My favorite part about them is that they have always kept me in the loop about what has been going with the advertisements and always made sure all my questions were answered. I am not normally one for writing reviews, especially with the timeshare industry. Ive worked with several companies in the past who have just flat out done me wrong. I was contacted by Nationwide Resorts in September of 2019 in reference to renting and selling my property with The Holiday Inn at Orange Lake. Because of my previous encounters with other firms, I took my time and did research and was surprised to see others were getting the results they were looking for. After moving forward with confidence, I was able to get a week rented out within five months of registering. It was great knowing that they were able to get me results, but my main goal was selling the property so we renewed my campaign for an additional six months. Patience is a virtue and a purchase offer finally came for my property this month which I gladly accepted. This marks nine months since registering and although it took a bit longer than expected, I was able to get the results I was truly hoping for. My favorite thing about Nationwide Resorts, other than the results obviously, was their amazing customer service. From someone who has worked with multiple companies in the past, I truly recommend Nationwide Resorts for your timeshare advertising and marketing needs.

Nationwide Resorts originally reached out to me back in February about renting my points with Diamond Resorts. I havent truly taken advantage of my points over the last two years while still paying for my maintenance fees so I decided to give them a chance. Within four months, I was able to get a rental offer for my points and used what I received to cover my maintenance fees. Nationwide Resorts has been assisting me with renting my property at Vacation Village at Parkway since July of 2019 and they have been great!! Since registering i have rented two weeks and recouped my costs and covered my maintenance fees for 2020 and still had some money left over. Back in November I registered my property with Nationwide Resorts to be advertised for rent and for sale. I was skeptical because Ive been taken advantage of in the past by an illegitimate company and lost money trying to sell my ownership. After I vetted the company I found out they were highly recommended and that other owners had used them in the past and had great results, so i decided to give them a shot. I received two rental offers which was nice, and it took a little over six months to receive a purchase offer which I gladly accepted. i wanted to take the opportunity to write this review to let others know that this company can be trusted to get the job done. The process isnt easy I didnt get results overnight but it was worth it in the end because I finally got out from underneath my ownership. I would recommend Nationwide Resorts to anyone who is looking to advertise their vacation ownership for rent or for sale. Ask for Mr. Gilbert he was amazing!!!!

Well for the last few years Id been renting my property through the resort which barely covered my maintenance fees. Then in July of 2019 i was contacted by Nationwide Resorts and given the opportunity to advertise my property for rent with their company. I decided to give them a shot because I was tired of renting out my time and just being able to cover my maintenance fees. I knew the property was renting for $300 plus a night on other websites and through the resort directly. Since registering my unit to be advertised with Nationwide Resorts in July i have successfully accepted an offer for the rental of my unit and Im starting to reap the benefits of renting. 8 months ago I was contacted by Nationwide Resorts, they presented to me the opportunity to market my property for sale with Westgate Lakes Resort. At first I was very skeptical because I used another company in the past and had an awful experience and lost over three thousand dollars. After careful consideration and doing my research I decided to give them a shot. I was very impressed to say the least they stayed in touch and updated me throughout the entire process. So in early July of 2019 I saw an ad on Facebook by Nationwide Resorts offering to advertise timeshares for sale and or rent to help owners get the most out of their timeshares. I had been struggling to pay my maintenance fees and taxes as well as my monthly payments on a timeshare I purchase in Vegas at The Grandview so I decided to reach out to them. I submitted a form online and shortly after I received a call from a gentleman name David. He was very kind and knowledgeable and explained to me the benefits of advertising a property like mine for rent or sale. He also explained how it would benefit me financially by generating income off my unused weeks or points. After discussing costs of the different programs available I did some research on the company and found that they had an excellent track record and so I decided to give them a shot. My property at Grandview began being advertised on their website in July of 2019. After registering I received a link to my advertisement that I can view anytime in my email, they also give me ad performance updates upon request. After advertising for 3 months on the market for rent I got an offer for $2,750.00 for my 2/2 week in Vegas. After reviewing the offer with my representative David I decided to accept the offer and within two weeks I received payment. After my first week was rented I added an additional week to the market and decided to also advertise the property for sale. Im currently almost 8 months in and ive rented two weeks and im patiently waiting for a sale offer that meets my needs. I want to thank David for all of his hard work and also let others know about my success with renting my timeshare with Nationwide Resorts.
