I joined yesterday and I had the pleasure of meeting two young men Dalton and Ben, who were more than courteous, quite professional, and just thorough making sure my membership was all that it was supposed to be. They took the time to explain the agreement and showed me how to use the app! Three thumbs up to these guys! The Casselbery Planet Gitness is a well run organization I am proud to be a member of!!!

Love working out here. Its very clean, always being disinfected, has a friendly, helpful staff. Best value going for gym membership!

Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful however there are a few thatI’ve noticed being super chatty amongst themselves but treat the clients with very little enthusiasm or friendlinessJust boredI know they were trained otherwiseOther than that I love this place!

Its good gym, but I cant believe no mask requirements during such a huge rise in covid cases & in the worst state in the country. I dont think this is responsible.

I signed up online yesterday, this morning I got a voicemail from Josh welcoming me to planet fitness and let me know about their app and if I needed to help to just call and ask. Very kind and makes me feel more comfortable going to the gym.

They seem to have a little more equipment than others Ive been to. Or the building is smaller than others so looks like more.

If I could give this place zero stars I would.This gym does not have clean bathrooms often, the second shower stall drain is clugged,and the female employees do not state their presence when being and cleaning the changing/ shower room. My husband walked out of the shower stall to find two females in the changing part of the room. This is very irresponsible and imperfessional. Will not be coming back to this location.

Only giving 5 stars because Isaac is a great front desk guy. Always nice and greets members. Really cool dude, he’s always working or cleaning and can lift. I might upgrade my membership because I like this gym a lot now. 👍🏼

Extremely annoying that they close at 9 on fridays when every other planet fitness closes at 10.

This is my second visit in a row that I cant find the employee so i can use the hydro bed after my work out. Dont know where he goes but thinking about moving to another gym so a can get a benefits for being a black card member.

I loved working out at PF. I was there for 4 years. But I had to cancel my membership because there were way to many colleges kids. Not good with covid happening. Maybe if they limited how many were coming to workout and did temp checks it would be great but they dont. But other than that great place to workout, clean and great workout machines and the staff is super friendly and helpful 👍

The manager, staff and trainer at this location are top notch.. Nice is the trainer, Anna the manager and Carlos is one of the staff.. Would highly highly recommend this location

A good place to have a non-contract membership $10 a month and a yearly maintenance fee is minimal.

Tranferred my account to Casselberry location. All areas very clean. Associates were great. Eager to help. Walked me thru entire site showing me everything and locations of my favorite machines!

Great facility but I wish it was better lit

I have been a PF member for about ten years and have been to a few different clubs. This location by far exceeded expectations and then some. Your employees were all super nice, friendly, courteous and not once did I see them doing nothing! The floor is big in comparison to other clubs, therefore the machines were nicely spread out and super clean. The equipment is superb with so many options. I loved it!!! Whomever owns this club should give themselves a 👋👋 along with your employees. From your very happy customer!!!!

Staff is friendly and the crowd inside seems good as well. The machines are a little older than other Planet Fitness establishments Ive been. I really liked their shower set up where it opens to your changing room and the shower is then inside of that. I did not like how there are windows all across the entire building as if showcasing every person that is working out... why not just put a tad of tint or something on at least a few? That was very uncomfortable.

Its clean with few people, big Tvs and great taste in ambient music playing in the background.

I was a member here for two years and the gym was always in good shape, always taken care of, the trainers and staff were great! Highly recommended!

Visited once because my apartment gym flooded. Im now a member. The lighting is a little dim but man, its clean, people pick up their weights, and the staff is friendly.

Honestly I hate to say this because I go to planet fitness in North Carolina it was the dirtiest Ive ever witnessed in my life the showers the machines it was filthy

Ive never been to a gym before and joined here. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable in what was an uncomfortable situation for me. It can be daunting walking into a gym for the 1st time alone and having no idea how to do or use anything. They seem genuinely happy to see you happy. Im very glad I picked here for my new favorite activity.

This is my favorite Planet Fitness. The lighting is kind of spooky and its currently under construction, but its my favorite set-up of all the locations. They actually have mirrors in good places. They have better machines. Theyre really great. Always super nice there. Its very different but its good.

Good neighborhood workout place. Everyone is very low key and respectful. Not too crowded. You never have to wait equipment to long if at all.

Good inexpensive place to work out without any pressure. Always a machine available to use. Love the hydrotherapy bed

Came here as a guest and absolutely loved the facility. I wish the one i used to go to was as clean and cool! The staff was very friendly when we walked in and also walked me around the gym to show me certain machines i was looking for. If i move to this area im 100% signing up.

