We had a flood in our basement and had to remove the carpet. After everything dried out they installed new carpet pad and reinstalled our carpet for half the price other places quoted us. Very pleased with the finished product and will definitely use again in the future.

I have used them for the past 8 years.They do a much better job cleaning carpets then others in the area. They see what needs to be done and they do exactly as I ask. They are trust worthy, neat and reliable. Anyone that says they dont like their service is nuts because they do a great job for a great price.

Had them detail my moms car for her birthday. They missed the headliner, didnt do any of the glass, and missed under the folding back seats. The seats, floors, and console/dash that were done looked great though.

I cant stand this place. Constant hiring of tweakers. Owner has a drug problem and has for years (This is known all throughout the town). There is a reason the younger generation doesnt use this place and why they rely on repeat business from the older class. The owner is rude, argumentative, and has an excuse for everything. And when you talk to anyone else and compare, its always the same excuse. They seem to have a handful on deck to try to excuse their lack of professionalism.If you want drug addicts in your home, constant excuses as to why the job is never done correctly car and carpet wise, this is the place to go. If youre a decent person and want to actually receive quality work, go literally anywhere else.

This place is the worst type of local business. Rude staff who acts bothered when there is a complaint, jobs arent done properly, and as you can see, any positive reviews they have online are from current or ex-employees.I will make this short. This place used to be great 15 years ago and was on an upswing about 2 years ago. However anyone with any sense of self pride quits and it goes right back into the toilet. Employees are treated poorly and it reflects on how they treat the customers and the quality of work that is put out. The owner is a jerk who thinks hes right about everything and fails to listen to reason from anyone. Its always someone elses fault and there is an excuse for everything. Its a shame his wife died and his grandson quit (remember the self pride comment?) because they were the last hope. Its also sad that everyone who does quit, the owner will talk bad about. Can you imagine going into a company, no matter the size, and hearing them air out all of their dirty laundry about everything? Its especially sad when you know the truth, and the owner doesnt know that you know, and hes standing there lying to your face and acting like hes a victim. Its sad.Every car I brought here has been terrible more often than not and I feel bad that I gave them another shot to clean my parents carpets. They recently cleaned my parents house and that was it for me. Avoid. There are plenty of better places in town for similar or better prices.
