Called to make an appointment for a dryer repair and after speaking a couple of people I could barely understand, I was told there was no technician in my area. I went on to explain that I used to have a warranty thru them and there was always a technician available, I told them that I understood my warranty had expired, I just needed to have a tech come out and fix my dryer. I was then told there would not be a technician available in my area in the foreseeable future. What a waste of time, I definitely will not be using this service ever again!

This isnt a place. Its a call center in India.They do have parts. So theyve that going for them.

No service in this area. My refrigerator is under warranty and they couldnt fix it. I had to buy a new refrigerator. I found out that even if it says Kenmore, it could be made by LG. No service tech are trained anymore on LG. Bummer!

Technician Ken arrived on time to quickly and efficiently accomplish yearly service inspection on out TV. Virtually all of our appliances were purchased at Sears and A&E techs have been servicing them all for many years. We hope this service will continue, even though Sears may not exist. We will miss Sears and Kmart.

It took them 8 months to fix my washer. First guy was nice and thought he had it fixed but didnt. Second guy found the issue and ordered parts. Sears then canceled the order and marked my washer as repaired. So had to reschedule and when second guy showed up, he had to order the parts again. Finally got it fixed this month, August after starting the repair process in January. I will say that the techs that showed up were both very nice and professional. It is to bad the rest of the Sears team wasnt like them.

I do finally have a working dishwasher! It took six service calls and two monhts but at least for now it works. First call repairperson didnt come out, just called and said hed order the part. Second call, turns out it wasnt the only thing it needed. Third call person didnt show up and didnt call...I called three times and got three different stories as to where it was and what was going on. Note: if you are going to lie to a customer, at least keep the lies consistent. turns out the guy had told the office that none of his appointments were home. Fourth call turns out it needed yet another part. Fifth, part wasnt here, and repairman neither called nor showed up. And it took a sixth call to get someone out here to actually install the part. I hope the repair lasts a long time because its hard to spend the entire summer minus the dishwasher and annoying to have to sit here form 8 to 5 each day Im supposed to have an appointment and find Ive waster the entire day. I would assume Sears is trying to punish me for using the service agreement that I paid for.

Your repair person is the best. He called before arriving, when he got here he was polite, friendly, courteous and answered all our questions. He is very professional - we would request him again.

Hot water tank needs pilot assembly. Plumber calls for warranty part, Sears must send one of their people to check. First appointment is 12-31-19. Three weeks from now and they charge 99 bucks.

Washer’s drain pump started making noise. Called Sears and they scheduled repairman to come out.Quickly determined pump was about to fail. He ordered new pump and I was to schedule repair once part arrived at my home.Made new appointment for repair; repairman also made note to have helper come since washer & dryer were a stacked unit.They showed up and quickly replaced pump.Excellent communication by technician.

The repair man was very professional and did a good job or repairing my dryer. I am dissatisfied that my first appointment was canceled and wasnt able to be rescheduled for a full week. Also they would not give me a estimated time of arrival except between and 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. I was not told the technician would call approximately one hour before they would arrive, thus having to take a full day off to stay home and wait for the technician. The technician is the one who told me they would call and not the appointment maker, even though I asked repeated about getting a better estimate of when they would get here, even if it were just a.m. or p.m.

The technician we had the last two visits was very good and helpful, not so much the first two! It took us two months to get our washer fixed. We are extremely unhappy with the service we have received. Initially it took two weeks to get an appointment. The guy walks in says we need a certain part and leaves in less than 2 minutes. Schedules us an appointment for two more weeks. Then Sears cancels that appointment and schedules us for two more weeks out. The service technician comes and the part that was ordered was wrong so we are scheduled another two weeks out. The technician comes again and he needs additional parts so we are scheduled another two weeks out. Finally got it fixed two months later. We are done doing business with Sears.

I had so many problems with Appliance Pros trying to fix my oven, but Sears came out and had it fixed within half an hour! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They scheduled my appointment quickly and were very pleasant to deal with. Thanks for the help!

