Having a vehicle with no working AC blows so Renting a vehicle from Enterprise while i waited for AC repair was incredibly easy.Car came clean and ran perfectly for my daily commute to work.The representative that assisted me was extremely helpful with picking the correct rental and rate.Im definitely coming back if any future vehicle rentals

It was a very good time the car was ready when they said it would. Less then 15 min from walking in and driving off.The car was clean, and the staff made sure that I knew where everything I needed to know.

Very expensive, not nowhere near what my estimate was! Gas tank was literally on EMPTY! But very fast and easy to check out, kind staff too.

I wasnt a fan of the vehicle we rented we wanted an 8 passenger with lots of space for luggage since we were going away for a week but we had to leave some things behind since they were not going to fit we however saved money on gas and the rental was 300 cheaper so overall experience was good but hopefully next time we get the car we want.

Ive rented from this location several times and have always received good service. Theres a short older woman usually working who is super friendly and very helpful. Additionally, theres a really cute young woman working the front counter who is really nice, which is a bonus. The last time I was there they ran out of the full size car I reserved and gave me a luxury truck, Ford Platinum, for the same price.

The overall customer service that we received from Pam G. was amazing! She was very knowledgeable, personable and efficient, which was such a delight especially being new to this state. I would definitely recommend this enterprise to anyone, Im just upset with myself that I forgot her last name, but she was just a pleasure to have encountered.

Wait time to pick up and drop off was incredibly long. The car that I was picking up was not ready at the time designated due to sanitizing yet even when I did pick up it was still not clean. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because they at least offered an alternative. Not impressed with the customer service (or lack thereof), it was as though they were doing me a favor rather than grateful for the business. Prices per day are outrageous for the cars you get. Received the car and the gas light was on and I immediately needed to bring it to a gas station, yet they stated that I was to bring it back at a quarter tank. I will be looking outside of Casa Grande for my next rental.

I would like to take a moment to tell you about my experiences at the local. I have rented by the month for the past 3 years. My counter part, at his local location has had a wonderful relationship with the team. I just want to say my local Enterprise is in Casa Grande, Arizona has terrible customer service. I’m not sure how many different employees you have had but it seems to change more than I change vehicles. One positive about my experience first, Pam was professional, polite and doing her best so the star is for her. On to the disappointment. New manager again, Lexi is terrible. I reserved my car thru my company account as always, and if I went to the airport I would go to National and pick whatever car I wanted and if Lexi was smart she realize she could have the monthly fee from me every month but she didn’t even come out of her office to talk with me when Pam very nicely went in and asked her if she could give me something a bit nicer that was ready. I heard her say No we have to keep all of those in case someone wants them and when we have a car available that’s what they get. The car that was available wasn’t clean so I had to wait while Pam cleaned it even though there were 10 clean vehicles parked. That took another 15 minutes. The car I got is a POS. I haven’t decided what I’m going to do this time but the last time I was treated as though my monthly fee wasn’t helping their bottom line I switched back to the National airport location 30 miles from my house. I am just so disappointed in another management change and the lack of personalized customer care. My time is valuable and I could be a consistent revenue stream.

I made a reservation for the weekend. When I called to confirm my reservation and ask for a pick up, the young lady told me we dont have a driver today, so you just have to find a way to get here, we close at 12. I almost canceled the reservation. I felt she could have conveyed that message to me in a better way. Dropping my rental off was no better than the pickup. I will not be using Enterprise again.

Great all around.Rates were very high because it happened to be Easter weekend when we rented but thats how it is with all car rental places... They always charge more when demand goes up just like hotels etc..Reserved online with no problem and they do allow early check in online a couple days ahead so it speeds up pick up time. If you pay with debit card they do require extra steps (documents and forms) along with a refundable deposit. The women who checked me in at the Casa Grande location was very helpful though. The car was nice & clean, it was brand new it barely had 2k miles on it and drove really well.The only issue was that they were closed the day of our return when we reserved the car forcing us to reservation an extra unneeded day, we were able to drop keys in lock box and leave the car there, but you are still responsible for the vehicle and charged an extra day since they arent there to check your car in. Which did force us to pay an entire extra days rental rate which just made our bill higher than it needed to be. Other than that though overall Id definitely use Enterprise again.Wish i had taken photos to share it was a nice brand new chrysler Pacifica with beautiful leather interior, very comfortable car.

They did a great job from the very first phone call, till we return the vehicle. The entire staff was extremely professional very personal and I was made sure that my needs are being met. I would highly recommend enterprise to anybody that is considering renting vehicles.

