I came in for a printer problem and they gave me excellent customer service. The printer was end of life date-wise and the print head was no longer manufactured. They tried the manufacturer and then someone else they knew who was an expert in cross-fitting different heads to see if there was a solution that could be found. Ultimately, my printer was dead as a door nail and they did everything they could have done to help me out. I appreciated their honesty and not trying to take me for diagnostic costs or repair that wouldnt have helped anyway.. I would highly recommend them!

Wow a company with outstanding customer service, imagine that. They do business the way it used to be when companies valued their customer base. Jamie was extremely knowledgeable and beyond courteous. I will be back and recommend as a go to business for friends.

Had an Epson Projector power board go out on me. I found IT products based on the Epson service center search. I gave them a call and Jamie told me how to package my projector and send it to them. I thought the projector was out of warranty, so I was expecting to get charged. I received a call from Adrian the day after I shipped it. I was stunned at the quick response already. He told me they identified the faulty power board and gave me a price it was going to take to fix it. A very reasonable price I must add. The next day he calls me again. Good news, it was under warranty and no charge to me. They were shipping me a new projector. I got a new projector in less than a week from shipping it. You just dont find service like that very often these days. I dont know where these 1 star reviews come from on this company. Im here to tell you to ignore them. These people are top notch! They deserve every star of the five stars I gave them!

Started out putting in for an online quote. Joe Cody called me back and I must say was rude from the outset. I was so desperate to get my large format printer repaired I went along. He said he would fit me in, in between 2 repair jobs in my area. My sister was there to let him in to work on my printer. He said he knocked and rang the bell and would have to leave as no one answered the door. I phoned my sister and rang him back, he said he would have to leave. I rang his company to voice my displeasure and was told he had been at my house as he insulted its condition. ( Nice guy huh?!) Was he ringing the bell or assessing my homes appearance? He must have materialized like Houdini as the security cams never picked up his presence. Regardless, the rudeness and unprofessionalism is enough to make you avoid this company. Even his office staff say he is a grumpy man!

I dont think I can recommend this company because Ive spent two weeks trying to get a response from them about my printer issues. If they eventually take some responsibility and get back to me, I may change my review. Until then, Zero points for effort. And no, I wasnt calling the wrong number. The receptionist told me the name of the service person and it took him two weeks before he finally responded. He did end up replacing my print head and Im satisfied with the job they did...eventually. Thats why Im changing my review from 1 star to 2. Maybe work on your response time.

For Epson/Pioneer DJ repairs, Jamie knows her gear. Solid repair service. Some timely things like parts that have to come from Japan, you gotta have patience with international shipping.

Took a week to get back to me for my repair. Didnt return 2 calls during the wait. Then wanted to charge me over 2 times what I paid for my projector to repair it. Not impressed at all!!!

Took printer in for repair/diagnostic. They called back when they said they would with the results and recommendations. Did not have repair done, manufacturer suggested cost would exceed price of a new printer, which is not uncommon for semi pro inkjets.Frank

Horrible service! I was promised a 3-4 day lead time to diagnose my projector problem. I followed up 2 weeks later to discover they had not even opened the box, apparently misplacing it under the counter. Service Manager promised they would get it on the bench today (but they did not) and after not hearing anything for a week, called back and was promised a tech would call me back on status that day (but he did not). Next day I call again and Jamie promised to order a part on the 5th to arrive in a couple of days, and on the 12th I call to find out the part never shipped and its out of stock but apparently was in stock when she checked before. Jamie promises to call me back after checking with the manufacturer for details, but no call back again. I leave message on the 16th and no call back yet again! I reach Jamie on the 22nd and she says (as before) Oh, the tech should have called you. In any case, the part is out of stock and we dont know when it will be back in. That may be the case, but I cant help but think if the part had been ordered six weeks ago, my unit would have been fixed by now. Rather than being forced to pay the return shipping fee they insist on charging, and waiting who knows how long for them to actually ship it back as promised, I will drive up there to pick it up to find somebody else to fix it.Jamie did offer to waive the diagnostic fee, but I will never use this place again!
