My wife and I have been slowly renovating the house and making it ours. The bathrooms were really bad. We searched and talked to many companies. We got a lot of quotes and decided on HomePride.The sales visit with Adrienne was awesome. She was able to meet all of our needs and understand what it was we were trying to do. Of the quotes that we got, HomePride wasnt the cheapest. We werent looking for cheap, we were looking for quality.There was a bit of a hiccup with communication post-sale. I dont know if it was Covid or the holiday season. We hadnt heard from them on next steps. We were able to get things ironed out and all was well.Fast forward to yesterday morning, Feb 1st. Sonya and Christopher arrived at our home to install new cabinets, sink, and shower.They called to give us an ETA. When they arrived, they introduced themselves and let us know the process for the work that theyd be doing. Theyd spend 2 days demoing and replacing the old items. They would let us know where they were in the process. Other than that, we were free to live our (virtual) lives while they worked.They were off to work! The bathroom door remained closed for most of the time. We heard the bumps, bangs, and whatnot that youd expect with a demo.At some point I heard a vacuum cleaner going. It was Sonya vacuuming my stairs and landing. Basically she was vacuuming all of the places theyd walked throughout the day. That was a really nice touch.At the end of day 1 they had replaced our cabinet and sink. Theyd also removed the old shower, tile and all. They gave us instruction to not touch it due to things drying. They let us know that theyd be back the next day to finish the shower.This morning when they arrived, they brought us donuts and kolaches to say thank you. That was extremely nice of them. They didnt have to do it but they did.They worked diligently from about 8am to 5pm on the shower.What they dont know is that my wife and I LOVE the HGTV home reveals. They told us, Come up to the bathroom in about 3 minutes, we want to show it to you. That was a dream come true. It was like our own show reveal.Beautiful work!The whole time Sonya and Christopher were in our home they were nothing but polite and respectful of us and our space.They used the garage as a base station. Both days, when they left, the garage was perfectly clean, as if theyd not been there. The bathroom itself was spotless on both days as well. You wouldnt know that theyd just done a complete remodel. Ive done my own work in the house on much less and made much more mess.Thank you so much for the work you did!

Dan and Chris installed a Kohler walk in bathtub for me. They did a great job. Showed up on time. Very respectful of my home, spreading down tarps so there was no damage to my rugs. They did a beautiful job and cleaned up after themselves. I’m very thrilled and would highly recommend them.

They were very helpful from the start. I knew what I did not want, but not sure of what came next. They gave me choices, and I was thrilled with the final design. Sonya and Chris did the install, and it was wonderful. They are very professional, always on time, had the project completed in two days. They went above and beyond, laying a cover over my carpet and protecting my walls. Couldnt ask for a better team. Their work was wonderful.

They arrived promptly on time, and my shower was DONE 8 hours later! It is beautiful and exactly what I ordered. Sonya and Christopher were absolutely perfect: polite, professional, beyond competent! We replaced our tile shower with LuxStone and it looks fantastic! The project required removal of short walls at both ends of the old door to allow installation of a full width glass enclosure and door (not yet installed in photo). Christopher and Sonya did a great job on the studs and drywall re-work, topped off by a beautiful and professional LuxStone installation. They made sure everything is the way we wanted, cleaned up every day, and left no trace of the construction in our house. They were a pleasure to work with.

Wow, we had three bathrooms fully updated and the look and feel are everything they promised. The grout-free showers, vanities are awesome! They look great, feel great underfoot, are easy to clean and maintain and the colors we selected blend very well together. Three bathrooms are a lot; the job took a bit longer than expected and we do need to wait another couple of weeks for the custom shower glass to be installed. Great job all around.

I had an experience similar to another person noted in an earlier review in March. I just wanted an estimate for a remodel project on a small bathroom. I called and spoke to one person who said we could be there for the estimate tomorrow at 2 pm. That person indicated I had to then be transferred to a confirmation manager. Not sure why it takes two people to schedule an appointment. Then the confirmation manager treated me as noted in a similar way as the previous review. They insisted my husband needed to be present for the estimate. Not sure why they think we, the wives need our husband present for a bathroom remodel estimate? It is 2021, isnt it? Then they called me back and indicated they were confused because I had said I didnt want the appointment because my husband wasnt going to be in town. Not the case. Then they tried to tell me that they couldnt meet with me tomorrow because somehow the appointment was no longer available, but they could meet with me next week when my husband was back in town. It was the strangest experience I have ever had trying to simply have someone come out and do an estimate. Very unprofessional first impression which is disappointing as it seems like they do quality work from other reviews. Just be prepared to be treated as June Cleaver if you are a woman and call for an estimate.

