I’ve been coming to Ocean nails for over 10 years and have always loved the service. The technicians are kind, sweet, welcoming and professional. Ive been coming here for 5 years and this nail salon NEVER disappoints! I always book my appointments with Lisa. She is very sweet and always makes sure i walk out of her salon with nails that i love! The staff has become like family and I always look forward to seeing them and having a great time. LetsNot forget to mention my nails always look great.

I came to this location to try a new color 004 as pictured . I went before Mother’s Day. This first attempt came out Christmas red. After being reassured that it was correct. They apologized and stated they could “correct it” . I went back after work and then proceeded to get this light violet color. Instead of apologizing or admitting they could not replicate the original color they asked for the 10 dollars and seemed to dismiss my concerns. So if you would like to carefully choose a nail color and then get a completely random color... then this is your place

I love coming here and I get the most for my money. Friendly service and VIVIAN made it special for my 10 yr old granddaughter and I on our manicures. She took her time and did great work.

LeAnn did my nails and I was satisfied. After polishing one nail with the first gel color she recommended a different color because it was clear (the color didnt show up much) so we changed the color and it came out beautifully. 🙂 LeAnn was professional and I plan on going back

Lisa always takes good care of me!! The last time I went there I wanted to do the dip nails. I still had on the nails from my previous visit. So she recommended the I do the gel instead to save money. If I were to do the dip, she wouldve had to put on all new nails and I wouldve paid more. Shes not about the money, but making sure her customers are 100% satisfied and loving their nails!! This is how she runs her business 🙂😊

All I can say is AWFUL! The dip was peeling and off in a week and pedicure same in less than 10 days. The woman was son the phone the phone while doing my naiks too. And I find it very rude that they chatter away in Korean while all the customers sit and wonder. Very poor customer service. Wont go back.

I have been going here over 20 years but stopped because the attitudes. When I am paying over $100 every two weeks in your salon dont get an attitude when I say your service was sloppy! Thy cant take critisism. I go eleswhere and get no bs.. drama!Ty

Clean new equipment. Ladies were friendly and made you feel comfortable. My deluxe pedi was 30 minutes long and the message was so relaxing. Definitely will recommend to friends. Even played the game for me on TV!

Don’t waste your time on this trash. I made an appointment early in the morning for after work at 6:30pm.I got there and they magically forgot about my appointment and Had just started nails on a family of 3 who were walk ins. I waited 40 minutes before I stormed out. After 30 minutes lisa tells me “ only 1 more minute” I waited an additional 15 minutes and no one even acknowledged me. This is just an embarrassment of a place. Even with an appointment I had to wait almost an hour, but walk ins get immediate treatment. 0 stars.

I went to Ocean Nails and Spa for a pedicure and a manicure. Excellent and caring staff, and it was professionally and skillfully done. Try this place...its great! And yes...they do MEN too!

They always do a fantastic job on my nails

Horrible experience. Absolutely unacceptable pedicure. Literally horrible. Concentrating on massaging. I stated like 4x to the lady. Thank you, but I’m mostly interested in making sure my cuticles and mail bed area is cleaned. Still massaging. Didn’t clean my cuticles at all, didn’t even brush my feet to clean afterwards. Started with the wrong nail polish color. Had to change it. Told the owner. She took off $10. It should have been free. I’m disappointed that I cannot upload a picture to this review for you all to see the horrible work that was provided. I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!! Not worth it!!! A one star is to high of a rating for the service I received.

Horrible results. Don’t go. I’m going to another place to get them fixed. Waste of money. Waste of time. Don’t go. I could not believe when she said she was done that she really thought my nails were done. I am so disappointed. Mostly because even with me showing her how clumpy and messy they were she did not care to even try to fix it. I have bubbles and cracks and to top it off I have nail polish all over my skin. I simply have no more words. Horrible!

I informed her I wanted someone else to do my nails because of the rushed job she had done and she yelled at me on phone.When I am paying YOU.. you do what I want not what you wanna do.. and rush the appt. I will take my business elsewhere where I get what pay for.Worst customer service ever!!Everytime Lisa does my nails I always feel rushed and if you say something she gets mad!Will never go backYou lost a loyal customer!!

Today I decided to try this place since the reviews were pretty good. I got dip powder nails which I have been doing for the last 3 years. The nails that I chose were pink but what I got on my fingers were red. When I question the technician she just said it happened sometimes which has never happened in the last 3 years of getting nails. And closer looking at my nails they are all different sizes and they do not go to the bottom of my cuticle like I typically get. I would recommend not going to this place ever.

This is the best nail place around! The salon has been completely renovated and always have pleasant staff. Lisa is the owner and she works hard and cares about her customers! I have been coming here for over 5 years.

Omg love these ladies. Got my nails done and eyebrows waxed (for the first time). Everything went perfect and will be going bank every two weeks. Have great service and offered other services and was able to explain and advised if it was an additional charge. They truly got me feeling great about coming to them to have my get cute time me time and they offered something to drink. Because she knew it was my first time getting my eyebrows waxed, she made sure I was comfortable and okay while she was doing my brows. Also advised how to maintain them and that made me really comfortable cuz most would just have you come every week or two

I was so scared to come here since my last full set was done very poorly. The gel was coming off the next 4 days after I had gotten them done at the Nail Spa in the Altamonte mall. Lisa stayed late though they closed at 6 to finish my set. I absolutely love them. I got green ombre with jewels. She was super nice to me the entire time, did my nails perfectly. Im definitely coming back here. I loved it.

