My husband purchased my engagement ring from Okes 10 years ago. We purchased 1 wedding band before our wedding in 2010. Fantastic service and quality throughout those purchases. Also, amazing quality!Fast forward a few years, we move our family 800 miles away. For our 10 year anniversary, my husband purchased a matching band for the other side of my ring. I ship my ring to Tracy and her girls and they solder my new band on to the other side of my ring - This also included re-engraving my two original rings! My ring is now home with me and it looks like brand new! So shiny and beautiful! Tracy was fantastic throughout the shipping process, calling when it arrived at their store as well as when it was shipped out. I cannot say enough good things about Okes! Although we live 800 miles away, we will continue to purchase from Okes and trust them for repairs and more!

I have used Okes Jewelers several times to order settings for rings, ear rings, and necklaces for my three daughters. The staff is very helpful and takes the time to find the right setting for your stone. I had a ring that was given to me years ago by my mother that I wanted to give to my daughter and I needed it cleaned, resized, and a new stone added. I had a price from a national jewelry chain that was almost 4 times the price that I paid at Oakes. They did a wonderful job. The necklace and setting that I ordered for a graduation gift turned out beautifully.

I wish I could give them 10 starts! They made quick work of my engagement ring that was almost 3 sizes too big. They made it smaller (and it didnt cost an arm and a leg) and polished it up so nicely, I almost cried! I can proudly wear my ring without fear of it slipping off! I received a repair price for a cheaper ring of my mothers, the repair price was 764.00 went across the street to Sid A Del and got the repair done for 104.00. Sid is very knowledgeable and friendly and best price in town

My husband needed to have his wedding ring re-sized after he found it, especially since its been laying out in the snow, rain and weather for months. He found Okes online and took it to them. Not only was the service quick, Okes resized and refinished the ring flawlessly. The ring not only needed re-sized but it had a lot of flaws, dings and scratches in it. Getting the ring back today, the ring looks brand new and if you didnt know it youd never guess it had been re-sized. There arent even any flaws in the millwork where it was resized.Seriously wonderful work. When we need to have work done on jewelry or are looking to purchase something new, well definitely be coming back to Okes.Thank you for the wonderful work!
