We have rented a large RV pull-thru space for 4 years and used this Uhaul for other services, ie propane etc. Nancy and her team have provided great customer service and has operated this store very professionally. This absolutely has been my best Uhaul experience in over 30 years. Very friendly and always available for her customers needs. Nancy and her husband are two of the hardest working and dedicated Uhaul associates Ive ever experienced. As a retired executive of a national retail chain, Im not a very easy person to impress when it comes to customer service and excellent management! So that makes this positive review that much more impressive. Great job Nancy, hope youre being appreciated and paid well! You guys deserve both.

If you love the expression, Im not sure. Or the classic,I dont understand how you think its my problem! If something like multitasking just is not your not your Forte , then you are in for a treat! When you walk through our doors you will be and complete ecstasy! If were on the phone we definitely wont greet you! If Im typing, you will see how I am able to completely conventional youre not even in the building! Here at U-Haul my staff will greet you when everything that was ahead of you is done first even if that includes gossiping with my staff! Because of youre extraordinarily long wait you mustnt feel stressed take the time to notice the millions of dead insects and spiders roaming every inch of our property. Those arent tap shoes youre wearing but you will feel like Gregory Hines or Shirley Temple if you prefer we do were completely racist! That tapping your hearing Under Foot is the Petrified remains of desert beetles and roaches that are strewn across are showroom. Even though you are free to look around because we are definitely not going to walk the 8 steps to creating personally. That would be efficient and as a human the right thing to do but you like the simple life am I right? If youre Hispanic or black and we havent found a way to ensure your credit card is not accepted then we definitely will keep you waiting that extra mile. Your service doesnt stop there. I will have one of my staff keep an eye on your Familia or cartel associates from behind our security gate. Is there some reason 1 of our 16 year old overweight high school dropouts I allows you in the back buy some sort of mistake then you can rest easy tonight as you cross the desert or return to work release total confidence. That your belongings will be in a dumpster 13 seconds after your payment is late. This is the second class citizen special that me and my staff have created and we will double the protection by keeping your items and our houses where we can safely monitor your valuables. Since I cant type and say hello at the same time or answer the phone and acknowledge human I will have one of my staff escort you to the back of the property where you can rest easy knowing that as I drive the U-Haul golf cart and you are left to struggle and keep up on foot I promise you that in the corner of my eye I will make sure that none of the meth addicts that live in the fields just behind our property wont bother you or God,, forbid butcher you in the COUNTLESS Black Widow infested state-of-the-art, sheet metal, 100% unchecked RV parking/ Native wildlife refuge. it wont take but a moment to realize that Within a short distance you will see three endangered species and at least five species of Desert wildlife perfectly preserved dead on our grounds! I bet you didnt know that Casa Grande AZ home to rare kit foxes endangered species of owls and yes even the occasional eagle call U-Haul near home. And with my Flair for saving money we have carelessly poisoned just about every living creature rooms are immigrant infested. We make sure not to have professional companies take care of our pass we like to sprinkle copious amounts of Decon and in the round the traps left behind by so called real Pest Control companies. my husband and I pride ourselves on the fact that we are animal lovers so we make sure We recycle use our old dogs bowl and fill them up with Decon and other poisons right out in the open, theres nothing that can resist a Christmas theme dog dish full of special treats to literally die for! go ahead , feel free to examine some of the corpses! have you ever seen a barred owl up close? if youre lucky you might even see when the last Gila monsters in Casa Grande perfectly preserved under a brick we dropped on it last summer. Monster indeed haha. So if your light on the melanin and youre not scared of a couple of scabby faces lurking around our property at night or if you need a bit of technical knowledge youre welcome to come to U-Haul because no one here knows anything technical

This location was amazing. The manager was friendly but the rep Jenna was beyond sweet and amazing. She went above and beyond to help me with my storage issues and she was very understanding and a amazing listener. She had the best personality and went above and beyond. Nancy should promote her if possible because she took an extra step in helping me and has amazing customer service. I will be doing all my future business with this location!

Had a very easy drop off experience with a trailer I rented in Scottsdale for our move. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Went to get information on trailers on Sunday. I understand a company being busy. I was more than willing to wait. The girl at the desk was rude and unprofessional. Then when I went to talk to the worker Hank he just spoke over me and frustrated me. If this is what U-Haul hires then I will be giving my business to Budget.

