Just moved in here during COVID-19 and Nina I. made the entire experience extremely easy in a rather stressful time. Shoutout to her!The studio apartment itself is hands down one of the best utilized floorplans in the area. I looked at quite a few competitors, and Integra Lakes had the best amenities, prime location (if youre like me and looking for a safe and quiet area), and beautiful in-unit features.Happy to call this my new home. Cannot recommend this complex enough!

The process of filling out the application and moving in was so smooth, thanks to Nina. She was always available when we needed her and went the extra measures to make sure we had everything and were taken care of. Our place is super cozy and the property as well as the buildings are well kept & secure!

My boyfriend and I moved into Integra Lakes this September and it was the best decision! Nina helped us through every step of the way and really made our moving process seamless! Moving into a new community during a pandemic can be a little nerve-racking, but they took every safety precaution necessary! We signed everything virtually and once move in day came around we received a short knowledgeable tour and our apartment was immaculate and move in ready! Nina helped us get our 2 bedroom apartment here and my girlfriend and I love it. I bothered Nina a lot with plenty of questions and she was always happy to oblige me. She kept it real from the jump and made the move in process easy so on our move in day we just needed to grab the keys and go. If you are looking to move in speak to Nina!

Lived here for over two years and it was an absolute pleasure. The apartments are beautifully designed and built incredibly well with top-notch amenities, but the best feature by far is the wonderful staff who take care of you and the property. Special mention to the superstars Yasmine and Chad, who from day-one made us feel like we were at home. My daughter and I moved in a brand new- never occupied Integra Lakes Apartment in August 2017 when it was under different management. The staff was friendly and attentive, they had community events and the maintenance team kept the building immaculate. We had a few minor problems with the AC and fixtures but they were quickly resolved. After 2 months, we started seeing ants in the living room, kitchen and bathrooms. . We reported and they would spray but the ants would still be there. could not explain where the ants came from and I feel they never addressed my inconvenience with losing food and having to have pest control constantly in my apartment. That is the first part of my complaint. The second has to deal with how the Harbor Group has chipped away at what was a beautiful complex with great amenities - minus the ant issue and now has created a cesspool where resident have no respect for the build or each other, parking is out of control, the office hours have been reduced and they charge for services not being delivered. Issue one, they have close the resident lounge with the computers, pool tables, tvs, games and kitchen at 6pm when it use to be open until 10pm -they advertise on there website that is is open during the evenings. Two, the gym is advertised and was 24 hours and now it closes at 11:00pm. Why is this a big deal, if you work, when would you have time to use the services? The advertise free wifi- and the use of the internet cafe where the computers are and for people like me with a school aged student, that is a plus but closing it at six as people are just getting home makes no sense. Three- they are now closed on Sunday which would not be a big issue expect all the amenities are closed to except the pool and gym. Four- there is trash left for days in the stairwells and parking lot and it is worse on the weekend because there is no maintenance. Five- they charge you for monthly pest control but they do not spray on a monthly basis. Six, the parking is not regulated despite promises to do so.

Both of my kids have lived at this property for a year or so. They loved it. Its a beautiful property with a lots of nice amenities! And its dog friendly! The are very helpful as well! I would definitely recommend this property to others!

Nina and Yasmine at Integra Lakes Apartments were such a huge help with getting me moved in after recently moving to the area from MN. The apartments are brand new and spacious with all new appliances. Really glad I found these apartments after looking at several other complexes I wasnt too sure about. Great place to live!

I have lived at Integra Lakes for two years now and I am so pleased, I decided to extend my lease. The leasing office staff as well as the exceptional maintenance team have been paramount in my overall experience. They are quick to address any concerns I have and provide immediate service. Integra Lakes offers a variety of great amenities such as a size-able pool, clean gym and grilling stations. I would highly recommend starting your apartment search here, you will not be disappointed!

This property is absolutely amazing! I have been living here since the beginning and have no complaints. The staff is incredibly friendly and always there to help. They keep up with the maintenance and always strive to make everyone feel safe and welcomed. I highly recommend these apartments!

I have lived in this community for a little over two years and Ive had nothing but great experiences here! The leasing staff is always super friendly and willing to assist you as well as the maintenance team, they always keep up with the community and keep it clean and neat. The location is so convenient with everything you need right across the street from you. I just released for a 3rd year and I honestly dont feel like any other place would fit my needs like this place!

I had the chance to tour the property with Nina and she was absolutely amazing. Her profesionalism, personality and attitude made my visit very enjoyable. They did not have the floor plan or availability of my preference but I am keeping an eye on their website and as soon as something becomes available, I will be submitting my application :)Thank you Nina, you rock girl!