I like the fact people cleaned the gym equipment. Place was too small though and the weight machines are not advanced as LA Fitness. I worked out for over 6 months there before going to LA and never felt sore or that I got a great workout. I went to LA Fintess one time and felt I sore and that I was getting a proper workout. The one thing I like about this place is that they have spray bottles and paper towels to clean the machines with easily.

A horribly unforgiving gym during the pandemic. The manager and staff were rude and blasé when handling customer concerns. I’ll just pay a little extra when the pandemic is over to go to a nicer gym and not have to deal with a company who doesn’t care about your well being. I’d rather not support them. They just care about your money, not your health.

I like this planet fitness. The people are super friendly. The machines are clean. The Smith machines have standard bars not Olympic which I dont like but everything else is prime.

Gym doesnt care about pandemic. 1 in 10 wears a mask. Had to walk out several times due to non mask use with clients walking about gym. Felt very unsafe. Some walk in without masks, helloooo staff, say something. Equipment also way too close. Being an essential healthcare professional, I wish this gyms management could see what Ive seen this virus do. Then maybe theyll have some wisdom and enforce mask use.

Visited as a guest of a friend. Clean environment, with respectful people of all ages and stages of their fitness journey. Definitely planning on coming back!

Clean, clean, clean. Sanatizer everywhere, 2, 3,4 bottles per station. Masks on by all staff and 80% of clients. Some equipment marked non use for distance. I do wish upon entrance they would take temperatures, ask questions and push hand sanitizer.

Worst place! I canceled my membership. They are not clean, the give a ... level is zero. Only one employee had a mask on and when I asked why, the manager said, We dont have to if we are not working. Yet there were sic people behind the counter. Only one with a mask on. They just do not care.

Very friendly staff. Im from out of town and didnt have my tag. A nice guy (ponytail and from Jersey- dont know his name) took care of everything. He was really friendly and Im thankful for his help. Facility is nice. I tended to go early so it was less crowded which I prefer. They are open 24 hours a day through the week which is really convenient. Their spa area is clean and machines are in good shape.

Great value. Need to fix treadmills. They had about 4 out of service. Friendly staff.

Great gym, reasonably priced. Gets crowded mainly after work (between 5pm - 7pm weekdays) but after that there normally isnt an issue finding a machine. Place is always kept clean. The one complaint would be that they are only open 24 hours during the week days. Weekends they close in the evenings and I wish they were open 24/7.

I ADORE this gym. The tanning beds are fabulous, and all of the equipment is well-kept and in working order. Staff is always friendly and makes a point to greet everyone who walks through the door. The atmosphere is amicable, and Ive never really had any issues with anything. Bathrooms are huge, haha, and very clean. Cleaning supplies to wipe down machines after use could occasionally use a speedy refill, but whats that when you have such stellar service and fitness resources?

Great gym and Ive made some great gym friends. I wish there were more machines and equipment, but basically has what I need. Very clean and the staff is nice. Looking forward to seeing what happens with the remodel.

Everyone was friendly, the staff was helpful and courteous. Way more diverse than my original home gym in Orange city. Would be five stars but its a bit smaller; could benefit from a professional organizer.

Great place! All the equipment you need. All the services and perks. Friendly staff (Allie) quick with information and help. Clean updated and just a nice place. Parking was ok. Easy to locate and close to other shopping.Wish it had a bigger space for floor workouts and free weights. It was a bit crowded there. No red light enhancement. Closed Friday after 9 Saturday and Sunday after 7.

I haven’t had a problem with this Planet Fitness, I like the equipment here and they just added a new section a few months ago. The employees are always super nice and they try to clean the equipment throughout the day. If I need a neck support for a bar then I can get one from the, they have some that are older so they still hurt but the newer ones are nice. I try to go when it’s less busy because some people don’t wipe the equipment after using it and once someone waited for me to get off a machine even though they could’ve went to another one. It just made me feel pressured to hurry with my exercise and really annoyed me. Not everyone is like that though, I have encountered nicer people who have helped give me advice on form. Just know there are really no problems with this place because they take care of the gym which is all I really care about.

Where can you go for a Gym membership for 10.00 a month?Great place. For 20.00 a month you can use the Hydro bed and Tanning.

Waited at the front counter for what seems like 15 minutes to get a tour and find out pricing and rules. Was only actually 5 utes and couldnt wait till.someone decided to see me and answer questions.