OK, so I work for UHaul in Tucson. and this is the 2nd time my mom and myself rented from this location and had people who seem to not know how to do there job. From not reading notes that clearly stats to add employee discount to the reservation ( Doesnt do that ). then when my mom tells him she will be clearing out the unit at there location he manages to still pull the truck and parks is OUTSIDE IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION and tells he you can flip it around all the while the manager was great with helping my mom with her unit. While my mom proceeds to step out to the truck i tell her to check the fuel and odometer is accurate to the contract he gave her before leaving the front office...for her to proceed to say..... HE DIDNT PRINT HER ONE.. um excuse me? If she were to get pulled over for any reason and not have a contract on her what did he expect her to present to the officer? that is her registration for that truck, did you expect him to pull her over and assume she stole the truck I know this sounds like just a bunch of complaining, but at my location we STRIVE to make our customer service the best and to get everything done correctly and in efficient manner. i get people make mistakes, but come on now. If you have worked there for a good couple years and this is something you have to do EVERYDAY YOU WORK this should be something natural for you to do at this point. Along with mentioning the walk around on the truck.( witch he didnt do as well )

This location is the best placr i can recommend Nancy has treated thw best ive ever been treated at a storage she goes above and beyond to help you keep your storage and she works with you in fact everyone that works there are awesome

We have rented a storage unit from this facility for 3+ years. The original person we rented from was very polite and friendly but a year or so later, that all changed. I had my monthly payment for the storage on a scheduled pay from my bank on the 1st of each month. Don’t know if the payments were not processed when received or what, but all of a sudden my unit was locked with their lock and we were not allowed access. We were donating our furniture to a charitable organization and this was a VERY embarrassing situation. After pitching a fit in their office, they unlocked our unit and we unloaded the furniture. We then moved the remaining items we had to a smaller unit. In order to avoid any future problems with this place, I made two payments in one month so I would always have a credit balance. WRONG!!! They apparently went up on the rent and supposedly sent an email informing us of this increase. We did not get the email so we continued to send payments monthly which were $5 short each month and were never informed about the shortage for over a year. There went my credit balance! A simple phone call would have corrected this problem but apparently she was much too busy to take time for customer service. We will never rent a space again from any U-Haul facility. Customer service is not something U-Haul teaches or encourages.

Have rented from them twice. Clean, pest free, climate controlled units, with a bathroom in the building!!! Extremely handy!! Units and property are very secure and 24/7 access can be added if needed. The manager Patrick and his crew are excellent people to do business with. Deffently will return to THIS location if or when Im in need of a storage or truck...

You guys are the best. Overworked, but still manage a smile and great attitude no matter what!! Thank you.

Theyre an alright bunch. Nancy, Richard, Jenna, Abby, Hank, and the gang work hard to make your experience a memorable one. Their trucks are clean, tow hitches installed even on off hours... go check em out!

Staff is wonderful very friendly has the customer service you want I would highly recommend by walking in I was greeted friendly smile great prices and checking out a Uhaul process was fast and easy.

Nancy Buck the manager is great friendly always there to help and answer any questions the indoor cool storage is very clean we have rented here for years and she (Nancy)and former manager Patrick have been nothing but professional and very kind.

Came here two weeks ago to reserve a truck for this Sunday Came in today to confirm and was told, sorry..there wont b a truck for you here, you need to go to Chandler. What was the point of lying,if you couldnt have truck here. We gave you two weeks to get one. You lied and said no problem. You suck! When were you going to let us know this the day we needed it! You ppl are useless liers.

Make sure you know that if you rent a Uhaul from this location that they only rent local Uhaul vehicles. Which means you must return the Uhaul Vehicle back to this same location. They didnt make this clear when I got one and it made for a very big pain. Honestly I thought you could return a Uhaul to any location but that wasnt the case.

Terrible customer service...would not fill propane for me at 5 in the afternoon during daylight hours when the sign inside says fill till 7pm..was definitely still daylight and even offered to use headlights for even more light and wouldnt even get outnof the chair to see if it was dark or not...terrible
