By far the absolute BEST customer service ever!! I was stressed with having to look for a place to rent after loading up our home in boxes in preparation for a move.. which was months down the line. Kim was very kind and communicated with a smile from the moment we met. Went above and beyond! Highly recommend!!

They left my dad and I water and granola bars, and the water was actually cold still! It was just sitting in the unit cold and ready to enjoy on a hot moving day. what a great bunch of guys. To other storage units: figure it out

I would give 20 stars if I could!! Kim is wonderful and this was by far the easiest storage unit that I have ever rented in my entire life, I needed a unit fast and Kim had just one left in my size and snagged it within half hour. Received a temp code to access the unit until the perm code was established. I opened the door and was shocked... 2 bottles of water and 2 granola bars sitting on the floor... THIS THIS is brilliant marketing and customer service!! Look no further for a unit than this company.CheersJesse

If your storing things in this area and you arent using this location your nuts. The owner is a great person who runs it herself. The only challenge for you will be availability. But if they have space Id recommend this location every time.

I needed a storage unit quickly due to some unforeseen circumstances. The person on the phone was very helpful. I was able to move in that day, even late at night since the place has 24 hr access.I was able to handle everything over the phone and through email.There was even water and snack bars waiting for me in my unit.

Closing up my house in Castle Rock as I now live in Montana. Made arrangements with Brian who was very helpful and quick to respond with phone calls and emails. Prices are competitive and even lower than some facilities... Good customer service...
