They dont have QR scanner for Amazon returns. This store is listed as UPS authorized Amazon return store and it is not because you cant return Amazon items with QR code!

I make very delicate and valuable items and trust no one with them, especially in a pack & ship/drop off situation. I took a chance months ago at this location. The people at Pak Mail are the ONLY ones I will have ship my items from now on. I get compliments all the time on the careful packing and timely arrival of items to my customers. I know it seems expensive. But to me its worth the cost to have everything shipped without problems. So far so good! Thanks Pak Mail.

If you have an item to ship or mail Pak Mail of Casselberry is the place to go! Great service. I was greeted with friendly expertise meeting my specific needs. Difficult, large or small packages receive excellent care. No more post office lines for me! The great thing about Pak Mail of Casselberry is they have FEDEX, UPS, DHL, USPS and they can build crate and freight service and International shipping too.

My company used them to pick up, pack and ship some items at our Casselberry office that we were closing. They were very prompt in arriving to pick up the items and took great care in packing them to be shipped. I would highly recommend them if you have any pack and/or shipping needs.

Terrible service! the former owner sold about 2 months ago and the place is already going to hell. Under new ownership and now we get No notifications when packages are delivered, no accountability, lost mail, and the building leaks terribly when it rains. The place is very cluttered and messy and the owner just sits around watching tv. There is no way anyone could trust their mail with this new owner

They crated and shipped two large framed photographs internationally via FEDEX and had it there in less than a week. It was packed incredibly well and Dipa was great through the whole process, showing me pictures of the crating process. She had great communication with me from start to finish. I would not hesitate to use PakMail again in the future.

Clearly the owner is having friends and family write reviews here as well as at other review sites. I called to ask a simple question and was unable to understand anything the person who picked up said. I decided to give them a second chance because they are so close. When I arrived at the store the clerk was rude, aloof, and unhelpful. The store is dirty and gives off an overall depressing aura. In the future I will simply drive farther.

Ive been a few times and both of the staff Ive met are very friendly. I was overcharged this last time I went though. I didnt realize until after I left, I paid cash, no receipt. So just be careful and get a receipt if possible. Also, i love incense but its a bit overpowering in such a small space.

I had used PakMail Casselberry more then couple times for packing and shipping to my family in Texas and Puerto Rico and they take care of good. Never late or damage any boxes. very good location. good customer service.

I want to start by pointing something out. The 1st 3 reviews are done by the same family, look at the last name. The 6th review names the owner which is the same as the person in the 1st review. So I think its safe to say the first 3 review are pointless being that it is from the owners.Now on to my situationI am in the military currently stationed overseas. My father who is sick dropped off my row machine to be shipped to me they charged me over $250 to take the machine plus the shipping.I can deal with the price, however when I got the machine and opened the packaging the bolts and screws were literally just falling out of the package. There are at least 100 nuts, bolts, and washers that I have to figure out where the belong. I consider myself mechanically inclined however this is a nightmare. I filed a claim with paypal (glad I paid with them) now its on to the Better Business Bureau.I HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS

Nickel and Dime you for everything!I had two prepaid packages (one UPS & one Fedex) that I was going to drop off here to save time and only go to one location. I requested a confirmation receipt for the drop offs and the clerk said it would be $3.99 per package. WHAT! He is already getting paid by both UPS & Fedex for receiving my packages but now he wants to charge me $3.99 per package to show he received them. I informed him that was ridiculous as any other drop off location provides the drop off receipt free of charge. I then proceeded to the UPS depot site and found out that this particular location had received numerous complaints during the recent holiday season for ripping people off. I will never go there again. By the clerk wanting to charge for the drop off receipt, it makes you wonder what all goes on behind the doors that they can get away with since they want to charge the shipper for proof they are now in custody of your package. If I had left the packages without paying for the drop off receipt and something happened I would have had no proof that the store was the last to have custody of them.

I had a friend ship me a few things. Two days later and still only has a label printed... I like it.
