They have weird appointment rules that they dont publish/post anywhere. I arrived at 11a for some lab work. After waiting 20 minutes, they told me that they take a break from doing the specific lab work I need from 11a-1230p. Not for lunch- just a weird rule they dont tell anyone about.

I made an online appointment and when I arrived, I used the link to check-in via my mobile phone. I was alerted moments later that the tech was ready for me and I was taken immediately to the draw room. The tech was friendly, professional and quick. I was back in my car in less than 10 minutes.

I brought a family member here for a blood draw...the tech was very nice and patient, however, the trash cans were over flowing on to the floor, the bathroom for specimens was dirty and the floor was dirty. Its a small room for collecting bodily fluids, it should be a sterile environment!! Especially now!

I was a walk-in. I was there maybe 20 minutes total. The lady that helped me was fantastic! She had a great personality which made getting my blood drawn more pleasant. She’s the best phlebotomist I have ever had as I have the worst rolling veins! She got one first try and I didn’t even feel the needle! I really wish I could remember her name. If I didn’t live so dang far, I would go to her every time. Highly recommend!

If I could rate a ZERO or no stars....I would of chosen to do so. Linda, short hair 62 inches from Labcorp was very condensending. Maybe she had a bad morning since I was the first patient of the day. She lacked how to communicate simple instructions and did not explain what the process was going to be. I highly suggest a seminar on how to communicate with people and provide satisfactory services.

My appt was at 10:15 today. I am still sitting here 45 min later. They ask that you get here 30 min early. I thought this Labcorp would be better than the one at the hospital. Nope! Just as slow! Each person is taking 20-30 min. How long can it take to pee in a cup or draw blood? Never seen such an inefficient operation and not customer friendly at all. They need some competition in this town. It might put them out of business. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Great location, fast in and out (if you make an appointment online). My 1-star review is not a reflection of this location, but of LabCorp.I arrived at this location, only to find a notice that it was closed. An employee at Walgreens informed me that the Labcorp employee was snowed in.I completely understand that an employee wasnt able to come in, as many roads were closed, due to an overnight blizzard.LabCorp has a fully automated system, that provided me with both email and text confirmations. What I find unacceptable, is that Labcorp didnt notify me of this locations closure.LabCorp has the ability, and responsibility to notify anyone that had appointments of this closure.