The repair service technicians were friendly and knowledgeable .Downside is: I wish Sears was better at is getting the repairs out quicker. I had out of town guests, and we couldnt dry our laundry.Used to be that when you would call they would come the same day, but know you have to wait days and sometimes longer.

Would give 0 stars. Dishwasher has been broke for 3 months still under warranty and I set 3 appointments to have them put parts in that they already ordered. The company Sears uses here is horrible. Found out the tech was stealing parts, he verbally accosted my wife when she was home alone for him to order said parts and when she told him to leave we reported him. Next appointment when she we refused to meet him before our scheduled appointment time he has refused to return. Fine with us send the 3rd party contractor sears promised. Nope! 2 more missed days of work waiting for someone to show up who never does

My refrigerator freezer quit working. I called Sears Repair and received prompt courteous from them. The repair man showed up as promised, checked the appliance, told me what was wrong and ordered the part needed. The part arrived and was installed as promised. The problem was solved. The repairman was a super guy! Very polite, knowledgeable, and knew and explained what was wrong in a few minutes. When he returned to put the part in, He had it up and running, checked it again to make sure it was working and even showed me what to watch for to make sure there were no further problems with it! Couldnt ask for better service!!

I hope your not considering doing business with Sears. I have a business and this is the worst customer service I have come upon. I set an appointment with Sears to have my dryer looked at. They didnt show up and didnt call us. I called them back a week later and they said they had no appointment. They totally wouldnt take responsibility. So they offered to give me a $30 gift card. I told them I would think about it. I called them back to take them up on the offer and to schedule another appointment and they wouldnt give me the $30 and said that they hadnt written anything in the notes about it. Each time I spoke with them they would ask me the same questions about the dryer that I had given them in 3 prior conversations. Horrible customer service!! 0 stars

Im disappointed the frig is not fixed. Not even sure what the exact problem is. The service man sold me a new ice maker and ordered the wiring harness to be sent to me and told me this was probably the problem but if not it might be the water valves. So Im left to make the repairs myself. In addition he fried the circuit board that I had bought and told me I could sell it on ebay for parts. So for $500 I get to fix it myself without a complete diagnosis of the problem.

Worst experience ever, service guy came out charged us over four hundred dollars to fix our washer. A month and a half later it still wasnt repaired. Cancelled appointments on us, called to get help, no one helped, they just passed us to the next person. I will never use Sears again. In the end had to buy new washer. Very disappointed!!!!

Worse service Ive ever experienced!! The call center to schedule an appointment is terrible, unwilling to work with customers, and are flat rude. I scheduled my washer two weeks out, and the day before had no time frame for the technician arrive to my house. I called SEVERAL times to get help, and each time had to deal with a call center from over seas, due to the thick accents. It is absurd to believe that with two weeks to schedule an appoint, they could do better than from 8am to 5pm. As a working parent, any time off from work hits my pocketbook, so a more specfic idea for the technician to arrive would be helpful. When pressed about this issue, I literally had the call center laugh at me. When asked to speak to a supervisor, the response was *laughter the supervisor will tell you the same thingI felt a 90$ appointment fee was ludicrous, and after speaking with other appliance repair shops, I got HOSED! I will never buy appliances from Sears again, and definitely will never use Sears Appliance Repair again. This is a dying company, and Im sure this is a contributing factor.

The Sears technician sent to assist us every time we have an issue with our riding mower goes above and beyond to give us great service. However, JUST ONCE we wish we could be one of the first appointments of his day rather than always being the last!

The cost of the service was way to HIGH it was $219.45 to remove a sock that was stuck in the fan. I was really shocked at the cost. They charge you what they want just because they know that you need someone to fix your dryer.

The oil was not changed although they claimed to have serviced the trimmer. We have not had a chance to use it yet so do not know if it is even repaired.
