It was an older lady that helped us with a refund advance and instead of explaining things to my wife and I to help us understand she laughed at us and made us feel really stupid we have filed taxes with Jackson Hewitt for years and we have never been treated with such disrespect I will NOT come back to this location and advise everyone else to do the same!!!!

Dont waste your time and money at this location. They over charge and on top of that, they dont file taxes correctly. I had my taxes prepared by them and my taxes forms were rejected. Jackson Hewitt calls me a month later to notify me that my refund was rejected. Really a month later. Never again will i do business with them
