I had recently had my washing machine breakdown and stop working. Jesse came in and evaluated it and ended up fixing it after going back and forth the manufacturer. Jesse was extremely professional and trustworthy. I will continue to use action appliance for all my needs and would recommend them to anyone that needs help with their appliances.

TJ came out and was great but now we can’t get ahold of them and they are not returning our calls. TJ said it was a simple fix and now we can’t even get a call back!

I have been a homeowner for over 30 years and Im very meticulous about who fixes my stuff! I have never had as amazing of any experience with a repair service as I did with these fine gentlemen today! Two service technicians promptly arrived on time, needed very little information on the problem with our dryer and then got right to work. Within a short amount of time, they had the issue diagnosed and corrected....And did so with a very non-invasive cost. I will only be calling one company for all my appliance service needs from now on; Action Appliance! These guys are the real deal and you just dont find that very often these days. They were very conscientious of all covid precautions and were very respectful to my home. Excellent company!

We needed a repair on an oven door. The tech came out assessed the situation promptly. Parts needed to be ordered, and were. After a back order with GE, Amy called to schedule our service.I really appreciate that they give you a time window, but also call you when the tech is on the way.Today T.J. came out installed the part and had my oven door working as good as new.He was professional, polite, and completed in a timely manner.We have had Action out for other problems, always with good results.

Jason was our tech and incredibly helpful in diagnosing the issue with our oven! He took the time to check a couple other appliances during our visit, and gave us wonderful advice on how to prevent fires or product failure. We recommend this company, and Jason in particular, for any home appliance repair.

Kimball came to my home and was incredibly professional and knowledgeable on multiple areas, including fixing my gas range, fixing my HVAC humidifier, fixing a dryer outlet, and some plumbing items.
