This is the second time a Platinum package was purchased and, again, I received less than mediocre results. The interior was not wiped down or cleaned. The vacuuming was incomplete and unacceptable. The rims remained dirty. My vehicle was rushed through the process with no attention to detail! I will never go back and will inform all I can of this horrible experience.

Fantastic staff here! I expressed to them that maybe last time a few key spots were missed. No big deal, people get busy and make mistakes. Anyway, these two younger kids (probably 18-20) could NOT have been nicer about it! They apologized for the last time (again, not needed) and assured me they’d take great care of the truck. It’s a work truck. It’s nasty. This crew made this truck spotless, inside and out! Solid people. And most important, they were friendly. The way things are lately, it’s always a great feeling when people are nice for no reason. Gives me a lot of hope.

Purchased the Platnum package and let’s just say a four year old could have done a better job. They barely touched the inside of my car… I came home and had to clean it. They left water marks everywhere. The service here has gone downhill and I will no longer be giving them my business. Save your money and go somewhere else. Extremely dissatisfied with how my car turned out. Also, I called multiple times and nobody answered the phone. That’s convenient.

They do a great job here. Got the Jeep dirty In Daytona and Mr. CW did good cleaning her up. Sand and Salt Gone.

Bought the top tier cleaning. Waste of 36 dollars. They barely vacuumed the inside, didn’t bother to move the booster seat. Don’t even think they took my mats out. The cherry on top was when I parked at home and noticed they only cleaned the driver side wheels and rim, the other side was dirty!

Worst car wash ever received. Vacuum must not work well had to get home and redo it, rims dirty even after mentioning it. Sorry to see this facility go down hill so fast. was my favorite car wash especially when the detail shop was open. wont be back

Paid for wash with tire shine. I get my car cleaned every other week. I really can tell if tire shine is sprayed on and wiped on tire or just part of the wash. This is what they do. they say it comes during the wash. I can go to a local gas station and go through their drive through

The actual car wash was really OK, but the staff they have working the line is absolutely fantastic! Kudos to them for keeping things moving in an efficient and excellent way.

One too many stars. Did such a terrible job I ended up recleaning the interior myself. Dog hair still all over the backseat; considerable amount of LOOSE sand on front rubber mats. A simple job I accomplished with a handheld vacuum; no excuse for a commercial grade vacuum to have missed this. Just laziness.

Do not waste your time or money here. The drive-thru wash scratched and cracked my windshield. They recorded an incident report and I was told that I would be contacted within 24 to 48 hours, to which I never received a call. They also have no attention to detail and rushed through the interior. It looked as if nothing had been done.

Everything is great, I’m an unlimited wash monthly member so I love that I can hit any Mr. Car Wash any day and that they have many locations. Only thing I’d change is for each location to implement a recycling program. I feel bad throwing plastics and cans away, which of course we all get a lot of while driving **thanks Starbucks** so I go to Wawa to drop off my recyclables. It’d be much easier and faster to have Mister Cash Wash be a one stop shop!

Meh. I just went and they did a mediocre job. I paid for the $36 cleaning and the car is still dusty inside. And finding crumbs that should have been vacuumed out. They didn’t wipe down the seats in the back - I can tell because they look the same. I waited 10 minutes for my car - not sure how you can clean very well in 10 minutes. I used to come here a while back and it was great - and took a lo g time - but worth the wait. Would not recommend.

For those that are choosing to go to this car wash just be mindful that this is what a $20 interior clean gets you, which is according to the people the best interior option they have. This is the worst part of the car the rest of the car is subpar. All of the mats look like the one in the photo and it didnt look like the back had even been vacuumed or cleaned.

The staff here is very friendly and does an amazing job !! $36 (full service platinum) and they clean the outside and inside and wipe everything down. They even cleaned inside the gas tank area !! I would highly recommend taking your car here you won’t be disappointed !!

I took my Chevy Cruze to this car wash yesterday and am thrilled with the service and results! Months of pollen and parking under trees was washed away at Mister Car Wash. A great experience from start to finish. So happy with my shiny car, I took my wife’s car today and got the same great service.

I went to Mr. Car wash drove through the carwash and my windshield wiper s were ripped off of my Audi Q7 SUV. My Windshield was scratched all the way across and I immediately spoke to management and they took a report but would not help me in any way. They would not even try to find my Windshield Wiper blades that their machine tore from my car. They would not accept responsibility . After a long time of trying to figure out how to resolve this. I got no where with them. Im going to take legal action. My Windshield is ruined and my Wiper blades are gone. On a Audi Q7 SUV. Im warning every one do not go to this franchise. Is they do something to your car they will Not take responsibility. I have to spend over Hundred dollars on Wipers from the dealer. This place is Horrible. Never again. It was my first time and last.

The exterior had multiple water spots. The interior was vacuumed completely. And no interior fragrance. I called 3 times unsuccessfully. I took my car back up there to address the issues, which they did but they also threw away my chapstick and medication! I was never able to reach anyone to address the last issue. I don’t recommend this business to anyone!!!

