driven. The car wash was super clean and the water was hot even on a chilly day. The owner came by to cleanup and we talked for a few. He was super nice! They have someone come cleanup 4 times a day to keep it clean and nice. We went back the next day to vacuum up before leaving back out. He was back doing some cleaning. Without a doubt, this is the best car wash we’ve ever used!

“Update. Tried again one year later. STILL the weakest vacuums in the county. An anteater probably has better suction.” The wash itself seems to be ok but save your money on the vacuum. It has no more “edit: less” suction power than your home vacuum cleaner. They are either past their prime, cheap, or not being maintained properly.

Wasnt too pricey. the vacuum hose only ran for a little bit less time than I needed which wasnt a huge deal. the carpet/seat cleaner was a nice touch as well and wasnt something Ive seen at a whole lot of car washes, but I didnt actually use it so Im not sure about how well it actually works..

This place STEALS YOUR MONEY!!!! Used the power wash, and was billed $3.24. My bank statement shows a charge of $15. Ill be taking it up with the proper authorities. Fraud at its finest.

I have been using this carwash since two years now. Very convenient location if you are local or just passing through the town of Castle Rock. The wash bays are clean and everything works. Never had an issue with anything. This location has one automatic pass through washing bay and four manual pressure spray type bays.

Have taken all my cars/trucks here for 10plus years. Never noticed that when I use my debit card I get charged $15.00 even though I didnt use near the amount of time besides that hands down best in the Rock. Just do cash only no cards

Excellent self service bays. Very clean and high pressure from the sprayer. I also like the brush soaks in a tub so its ready to go for your vehicle without needing to spray or clean it off.

I wash two cars here every week. The bays are clean and functional. Ive never experienced problems with the provided pressure sprayer or brush. The soaps used are good at removing grime and my cars look great after Im done. The only issue I have is with the full $15 pre-authorization per swipe of your card. Its disconcerting to see these fees charged without warning. If theres a notice stating this will occur, I havent seen it. If there isnt a notice, there should be one posted prominently warning you about this.

After wasting my time with the vacuums that barely pulled up the dirt, much less hair, I tried 3 different bays before one took a credit card. Then I spent $6 on a wash that didnt even get the dirt off my rims and a brush that didnt get bird poop off. Waste of $8.

I paid for the full $14 wash, it didnt get the truck clean, even the windshield is dirty still, and it was nothing crazy on it to begin with. And the laser dry left my vehicle still soaking wet... Im highly disappointed and will not be back. Id rather drive to highlands ranch to H2O as I know theyll get my car cleaned

Ive been using them for sometime. Yesterday I used my ATM rather than a Credit Card and noted a pending charge for $15. The actual wash should have been about $5.50 cents. I called Tim the owner and he told me that I need to wait 24 hours, their system, he says, does a preauthorization charge of $15, but after a business day the system revises the charge.He says if it isnt amend to call back and hell issue the appropriate refund.As a systems guy Im not thrilled that this is how theyre set up, there are other methods to do this.

I just went there yesterday, the self wash clearly indicated i was getting charged 3.83 for what i used. Today the balance ok my cc statement shows 15$. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK EVER

Excellent car was...very helpful employees....place is always clean and everything always works..the automatic car was is the very best one in town as I have a black SUV and it gets the whole thing clean..even the full rear window etc..never had an issue with the credit card machine charging incorrectly or any thing go wrong...I highly recommend this car was to everyone. Its nice to was your car in a facility that is kept clean!Thank you...And to comment to the people that love to slam a business for something that is not in their direct control......credit card companies treat the car wash like a gas station....your card does a pre authorization then just like at a gas station in a few days that pre auth drops off and the real charge posts....the car wash has no control over you credit card....so for the people that rate the carwash on that situation should be rating their bank for how they handle it and not the car wash.....

The rail in the drive through car wash broke our jeeps caliper, causing the break fluid to leak all over. Break fluid is corrosive and the vehicle should not be driven, and caused us to have to tow the vehicle to get if fix asap on a holiday.

Hardly ever a wait and if there is usually not long.

Dont come here for the automatic wash. Light just tells you to back up and then pull forward over and over. Bullcrap
