My work vehicle had a tire blowout on my way home from a distant work order. Jay came out and towed me from casa grande to Tucson at my mechanics place. It was late on a Saturday and they wouldnt change the tire due to being too close to closing time. Jay pulled my vehicle to the back of the parking lot and helped me change out the spare so I could get rolling since I was missing part of the changeout toolkit. This man went above and beyond for me and I will always be immensely grateful.

I was stuck on the I-10 coming back from tucson sat nite picking my kids up from u of A heading back to Phoenix got a blown out tire it took about 90 minutes but then a gentleman showed up and he got me in my family home safe the rate was a little high I was about 50 miles from home 325 on a holiday weekend could have been a little less but I get it but overall I got home safe and thats the most important thing

When my car broke down on the way home from work, and I needed to get towed to my local shop I called Elite, and they assured me they would be there with-in the hour. They actually arrived with-in 15, minutes and had my car loaded and on the way to the shop very quickly. The tow driver was really nice, and made sure I was okay. The cost was very reasonable; charging me exactly what was quoted. The lady in the office, was very sweet and understanding. I will for sure only use Elite in the future. Casey got me to a safe place with my RV quickly, waited with me until my wife got there to pick me up, and even offered to help jump start my RV if needed because it was having a difficult time starting up to back into a parking spot. When we were finished Casey made sure he was as fair as possible when calculating his time spent so he didnt over charge me. This was a nice and surprising thing to see after already having such a bad day and knowing the way most companies are in todays economy would overcharge and pad charges as much as possible when someone has an emergency like I did.Thank you Elite towing, and thank you Casey.

Its a total scam. This company is not legit in any way. They either run you thru on the grand price or they steal your car.

Our truck was stolen, and recovered from the desert by these guys, at the request of law enforcement. It was a bad situation all around (getting vehicle stolen). These guys were super reasonable though, and worked with my schedule to let me look at it on a weekend, then actually towed it to Tempe (1hr drive) for us to get it back. We had to pay quite a bit for their recovery/re-tow bills, but they worked with us for a fair price. In their line of work they probably have a lot of angry customers, but I thought they were honest, fair, and sympathetic to our situation.

Terrible customer service! AVOID! The owner is no good and if you manage to make a deal (which will take an argument or two) try to keep because I manage to get one but failed to pay the other half on Friday due to a family emergency but he wasnt trying to hear that the next business day (Monday) even though I had the money and was willing to go that moment to pay for it. This guy thinks everyone is trying rip him off and has forgotten what it means to be a business owner and thats providing a positive/good service to your customer and providing an experience that will have customers wanting to use their services again or at least recommend it. If he didnt have a contract with the police department he would definitely be out of business, this guy is making money on peoples misfortunes.