Good automated wash, but didnt see the self serve vacuuming area and staff wasnt proactive in helping in any way if you werent using their full service option. Get the feeling they want to force you to pay for fun service if your want to vacuum your car, even though i paid for monthly top of the line wash/wax. Other Misters such as the one in Howland in Deltona have self service vacuuming and helpful staff. Maybe I missed something at this one, but no one cared enough to help so i have to give it this review.

If you want your car clean right this is the place to go the people that worked out very respectful I myself paint all these buildings for a company I work for a commercial company and I’ve painted already five buildings in every building I’ve been to the people have been very respectful they clean your car they don’t play around and the cars always look good they’re very polite and these people treat you like family definitely the place to go to get your car washed

Had a Mister car wash membership but moved to NY. Here on a work related trip and this was a need to stop location. Ive been going to this location since the 90s when it was a different name. The service and staff is always anxious to help or offer a service that suits your needs and offer multiple options and explain what each has above or without of the other.

If you want to waste 20 bucks on an exterior was just to leave with a dirty car. This is the place.

We drove up, exited our car, took a 5 minute stroll next door to Lowes, returned to our car, and like magic, my husband and I were enjoying the clean New Car fragrance, the wash inside & out, the tires, just perfect.

Always take great care of my car, and the monthly program is definitely worth it if you want an easy way to keep your car looking great.

Even when they are busy, swamped, full of cars in every lane they still keep everything organized and clean. I have stuck with Mister Car Wash since Day one. Great job.

Problem, the cap on my key slot to my drivers side door came off during the wash. No one could find it. They wanted me to come back later to see if they could find it. I told them no i want a refund. They gave me a credit for a free full service wash and wax. I took it.

If you have a car with a roof rack, dont go there, it simply wont clean the roof, and if you claim... They tell you to go to detailing service to get it done.. terrible service

Not only has the price of a basic non-member car wash gone up by $2 in the past year or so, but the service and the results have also become worse by ten times. When youre driving into the car wash, it used to be where one of the guys would scrub your windshield with a brush. Well today, he pretended to brush maybe a few inches of the hood and swiped the brush once on the drivers side windshield. Which appeared to me out of pure laziness. The actual car wash also seemed much faster, took maybe 30 seconds if that. Still spots on the car. More money, poorer service. Ridiculous.

I used to love this place when it was Bills Car Wash, but it seems with change of ownership came change in quality. I waited until my second time coming here under the Mister name until I wrote this review and feel my rating is justified. In both instances I elected to go with their top wash option and what I got was little for it. They essentially do a quick vac, run it through the wash, and quick wipe down of the exterior with little to no attention to detail. The end result was that my interior still had dust and dirt marks, smears on the plastic parts, exterior had dirt around the handles, rims, and spot marks on the windows/mirrors. For any of their less expensive washes, I would have found this a get what you pay for situation, but for $40 plus tip, it just wasnt worth it. The dust marks especially just simply brush off and would have taken them no time to go that little extra mile. When I asked about it, they told me I had to go to the very expensive full detail service to get those couple of swipes. Maybe Im being nitpicking, but I have gone to other car washes and have definitely paid less for more.

It was amazing. This one person spent a lot of time vacuuming my car. I promise not to let it go that long.

Very Disappointed with their service! Just purchased a $36 “Platinum Wash” and they broke my cell phone dash holder. Not to mention that a young man had to basically clean the entire top and the front bumper. Manager never came to even apologize, definitely NOT worth my business.

Over the years I have seen a lot of changes. I have the monthly membership for exterior. My only issue I have is with the inside windshield not being carefully wiped dry. The cost has gone up, however, the quality still remains mostly a streaky windshield.

Never seen the exterior of a car look as good as when I took a car here. Everyone remarked how amazing it looked, like it was gleaming. Excellent!!

This place is a joke. First off the cost is crazy high. Then they dont even care about your car. Or anything they do. You are better off paying a kid to wash your car or doing it yourself. Save your money. 0/10 never again.

Honestly a waste of money. First time going there, very disappointing. Definitely do not recommend going there if you’re looking for a full interior service. Just DIY rather than getting the so called “Full Service” since your interior literally looks the same way you brought it in. Forget about having anything in your car wiped down but do look forward for the quick vacuuming in the inside but don’t expect for everything to be fully vacuumed. I give the wash machine and customer service a 3 stars.

This location is part of a chain. Usually very little wait and they do a great job on my car. You can also vacuum your car fee here which is a bonus.

