I like this post office. Its pretty clean and comfortable. Im in there a lot these days to mail packages for my small business and the workers at the desk are nice and friendly. My only issue is that it gets busy a lot, am and pm and they really need to open more desks up because sometimes the line goes out to the door.

Again I cant get the pkg out of the box. This time theres no info on the key. These boxes only open 1/3 of the time.176 so agua fria 85194The phone # and website are of absolutely no help. When will these locks be replaced. Lousiest customer service in America.

Flat out lazy... The mail person who delivers in the 82194 area will leave your boxes by the open road for anyone to take. Id give them zero stars if I could. Worst mail service I have ever experienced. Maybe you should do your job and actually deliver packages like youre paid to do.

Went at a really bad time, the line was outside the first door and into the lobby. There were 14 people in front of me when I arrived. The line moved pretty fast but there was still a wait. The Associate was kind and offered me stamps. She has beautiful wild hair.

The worst experience ive had at any post office. I was trying to explain that I havent received a peice of mail in 3 weeks and the lady wasnt even listening. She claimed she doesnt like to look at people when shes talking to them. The postal service is seriously becoming the worst

Sadly Im giving one star right now. I got a 3849 about 2 weeks ago, returned it asking for redelivery.... still NO package, Ive even hand written 2 notes. Still NOTHING, I tried to call without any luck,, (automated service ugh!) I understand that things are problematic right now, but I got the 3849 saying no secure location, my mail is delivered to a mail box unit, lockers were open that day, but besides that they had left packages at my front door before.. so I didnt understand what was different this day, Im almost concerned someone kept it, 😡 STILL TRYING TO CONTACT POST MASTER!

Giving one star because I cant give less. I cant believe how We the People dont matter when it comes to getting our mail delivered to us. I have been waiting for six weeks for my medical insurance and welcome package for my services. It gets sent back because I use the address I was told to use. This is Bunk!!! Just because we have a Contract Post Office in Arizona City. They say Phoenix is the cause of the problems in Arizona City. Im calling BS on this one!!

After having my mail continuously stolen I was advised to get a PO Box and was just notified via social media that someone else got my mail in their PO Box. You just can’t win. I guess it’s ok to steal mail in Casa Grande because no matter what it gets stolen or given to the wrong people!

Never have enough people to check out customers anytime of the day. You can hear people in the back just chilling.

They have great service here at this location. All of the workers here are all very friendly. I go in maybe once a week, and they are fast, very fast. Compared to post offices that I have been to in Phoenix, Yuma, Albuquerque, and San Diego, Casa Grande is by far the fastest, I wouldnt have expected that. Im in and out in a few minutes even when there are people in the line, they just zip through them. Thanks!

Did you know you can steal people’s mail in Casa Grande and forge and cash checks and no one cares? I had to get a PO Box as a result of stolen mail. Thank you Angela Garcia thief who stole my mail and cashed the check and then my mail is still getting lost after getting A PO Box!

Can any of your mail carriers read? Over and over we get other peoples mail and ours is lost. Today a $200 item is locked in the package box, got the email notice and a key to the WRONG box!!! Cant get hold of anyone at the post office. Just in voice mail hell. Worst post office in 10 states Ive lived in.

Horrible experience..Ordered a movie through Amazon for and family and item was supposed to be delivered Today.I paid 10 extra dollars for shipping to have it shipped in 2 days and item did not arrive.I had a sibling who was waiting all day for the package because it was a movie he’s been waiting to see for months and the look of disappointment on his face crushes one soul .Looked at my tracking number and it appears to have not been updated at all and it was the same issue on Amazon.USPS is expected to do their job accordingly and such the simple fact that they couldn’t deliver because they’re having “issues”, makes a person feel flummoxed and exasperated.If I could I would give the UPS a zero star and I suggest that they ensure that their employees are competent and that they endeavor to go above and beyond their ken

My first time there no line, great customer service. I have a lost piece of mail that has been in Washington for 10 days I spoke to Anna and she did her magic I will be getting my mail very soon. Anna is the best mail clerk in the Casa Grande post office. Very very polite. I hope the postmaster at your facility sees this.