I used to come here every few months, but my last experience was not the best. I felt rushed and my nails did not match my other hand. Size,shape and the color. The people here are very nice but need to have consistency.

This place is super convenient and friendly! Manicures and pedicures are great, but they messed up my eyebrows. I have gotten my brows done here for years with one lady, butwhen the owner did mine I felt rushed, she made them too squared and thin.

Just moved to the area , BEAUTIFUL new salon, wonderful sugar scrub with my pedicure for $30 . Definitely worth the money . I will certainly be back !

This is the best nail salon in Casselberry!! I have never once been disappointed. Always takes their time on your pedicure/manicure. You will feel relaxed and rejuvenated when you leave. I’ve been coming here for years but I’ve noticed the more years that pass the sloppier the work gets. I stopped getting my nails done here because they would come out lumpy clumpy and filed uneven. Which they charge me a different amount every time for the same things. So it feels as if when they’re dead they charge you more for horrible work. They rush through their services, they upchargw for pedicures that doesn’t even offer a decent massage. I paid $45 for a gel fill for short nails what?! It’s $20 something normally but that day it was more for whatever reason. They are my last resort when it comes to my nails when my regular girl doesn’t have availability. I pay top dollar for QUALITY work not sloppiness.

I came in super late and they were amaizing. Pedi& fullest so I was very very pleased with the service, I found my happy place for me time.

I came here because it was the only nail salon open the latest but my nails were poorly done, the staff was rushing to get my mani and pedi done. My son accidentally messed up my nail and I accidentally messed up my toes while walking to her to her my hands done and the lady was complaining saying she had no time.

Lisa is really good. I currently have an acrylic full set with gel polish that i had done a month ago and my polish has not chipped yet. Only reason why Im going in soon is beacuse Im tired of the color and i need a fill. Although she is a little impatient but i dont care as long as my nails look good.

Halen was very rude and did a horrible job. I got a regular mani pedi and she barely gave me a foot massage. Then when she did my mani she told me to relax my hand and sometimes I forget to do that but the second time she told me to she gave me a really rude look. Then when I paid she said cash is better than paying card. It’s not her business how I pay. I will never be back here. She also did a crappy job on my nails. Horrible service and very rude. Don’t waste ur time here! Spend a little more money and go to a better place!

My new favorite place

Terrible service. The gel was not correctly removed after asking her repeatedly. It was very painful. She was filing my cuticles instead of my nails. And she did not fix it correctly after asking her to do so. And still charged me full price.

This was honestly the worst place ive ever been. the space is amazing but the work was very sloppy and rushed ive never been to a place that has made my nails look this sloppy.

After being in rehabilitation for a month, my 94 year old Mother wanted to go to her favorite nail spa.

I have been in search for a new nail salon for several months. I try many different places and am never satisfied. Ocean nails wasnt any different. I had made an appointment so that it wouldnt be inconvenient to either party. It was kind of busy and as I was getting me full set on it only got busier. For it being a Friday I figured they would have way more workers. But nope only ONE acrylic tech. During my appointment she was not only very rough and aggressive on my nails but seemed very annoyed and bothered when I suggested how I liked my nails to be done. I told her the shape and she kind of was being stubborn and wanted to do it her way. On top of that my nails were filed slanted and the acrylic was thin on the nail bed and extra thick on the artificial nail which made it look horrible. I understand it was busy and all but if I made an appointment dont rush through my nails and half-ass it. She did not put as much time buffing and shaping the acrylic with the machine as she should have which I know will reflect and lift as soon as they start to grow. So after I washed my hands I noticed one of my nails was filed like a u shape (the middle was super low and the sides higher on each end) I mentioned it to her saying it looked weird and she said that my nails do that and it doesnt look weird. She literally stood there arguing with me instead of taking that time to fix it. I was having a good day and that completely ruined it. I immediately asked for the check and didnt bother painting them there. She still charged me full price and didnt even apologize. My whole thing is that I rather lose a couple customers due to it being busy and them returning anyways because we do a good job than me losing customers because I wanna rush and fit everyone in and ppl not coming back because it was so poorly done. I have never in my life gotten so annoyed where I had to just walk out without finishing.

Upon a recommendation from a friend, I called and made an appt with a specific tech for a gel manicure. I assumed I was sitting down with her but no, I was told she was busy. The woman who did my manicure refused to use the wrap method to remove gel polish, insisting I had to soak my fingers in a bowl of acetone, which burns my skin. She trimmed my cuticles well but thats about all that was satisfactory. The polish is on the cuticle eges instead of being trimmed away. I know this will not last the usual two weeks. Needless to say, I will not be returning there. I even heard another tech call someone to move her appt as she forgot to check the book and took a walk-in. They seem extremely disorganized and not mindful of their customers.

I went in there to find out how much it would cost to change my color on my toes and was told $12.00 and that was with regular nail polish and with gel polish it would be $20.00 and that is overpriced. The staff is rude and so is the customers.
