I’d like to give Marty more than just 5 stars, and he never even set foot in my house!! I called Marty first this thing last Friday because of a broken freezer issue. He was the first responder out of the 6 companies I called. He then prooceeded to verbally walk me through how to fix the current predicament I was in. I understood that he didn’t have time at that moment to drop everything and arrive at my house to fix my freezer, but he did the next, very best thing. Which was talking me through a solution via phone and text message images. I am extremely thankful Marty called me last week and will certainly call him first if I even need urgent or general appliance help. Thank you Marty . Paul.

I have had continuous problems with my refrigerator not working properly. The refrigeration company had SIMCO come to my house on every problem. SIMCO was professional, prompt and thorough with their service. After 4 breakdowns with my refrigerator in one year, SIMCO was there to contact the company and thru their diligence and complete record keeping was able to replace my refrigerator with a new one. I cannot say how happy I am to have a repair man follow thru with exceptional service that he extended to me. I will recommend their expertise and knowledge to all my friends!