MOVED FROM CALIFORNIA AND NEVER NOTICED THE GYM BEHIND THE APARTMENTS LOL.... I WALK MAYBE 2 MINUTES FROM IT AND DECIDED TO JOIN COUPLE MONTHS AGO AND I LOVE IT

I started going to this gym just a few months ago. When I originally came in, the young lady at the desk was super helpful and professional...as was the male personal trainer that was in. Ive come in almost every day for different reasons. Sometimes to work out, other times to take advantage of black card amenities like the massage beds, and other times to use the showers if I just finished teaching my own dance class, etc. and needed to freshen up before heading to a meeting or event (I work almost all across the Central Florida area traching dance, Zumba, etc in addition to my 9-5). At first that didnt seem to be a problem, but Im not sure if they hired new people or I just hadnt seen them yet. I distinctly remember one gentleman when I came in was super polite and charismatic. From what I noticed, he was like that with everyone. Everytime I or anyone else came in, he made it a point to ask how I was regardless of what he was doing, etc. He did the same for when anyone left. Shortly after, I came in one day and he was speaking to one of the female staff that I hadnt seen before. Same thing happened, I walked in, he looked over and spoke to me as he did with thw guy behind me. However, the female staff member was NOT pleased. She started rolling her eyes at me and mumbling ubder her breath. I headed to do what I needed to do and got out of there. Everytime after that, if the young lady is there, she and another young lady are usually saying rude things about why Im coming in the gym just to shower or just to use the massage chairs & how bad I apparently smell and how Im disgusting for walking around sweaty when I come in after a class, etc. Ive even had someone pull the shower curtain open on me while the water was running and my curtain was the only one closed and they said sorry in the most sarcastic tone and proceeded to say rude things to their friend as they walked away. On my last visit, I came in and a young lady yelled out that I had to pay a late fee for the previous month. She had a smug look on her face and was movong her head around like she wanted everyone to hear. I told her that I had already paid the previous month and late fee (my bank shut down my account temporarily after my account number was compromised).When I was leaving, I showed one of the young ladies the receipt from online as well as the transaction successfully going through my bank account, but she wouldnt listen. She said she would waive the late fee but I would still have to pay last months membership and this months. She also proceeded to get loud with me and give me major attitude when I was just trying to figure out what happened and what my options were for making sure I got credit for my payment. I never went back! We talk about a judgement free zone, but thats not what I experienced. Ive seen a few ither reviews about the female staff not being as friendly and I think it should beaddressed.

3 at best. The staff is lovely, and the place is clean in general. But comparing this pf to others, this one is small, the 3 Smith machines are always in use, same goes for the cable machines - tons of cardio machines though but if youre strength training during the rush hour, put aside extra time just to wait for others. If you can, just drive to the fashion square one and avoid this one all together.

Nice place to work out. I have been working out there for during like almost two years , and so far I can say that there is nothing that I have to complain about. Cool staff by the way.

This Planet Fitness offers everything needed for a complete workout. The staff are friendly and the workout areas are consistently clean. I only wish there were more benches and machines available.

Been a member for 13 months. Really like it, nice staff, clean locker rooms, I am always able to get on the machines I want without a wait. Can bring guests. I love the Hydro Massage bed. That alone is worth my monthly membership fee. I always recommend people looking for a gym in the area. Wish I would have joined sooner.

Very clean facilities, machines are kept up well, and as many others have commented, the staff is friendly and welcoming. The mornings have a great group of regulars who are friendly and encouraging without encroaching on personal time. It truly is a judgement free zone. Highly recommended.

I have enjoyed my visits over the last month and have enjoyed the results that are ongoing. I have made more friends and gotten more active by getting back into a routine doing this.

Modern, clean facility with a good selection of clean, well-maintained equipment. No sauna, hot tub, or steam room, but you cant beat the no-contract, minimum down payment, and low monthly fee. Staff quality can be hit or miss.

Bought a 18 month paid in full membership out of Apopka. Enjoyed working out there but I moved three months ago and am now closer to the Casselberry gym. I’ve been working out there without any issues for three months. I didn’t have my card today so the assistant manager was good enough to ask for my phone number to check me in. She then said I have membership that only allows me to use the Apopka location. She would need five bucks to let me workout today.Now I’ve used many Planet Fitnesses around Orlando as well as using the Casselberry location for the last few months.Now considering I know I have less than two weeks left on my current membership, which the assistant manager looking at her computer just realized as well. You would think that I’d be a possible immediate membership renewal prospect, or one in a mere eighteen days.Unfortunately the assistant manager was not personable, tactful nor a smart business person.She convinced me in a span of sixty seconds to get a membership at a different gym all together.

I have been to multiple Planet Fitness locations and this one needs some TLC specifically the workout machine padding. Multiple machines require replacement of the padding in the seats, arms and foot areas. It is uncomfortable to be working out when cracked vinyl is rubbing against the skin. If this is done, then I would give 4 stars.

Just like the PF in Lake Mary they to have lots of equipment with little or no wait time to hop on your favorite machine. The front desk was very helpful in letting me know that there was a location closer to my home.
