Tried to buy an sr22 policy with this agency. Woman I spoke with over the phone was very arrogant and confrontational. She refused to even get me a quote because I own a behicle that is already insured. Then she hung up on me. I was only trying to buy sr22 policy to have my license reinstated. Dont use this insurance agency. Extremely poor customer service. Awful experience. This was the most rudely Ive ever been treated!

Literally the worst company I have ever bought auto and rental insurance through. I will never buy insurance through this company again, specifically the Stengal Agency and SafeCo Insurance. I paid my bill, then I moved and decided to go with a different insurance company because I was less than impressed with this companys business practices. Then, this company proceeded to change the address correctly for one of my account and not the other. Then, the account that did not have the correct address associated with it was charged an outstanding balance. This company gave me no notice in writing, phone, or email of this balance and demanded payment within 30 days. On the account that I did not receive a notice of this bill, I was unable to pay it. Then the bill went to collections. While all of this was going on the Stengel Agency failed to either forward me any returned mail, or contact me any further concerning this issue. There is no amount of stress that I can signify how much hassle this has been in order to fix my credit, and all because of a lazy, incompetent insurance company who did not include that apartment number on my address for one of my polices.
