So I went to all star about a week ago and rented a pressure washer and a trailer with a 500 gallon tank, we thought it would work for the job planned and unfortunately it didn’t cut it we returned it and John took care of us at the return, the conversation came up as to the job not been able to get done and he refunded our bill! Now saying that this is their standard way of operating but in our rental he refunded us. Thank you so much John! After that all star equipment earned a customer because of John’s decision making in a case by case scenario. We just picked up a mini loader yesterday and returned it today, everything went great with the machine and at the time of the return John was there again and the customer service was on point as always! I will refer this company to anyone I know. Thank John!!!

Definitely my place of choice for rental equipment. They also sell some equipment. I never had any issues that couldnt be sorted out as business and adults.

As professionals, they called to let me know when they would arrive, arrived on time, swapped out my windshield, thoroughly cleaned the new glass and my dash, and were informative in answering all of my questions. The were courteous and pleasant. Will definitely call them again!

John was great! Definitely gave us recommendations on which equipment to rent, a tutorial on use, and cost options. The folks there are super easy to work with, no pressure, and happy to assist in any possible. Highly recommend.

Ive been renting equipment from All-Star for the last 6 years. They have a huge inventory of equipment. The equipment rented is always in good shape. We have an account with them so its super convenient for my Craftsmen to swing by and pick up something that is not in our equipment arsenal. Matt and his staff are very helpful! Joseph was amazing! He called ahead of time to make sure I knew his ETA, offered to meet me wherever I needed (I was having child sitting issues) and did an excellent job in less time than estimated. They are also cheaper than Safelite by almost $100 and with better quality imo!

I own a small business in central florida that is continuously growing and not only do they have the equipment to do any job but the staff is experienced and is willing to help out with questions unrelated to the rentals. My brother is 45 and has been in construction for 25 years all over FL but anytime he is near Orlando, its always All-Star. Now being in business myself I know I cant go wrong using them as well. I have been renting from All Star for 5 years now. The prices are almost always the best in town. The staff have always been accommodating and helpful. They have earned my loyalty. More than once they have gone completely out of their way to help my company.

Equipment is old and abused. I rented a lift that only workEd half time making my company look bad in front of my client. when I brought it back and explain that to them I was given many excuses as to why that would not even consider a credit that I wouldn’t pass on to my client because of their lower standard equipment specifically the 55 foot boom lift With a bad battery. If you don’t have a choice go for it but if you have choices do that better.

Great prices, service and knowledge about their equipment.

Worst experience ever! Picked up my piece of equipment Saturday 30 minutes before closing they rushed me out the door so they could leave and did not hand me my license or my debit card. Once I left I realized of this situation and called back to see if they were still there. They were gone for the whole weekend resulting in me not having any money or my drivers license. When I dropped the machine off they showed no remorse or concern just a cold hearted apology. Didnt even offer a discount off the price of the rental because of their stupidity in mistake because they wanted to get out of there so they can enjoy their weekend. Terrible customer service will never deal with again