The friendliest staff Ive ever met! Always willing to make my life easier. Very clean and has the best resort style pool. Makes paying the bills worth it to live in a place like this!

The process from application to move in date has been outstanding. The leasing/community management team has been exceptionally helpful, and has kept me informed throughout the process. I was even provided a thorough walk through prior to move in. The amenities are outstanding and the grounds are well kept even during final construction. The apartments are nicely appointed and the ability to have a garage unit is a tremendous plus. The community is in an outstanding location near shops and restaurants and feels very safe. Im looking forward to a great living experience.

Our young adult daughter moved into Integra Lakes Apartments in Casselberry. The property is absolutely beautiful, the facilities seem to be top notch, and the one thing that I was really happy with is the security to each building. Last but not least, she loves the place! Highly Recommend!

I live in this condominium for approximately 2 years, and unfortunately there is no concern for the safety of the residents. Example: there are no cameras in the parking lots, there are drivers driving at high speed at all times. !!!!!! for lack of cameras and security measures we are having big problems with car and bicycle theft

I came to this property and was greeted by Nina, who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I could not have asked for a better experience I will definitely refer all of my friends and family to this complex and have them see her she made the process so easy and enjoyable.

This is the best living choice you could make. Ive lived in so many cities in different apartments and Integra Lakes is by far the best! My boyfriend and I moved in three months ago and have had nothing but positive experiences here. Beautiful surroundings, great staff, and all the amenities you could ask for. If youre considering Integra Lakes, I would highly consider moving here!

This is one of the best luxury apartment I’ve seen yet. It’s like owning a home that has very accommodation one person could imagine. The office staff was helpful and very knowledgeable. Staying I’m sure I’ll be here for a longgggg time.

Integra Lakes and its staff are fantastic. Shout out to Nina, Yasmine, Chad and the rest of the maintenance team.There were a few hiccups with appliances when I moved in, but they were sorted out and they worked with my schedule.The gym here is fantastic and has almost everything you could need except for a power rack.The grounds are clean, however I will say, some tenants overuse the trashcans instead running their trash to the compactor at the front.The dog run is small, but gets the job done.

Editing my review to 1 star since the company is charging us 1,500 because we were 5 days late on a notice to move out. Avoid this place.Very unhappy with this apartment. Their homepage for COVID-19 says Caring For Our Community, but they have shut down all of the amenities and are not offering any relief in the wake of COVID-19. They told me we are not refunding any portion of rent because you dont pay for the amenities, you only pay for the apartment.With that in mind I am revising my review.So, I would not recommend this apartment when there are similar ones for $400 a month less within a few blocks. Since we are not paying for the amenities I will not factor them into the price of rent. Other apartments offer similar ones anyways.A month or so after we moved in I asked if the water pressure could be increased as it was very low. The maintenance worker walked in and after looking at the sink pressure said the water pressure is high enough. and he walked out.

I love coming home to this beautiful property. Although there were some bumps in the beginning with the move in process, living here has been wonderful. The staff is friendly, welcoming and Jim the maintenance gentleman is phenomenal, any work requests get done asap.

Once again,,, I regret moving to this place. I feel like I’m being ripped off every month. Amenities (except pool) are only open during office business hours (which is::: every time I’m working). I don’t really care about the office, but it bothers me that I’m paying for something that I can’t even enjoy when I please (I was ok with 9pm closing hours). When I signed my lease contract I signed because of all the things this place had. Now, this people in the office are never there. Their new thing now is close the office whatever holiday they have on their cheap calendar (I think they invented it). Less access to amenities!! Also, Everyone here pays for Valet Trash and the company who works for them picks up the trash whenever they please. On the other hand, there’s also people who spend their “whole” day doing or selling who knows what at their car garage and listening to loud music. Anytime there is an event,, non residents are taking our parking lots. Last time they had someone preventing that but that doesn’t happen all the time. Without any events at lake::: it’s still very hard to find a parking close to the building. There is dog pee smell every morning at every entrance, female dog period blood in the stairs,,, even hallways.If you are looking for a place to live::: I’m sure you can find some other places out there with same $$$ and better hours , maintenance and most important : management company that cares.

Integra Lakes is an amazing place to even visit. I was so impressed by the hospitality and capability of the staff. Evelyn your in the right line of work! Thank you for seeing my sister and I. And treating us with the upmost respect 😁

If you are looking for a great location and a modern touch to living Integra Lakes is the place to be. The staff is great and amenities are second to none.

This place is very poorly managed and highly overpriced. I will NEVER RECOMMEND this place to anyone. Prior to your move the management will promise you just about everything, but that quickly changes once you move in. My only suggestion is STAY AWAY from this place, since this is NOT where you want to be. This should be your last option, only in the event if you cannot find somewhere else to live and are very much desperate for a place. Sooner or latter you will regret in the event you decide to move in there.