This post office is the worst and doesnt even deserve a star. I dont know how the Supervisor and one of the Postal Carriers still have a job there. I addressed a concern to the Supervisor there and he lied to my face. I told him that the 55+ community isnt receiving there mail and he told me that it was because of the gates being closed. I tried explaining to him that the gates were and are always open from 7-7, leaving full access for the mail to be delivered.The Postal Carrier, Claudia, stated to residents of the mobile community that it takes too long to deliver the mail and complains to her Supervisor, thus creating more delays and frustrations for residents. Many members of the community have stated their concerns, and yet, this post office continues to ignore postal customers. This is horrible customer service and never experienced such disrespect and laziness towards the general public.Additionally, Claudia had told my Mom that her mail was at the post office and was never found when she went to go pick it up.Spoke to another resident of the community and they stated that their mail was shipped to Iowa, since someone opened their mail and called from Iowa. Horrible post office.

Dustin is may favorite, he has a great sense of humor, calls it like it is and isn’t stuck on fake customer service smiles and gestures.

I took a letter to be mailed to Phoenix and two days later it was returned as undeliverable. It really needed to be delivered and it was addressed correctly according to the Website of the organization and PO. I decided to drop it off at the PO in Chandler as i was going up there anyway. I did not change one thing to the envelope and the organization confirmed the letter arriving that same afternoon. This Post Office tends to put more effort in finding ways not to work, when it is easier just to make a small effort. I also have a problem when them sending mail back to the sender because it has the wrong zip code. Casa Grande is not that big that an incorrect zip code sends it to a wormhole. I cannot force a sender to scribe.

Ordered a book. It was marked Delivered but not in my mailbox and not at my house. Talked to a blonde lady with glasses, who was RUDE< (see review of same person below) and she yelled at me The postal person never makes mistakes and would never steal a book. I got a call, a week later, from the manager, Oppsss, it was mailed to the wrong address. Sorry bout that.

Have now waited for almost 2 days for a parcel that was shown to be in a locker in our subdivision.It seem the carrier cant find where he left the key. Two trips to the P.O. today and still nothing.Their computer system is down and so is their phone system.The thing is if my package is found, the gel product that was in it will be turned to liquid. Am NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!The P.O. is suppose to call when the carrier gets back, but am not holding my breath on that one.The people that we talked to were nice, but they can only do so much.

I am Jaw Dropped at the recent customer service here.Last weekend and most of last work week the deposit box was out of service. This week I again am unable to use the drop box. Elementary postal stuff here... a drop box is needed for a community 60k people. 9-10 days this box had not opened. I wait in line with my 2 USPS and I get the counter with Anna. I asked Anna two questions, one about the box being broke still... and why if they know it is full did her coworker walk away w/o asking if there was anyone who just needed to drop prepaid labeled?Anna was unable or unwilling to answer about the box clearly saying it was never broken. I asked about the coworker (What a mistake)... With Anna becoming confrontational with my questions at this point or maybe upset about the staffing... I walk away.This Is Why My Review-As I am passing 2-3 counters away leaving the post office, Anna blurts out Whatever at me in front of several customers. Behavior... I am getting behavior from the people I trust to keep my promises to MY Customers. And I dropped a $20 to ship those 2 boxes, when I could have spent $16 at feX and drop at any Walgreens.Absolutely Unacceptable behavior from my local Post Office.

I submitted a change of address form in September when I moved to Casa Grande. For about a week I received mail with the yellow change of address label. Then suddenly the mail stopped. The only mail I have received for the past month is mail that is directly addressed to my new address. I went down to the post office and they said there would have been a card in the box that I needed to complete and give to the mail man. Even though the mail was being forwarded to my new address, the mail man designated all of my mail to be returned because he did not receive the card. He had other options; maybe he could have left a new card, or maybe he could have held the mail at the post office with a note stating I needed to go to the post office and fill out a form and pick up my mail....... He had so many options but my mail was returned with VACANT on the yellow sticker that should have been the change of address label. My mom sent me the returned mail that she received. Essentially, the mailman over-rided my forwarding address label knowing that someone was residing in the house and receiving mail!!!! It has been 7 days since I went the Casa Grande post office and let them know that my mail was returned and I had not received my mail. 7 days ago I filled out what I believe to be another occupancy card and nothing has shown up in the box with the change of address label that they have reassured is active. I dont know what new mail I may be missing... I will say it cost me a day off from work to straighten out a Maricopa county jury summons that I missed due to not getting my mail. I tried calling the Casa Grande post office today and got their recorder at 4:20 and was not able to leave a voice mail.