I go there often but one time i had a scare there was no one in the car ahead of me and it has stopped and my car continously was moving as well was the car behind me i started blowing my horn repeatly and a attendant jump in and couldnt get the car to move finally a young guy came and hit a main power switch and the whole line stop it made me nervous for a while but I go back now and no problems

I did the $20 wash & it was okay I guess... I got out & looked after & had to bust out my own rag to get all the spots that were missed, it took me 20mins. I wont go back, but it wasnt terrible 🤷🏻‍♂️

You dont get what you paid for. The menu is very confusing and I believe this is the case for the staff as well. I have been once before and they did a pretty good job with only a couple of guys, I waited 30 minutes or so and my car was clean.Last night, I paid for the platinum $36 deal plus a $10 tip, with about 234 people working on my car, and waited about 45 seconds. I could of gotten the same results from an $8 self serve car wash, and a handful of change to hastily vacuum the floors.They upgraded the inside, and downgraded the outside. I would of been happy with the modest waiting area and a clean car.

I do not remember her name her name but what I do remember is she having a pretty smile and being very tall. She was so helpful, this guy with the polo (I asked her what was his name and it was Dan) was just staring at my car and not offering no help or checking if I needed something. She stopped what she was doing to come and help me, she was so sweet even got me to sing up for the membership. If you ever see this, ty we need more people like you in the world.

I have unlimited washes, and I love it . My chevy van has 70000.mi on it and it looks brand new.

For starters I only went to this location because I was not near my home. Im sure they may be great for the services that they do offer but I am accustomed to being able to clean the grill on my car and vacuuming it myself, but they do not have those options at this particular location as stated by the employee that worked there. I had just come from taking a trip in my car so it was filled with bugs in the front and the rearview mirrors. I got the average car wash which did not do anything so maybe that could have been the reason why bug gunk was still there, but again if I was at a location that had those other options that wouldnt have been a problem.

I go to this car wash all the time. I feel safe and comfortable at this location. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

We probably spend $250 per month getting all our vehicles detailed there. Today, we had our phone charger taken from our vehicle. When we asked to speak with a manager, he assured us that none of his employees took it. Someone has sticky fingers there. Instead of apologizing and possibly offering a free wash, he just told us to have a nice day. They just lost a lot of business. Will not be back. Be aware of leaving anything in your car you don’t want stollen. To add insult to injury they did a horrible job cleaning the car.

Chain on the car wash broke. They refunded my car wash. This location doesn’t have the self serve vacuums.I understand the chain on the car doesn’t break often; however I still think there could be some place in system to check/replace every 9 months- a year considering this isn’t something that happens often.

First visit was good, nice people, good free coffee and really quick. The only problem was they didnt clean my car very good. Called the next day and got a call center. I took my car back and they cleaned it properly. I went to the waiting area to get some coffee and OMG the place was a mess! No coffee and the trash cans were overflowing. Bathroom wasnt much better. I believe they have potential but are understaffed

Really disappointed. Paid $39 for a full service. They had the car washed and finished in 10 minutes. I walked out and nothing had been wiped done. I had to take a rag and wipe the car myself. Just want to note that there were 8 employees watching, all shaking their heads but none came to rectify the situation. The touch screen in my car was still dirty. Rims on the car still dirty. Waste of money on my part. Bug remnants still on the front of the car... I just don’t understand they have all this man power standing around, why not get together and do it right? Service is really going down.

Got the approximately $30 cleaning job, inside and out. Long story short, it wasnt worth $30. Maybe $10. Didnt shampoo anything inside, didnt wipe down inside very well. The rims still had some dirt on them. Leaves under the hood by the windshield that were clearly visible and easy to get left there. Just not a very good job. I do not recommend going to them.

Ive found this local car wash after moving and based on recommendation from a few friends and family. After my 3rd visit it became very clear that they had a great system for tracking previous customer wash history! On my latest visit last week Saturday I was greeted by a young lady and she recommended purchasing 1 of the unlimited wash packages. After a few answered question I determined to get the best monthly package which was around $60 plus tax. I take great pride in caring for my vehicle both mechanically and in regards to maintaining exterior care! I always go early in the morning to avoid a long wait and in hopes that the workers are not exhausted from the days work. But for whatever reason after leaving to attend a car meet, a fellow enthusiast pointed out some left over dirt on my rims, side skirts, front and rear bumpers!! I was shocked and embarrassed since I had complete faith that misters car wash didnt need me to inspect the work since I literally just purchased the highest monthly package AND there was no one ahead of me, not to mention they had 5 workers stationed outside to dry the vehicles!!! This is beyond ridiculous for a service I paid for and not a good way to start a long term relationship!!! Please get in contact with me so we can talk about this since Ive lost some faith in this company!!

Ive had some good and bad experiences here. This last one is it for me though. I paid for an upgraded exterior/interior package. The car was given to me dirty and they did not even wipe down the dash. When I pointed out that I had parked under a tree for a few minutes the previous day and there was some bird spots on the hood that were still there...he says, oh we cant get that stuff off. I took the rag from him and wiped them gently...they came off easily. Nobody here takes any pride in their work at all. I was annoyed and left quickly. I get a few miles away and then realized that they didnt even give me the lemon air freshener that I paid for. I wont return.