I moved in about a month ago and it is great so far. I have no complaints. I am always able to find parking in front of my apartment building, no matter what time of day or night. Especially if you work late. If there is anything that is broken in the apartment and you report it to the staff, they get it fix asap. Angel is one of the Maintenance guy that works on the property. He does an amazing job. I had a few things that needed to get fix and he got it complete in no time. There is a nice lady who comes by to pick up the trash whether rain or sunshine. Trash is picked up everyday except for Wednesdays and Saturdays. The overall staff at Integra Lakes are great and they are friendly and willing to help. Also the location is great too, there is a Target, Stake and Shake, Taco Bell and Panda Express right across the street. There is a Publix and Applebees down the street not to far from the apartment and you are in the middle of Altamonte Springs and Winter Park. I would recommend this apartment to anyone. Great location, updated appliances and wonderful staff. What more can you ask for?

Location was great at the time, the property was nice. Then slowly over time started going down hill. From the hours to the parking. Whoever did this layout with that many floor plans and so few parking spots. Some nights I get off of work. I have my daughter and there is literally no spots. I had to park in the target parking lot and walk to the apartment holding my daughter. It’s ridiculous. And they just do not do anything about this to accommodate the residents. For what you’ll have to pay the inconvienence of just the parking alone isn’t worth it at all.

Absolutely loved the property and thoroughly enjoyed my time with the staff. Highly recommend!

Love My New Apartment & The Property It’s Quiet & Clean. Great Staff....

The complex is beautiful, but the management company sucks. They changed the hours to the computer lab and game room area to 9-6; thats just ridiculous. I picked this apartment because of the amenities, then out of the blue I no longer have access to some of them. Not cool. I have had a handful of minor issues here that should have been easily fixed but have been a PITA to resolve. Was planning to live here for several years, but that will not be the case if they dont get it together. The rent is way too high here for the level of service provided.

I have lived here for about 9 months and we love it! The staff has been very helpful, especially Yasmine. Even though things havent always been perfect, they have done everything they can to help fix or improve things each and every time! It is nice to have a leasing staff that will work with you when problems arise. Location is awesome, with Lake Concord next door, and property is beautiful. Only thing I do not really like is the things that have been dropped with new management, the hours of amenities, closed Sunday, and night attendants are gone. Those were the things that made this place different than others, and made it worth the money. Hopefully some of those might be brought back,

Ive lived in several apartments in various states; this property has met all of my expectations. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great neighbors. Convenient access to the city of Orlando, MCO, and plenty of area businesses. (I wasnt paid for this review, but I will accept gifts. Haha 😉)

Im very happy with living at Integra Lakes! I would highly recommend looking here for your next apartment home.The best thing about the complex other than the beautiful apartments, is the staff. We met with Ashley from the beginning stages of our tour and she is the friendliest person youll ever meet. She really cares about the complex and its residents, she will take care of you from the initial tour. The rest of the office staff is also amazing and a joy to stop by and talk to! Integra Lakes is in a prime location in Casselberry, only 10 minutes from the Altamonte Mall and other shopping and food outlets. Its also right next to Lake Concord park, which has a variety of events on the weekends from live music to food trucks once a month. I feel very safe living here, especially with the police station next door as well. You wont regret giving this place a look.

I wonder what one has to do to get any return communication. I have emailed, submitted an online inquiry, & left a message by phone.I wonder how many prospective tenants you are missing out on.I submitted inquiries with 4 other apartment complexes & received calls almost immediately!!!!

Beautiful property. I had a good experience with the office staff, also every time I write a service request the work is completed the next day.

You are a close walk or drive from pretty much anything you would need. The salt water pool is awesome! The fitness center is clean and individual TVs on machines is very nice. We enjoy using the communal grills several times a week. The dog park is small, but nice to have a little area for the dogs to run around. The office staff is always very friendly and helpful. The maitenance man, James, is very responsive to maitenance requests and gets everything done in a timely manner. It is a very pet friendly community so lots of dogs, so most people are friendly to your pets.It is new construction so there have been some hiccups along the way. The apartments look amazing, but have noticed some items that the builders chose probably as cost savings so the quality of some items arent as great. The water heater isnt large enough to accommodate filling the garden bath tub, so you will need to turn up the water heater. The gates are a nice idea but I find it more frustrating to get a key card out when carrying in groceries, large or heavy items.All in all, happy with the community.

I’ll be moving in August 7th, and I can’t wait! The property is so nice and clean and the staff is very professional!

After a week and a half of jumping through every possible hoop I could jump through for them, they waited until an hour before my move to tell me no. It ended up costing me hundreds of dollars. Beware of the shady people.