I just want to start by saying I have NEVER taken the time to write a review for anything, but this postal service SUCKS so horribly that I can’t prevent myself from doing so. First off, it started with my husband not getting his rent checks from a place we owned back in Indiana. Come to find out a couple had actually been cashed! Then, when I started a new job and was waiting for my first check to be mailed, it never arrived. I had to wait a week and then have my company over night the check to me. I actually ended up receiving my 2nd check before the first one ever arrived. Now, I have been sitting here on Friday waiting for the 3rd one to show up. It is 6:30 PM and no mail has come for anyone in our area. The reason I know that is because my mother lives across the street and I noticed the neighbor next to us check his mail and there wasn’t anything for him to take in. This is RIDICULOUS!! There should be higher standards for a “government office.” If I knew a higher power to report this constant incompetence to, then I would do it in a heartbeat. If there is one, then please let me know; otherwise, DO NOT MOVE TO THIS AREA! (Casa Grande)

The second time this has happened to me. A long line and I wait and Im the last person in the line and the three clerks helping people walk away and leave me in line and leave the one clerk left so I have to wait even longer. You cant help me? And then when they finally do help me for some reason they Circle into the QR code at the bottom of the receipt every single time. EBay cant scan it if you write on it!!! Isnt it your business to know this stuff?

My packages from Amazon and Aliexpress always disappear when its delivered with USPS in Casa Grande

If I can give them zero stars I would. I was visiting the area. Went in on three occasions and each experience was horrible customer service. Dustin and lady with blonde hair/glasses are who I dealt with. If you can go to another post office I would recommend it.

This place is absolutely full of NEGATIVITY! Always in a bad mood and have crappy attitude.! Also their customer service line I wanted 45-1hour to finally speak to someone about an important package and all that to just sit and have some lady have a crappy attitude! THE HOUSE NUMBER WAS THE SAME 1***O but THE STREET ADDRESS IS INCORRECT! WHAT IS THE PURPOSED OF ASKING MY I.D IF YOU JUST GONNA GIVE ME A WRONG PACKAGE!!! Had an important package that was supposed to be delivered before I left for vacation and was returned without attempting because of an incorrect address. Same address Ive always used and gotten mail for. Ive been tried to call the post office for 2 hours and keep getting a busy tone.

I spend thousands of dollars on postage a month from USPS and am considering switching to FedEx or USPS based on the treatment that I get from this location. Most of the time, I have to drive into Phoenix to avoid using this place. The employees that work at the desks are rude and nasty, especially the Asian lady. The mail carrier that delivers packages to my apartment is lazy and loses my packages frequently. If you want to stand in a long line and be treated like garbage, then this is the place for you.Update: Recently, the manager there said she would refuse sending my packages out.

They dont deliver packages and then say its being held at the post office on our request! Lie! Customer service is sadly lacking!

Everyone in there looks like they hate there job. When explaining information they sound angry, not everyone in the world knows information about passports or packaging thats why we come to you guys regarding information.

The mail delivery person in the afternoon is terrible, he/she puts my package in the wrong box and no key! Its a hit n miss game with these guys, didnt received packages numerous times and post office wont do anything about! Shame on you Casa Grande post office for the poor service!

I went there today and got in line.I got to one of the service desk (hispanic lady with dark hair) .I just needed to write down my adresses which only took seconds and she told me I need to go back in line and called the next person .I went to UPS instead where they gave me great service!!.I dont ussually do reviews but this is just aweful]!!

Waited 8 hrs for a delivery as I didnt know when the mail came, only to find out they marked it as undeliverable. At the time that was posted, I was sitting in the front room looking out the window. I also did not receive a delivery notice. I am very unhappy about this!

I ordered from a store and they delivered to ups and I got a message saying ups just delivered my package to my door yet nothing I have seen went down to post office n the lady said the man delivered to wrong house now that is unprofessional and that stuff should not happen cause the address is right on the package like come on if you are gonna be a delivery man/women pay attention to the address

Worst post office ever Ive been in there six times in the last month because my carrier is incapable of delivering the mail correctly its either to the worng address or its sent back two or three times before I finally get it Christmas packages get opened by othersI really really dislike this post office!!!!!!!!

The delivery person today left the mail kiosk unlocked so all of the mailboxes are available to anyone driving by. I tried to call the Post Office on Pinal Avenue but got nothing but recorded messages. I tried to transfer to a person but got another automated message that suggested I could leave a message. When I tried to leave a message, I was interrupted by a Thank you very much and hangup.
