Mark came out and observed the damage done to our numerous trees in October, saying that hed come back in the spring to do the work. I started calling in March and probably bugged his wife so many times that he finally----around 3 months later----was able to work on our yard. I had explained in detail that I was very concerned about the damage done to two memorial trees, one a Showy Ash, the other a Maple, that we particularly wanted to save. The afternoon he arrived I reminded him about the Ash and to talk to me about its care. He breezed his way (no pun intended) through our lot and was ready to go within an hours time. He did not come back to the door to talk to me or give me any news of what I was dealing with. He also did not work on an evergreen that had appeared to be split down the middle.This occured when the trees were still dormant. We have since had all of them (except the showy Ash) leaf out, bloom and start to set fruit on the apples and cherry. The Ash is, like my sister who it memorilized, dead! The Maple is thriving even though it looks more like a bush than a tree thanks to having no center limb. The cherry is also deformed with the center being gone. We also have a LOT of dead wood throughout the remaining fruit trees. I look at what was my beautiful yard and just get angry at the man that chopped away without looking. He left so quickly I did not have a chance to talk to him at all, however, his bill for an astronomical amount came very speedily.I will say that he did a good job of cleaning up the debris. I have had several neighbors ask who had trimmed our trees, only seeing the cottonwoods in the front that had been broken badly during the storm. Most of this work, however, was done (for a fee) in the fall shortly after the storm and hauled off in two pickups and a flatbed trailer. Mark did absolutely nothing at that time other than give an estimate. Needless to say I am not recommending his company to anyone else.

In general, service companies in this town are lacking and this one is no exception!I called for tree services and nobody answered the phone. That is no problem, so I left a message. 11 days later, nobody had called me back. So, I called again and nobody answered. I left a voicemail asking for a return call to confirm receipt of my messages. The next day somebody called and said they had received my first message and just hadnt called me back. She said they were currently very busy and they would call me once they were able to get to my property. Thats understandable because of the recent snow storm. So I thanked her and said I would await their call.It has been 39 days since the second phone call and (50 days since my initial call) and once again nobody has contacted me. Reprehensible customer service. Obviously they dont want my business, so Ill oblige them by using a different company.

Highly recommend! Got my new drone stuck in a tree 30 ft up at least. Thought I was outta luck. Called this company (also on a Sunday) and Mark I believe his name was, was here within an hour of talking to him and got it down for me. Thanks again, great customer service! Go to these guys %100!