Total instal of new shower and all fixtures after total demo of previous tub/shower.Raymond and Roy Jessup, cousins, arrived totaly prepared and ahead of schedule and worked diligently throughout the day until the project was totally completed. They kept me informed of their progress and asked me if I had any questions. After completion, they cleaned the carpet where needed and cleaned the outside areas where they did their cutting and measuring. Raymond was the lead but Roy was equally accomplished.I would highly recommend both of them should you have shower instillation needs. I am a licensed engineer, have worked over a decade in the construction industry, managed other home remodels, and am fully capable of asking the necessary questions/ making home investment decisions. As noted in the response below, the company has followed up, explained their reasoning, and is willing to meet without my guarantee that my spouse will be available. I appreciate the customer service and will update my review next week to reflect the forthcoming consultation.

We did a bathtub to shower conversion. Both Ivan and Yury were great. The did a great job and the new shower works wonderful. They were on time both days. They explained what they were doing and how things would go. We have a dog and they were very careful going in and out of our house, making sure he didnt get out. I would use them again.

Great service. Andy and Anthony installed my walk-in tub and went above and beyond in the installation! They made sure things were done correctly, cleaned up, made sure i knew exactly how to run my new tub. I was quite excited to work with this company based off of their reviews and the research I had done. Even prior to my scheduled appointment I received two emails confirming and reiterating their excitement to work with me and their level of professionalism. However, on the day of my consultation no one showed up. I called the number that I was text the day prior (whom I thought was the actual person doing the consult), but it was the main number where I sat on hold for 5 minutes (yes only 5, frustration boiling at this point). Ultimately I hung up. I have also sent emails with no response as well.

I remodeled two bathrooms, removing a bath/shower to shower only plus new wall surrounds and faucet, and replacing an old bath with new Koehler tub, wall surrounds and Koehler faucet. The work was excellent, the price very comperable, the product superior to other dealers, the installers were fast, efficient, friendly. I’m very satisfied with the finished product.

Had a new and different shower upgrade installed. Both men were very professional, courteous, and punctual. The installed was scheduled for 2 days, but these gentlemen completed the job without have to go past a normal working day in just the first day. Prior to starting the job the installers laid down plastic to protect our carpeting and hardwood floors, where they would be traveling. They completely cleaned up after their work was done both inside and outside the house. Out hats are off to the installation men for their professionalism, courtesy and punctuality. At this point we are completed pleased with the product, the installation and the entire team at Luxstone. It has not been 24 hours yet for the bonding to cure, but we know that if there is a problem all we have to do is call and they will be here to take care of it. We would gladly recommend them to our best friends and family.

They worked diligently with a challenging project installing a complete new bathroom consisting of a Luxstone shower conversion, new vanity, sink, commode and flooring in the main bathroom and new flooring in 2 other bathrooms.They were exceedingly quick and clean and very respectful of our home and family.Jessica, our design specialist, did an outstanding job of determining our requirements and which products would best meet our needs.Molly, our project manager, kept us in the loop regarding status of materials and scheduling. Home Pride replaced our tub with a walk-in shower. The initial estimate was 10 weeks to completion, the actual was half of that. The installation was flawless and completed in two days as promised. Every personal contact was pleasant and professional throughout the process.

The installers were very knowledgeable about the removal and replacement of our defective spa tub. We replaced it with a soaking tub that was identical in shape, without the hassles of a spa tub. We also had our stand-up shower door replaced with a higher-quality product.We are very pleased because the new tub has molded arm rests and uses less water to fill, because of the interior molded design. The work was completed within 5 hours, and without damaging any of the wall tiles that are no longer available through the manufacturer.We highly recommend Home Pride for their quality work and knowledge of the products they install.

Did what they said, when they said, and done well. Expensive, but all walk-in tubs/installations are. The difference is 1 crew specializing in walk-in tub installation, not 3 separate contractors with 3 separate schedules to coordinate. Installation complete in under 7 hours. I might have paid a little extra because of that, but WELL WORTH IT! Great attention to detail, cleanliness, and clean up. Every person at this company is very courteous, professional, and helpful. I would highly recommend if you want a quality product, installation, and a hassle free experience! I might add, taking a bath is a wonderous experience. The tub is great.