Positive: The car. Nissan Altima, was a nice car. No problems, clean, good mileage. That is the reason for 2 stars.Negatives: Was over charged the amount quoted when I made the online reservation. Was also charged for something I did not agree to, not only that, but it was never mentioned during the rental process. When I sent an email with my concerns of being charged for an additional $60 + for a 4 day rental, I was told those charges would be credited back to my card. This was on Labor Day weekend and I just received my statement yesterday and there isnt a credit listed...Final thoughts: Used to rent from here often, but not anymore. If I cannot trust someone to be honest and give them my card info then I will not go back, because when it happens again I dont have anyone to blame but myself the second time.

I rent vehicles several times throughout the year due to my job and have always chosen Enterprise as my care rental company. I have not had an issues with online reservations or going to the Casa Grande office and getting a vehicle last minute. The team at the CG office knows superior service and I have never experienced less. They get me in and out and in a vehicle that is comfortable and meets me needs. To the team at the Casa Grande, AZ Enterprise, dont change a thing. You are all wonderful. Thank you for making it a great experience every time!

I would love to have given more stars. The people were very friendly, efficient, and it was a welcoming place of business. However, our vehicle made a horrible sound all the way from Nevada border to home in Florence AZ. 6 hrs of stress and headache. We informed the assistant when we returned it and the individual said, Im sorry, there is nothing I can do and someone will look at it. I never expect anything, however it does not place a feeling of wanting to support a company that does not show bias for action. I shouldnt have to ask for anything.

The I dont care attitude is what merits this two stars. I got the feeling when I walked in that because their larger competitor is no longer in Casa Grande they could have such an attitude. Staff do not go out their way to keep your business. I do not recommend this place.

They never returned my deposit they said i didnt pay. But i payed too hundred then the ac went out and i took it back and my rental contract was over so i payed 200 deposit again then i hit a starer in the road os i got to enterprise and payed 300. Cause it was 500 deductible plus i payed 412 so that was my deposit plus the rental for 8 days then the next week i went in and they charged another 200 plus the price for rental and theyre still saying i didnt pay the two deposit yet i did plus my wife had to go in there one week and they charged her another 200 deposit and never gave it back either.

Rented a car for 2 weeks...found them friendly and genuinely trying hard to make it a positive experience, which it was. Got me the car I hoped for, and it was clean and reliable on the trip. Return was the same, more than satisfactory. David was super. Definitely would recommend them and would use again. A couple suggestions to make even better. Too small waiting room if busy, perhaps more hours open on Saturday. Put keys on separate rings, so if one accidentally left in vehicle, the other is not with it.T

Received van all filthy inside. Doors would close on my kids while climbing in and out of vehicle during our trip. Called to pay for my extension around noon and employee was not interested in that. Finally back to driving on curvy road as it is getting dark and manager calls to have me pay him just before he leaves for the day. I politely explain Ive been driving forever and can pay when I return the van the next day. I cannot pull over at that very moment and too dangerous to read card while on curvy road. He tells me he will escalate it if I dont pay as if I was trying to take advantage or was lying. I felt disrespected and belittled. I paid as promised. Their customer service techniques left me with a bad impression.

This is the absolute worst car rental agency in Arizona.I rent cars frequently for work andI live nearby so I have 15 years of history withthese losers. Ive never seen such a lame, disorganized operation.Allow 45 minutes for the wait time when you arrive to pick up your car. They are NEVER on time.This review is specific to this location. Ive had good service from other Enterprise locations.If you need a car in Casa Grande, Hertz on Florence Blvd is a much better choice (Im not affiliated with Hertz).

Ive been renting from Enterprise for years and their level of customer service never ceases to amaze me. Our most recent trip went from a 4 day rental for a weekend vacation to an 8 day rental for a family emergency 26 hours away. The staff was amazing helping us extend the rental and making sure all of the paperwork was updated and taken care of!

Friendly, competent, honest folks. Our vehicle was ready at the time promised. They allowed us to drop it off early on a Sunday even though they were closed. The bill came out exactly as promised. The vehicle was nice, clean and dependable. It was a perfect experience.

Great rental car experience. Made a reservation in advance, confirmed it and everything was ready when I arrived. The first car had some minor issues that we were not happy with so we called them and returned the vehicle and we were immediately upgraded to a much nicer car at the same price. Put a lot of miles on that car driving to NV, CA, WA and back to AZ. The car did great and was a pleasure to drive. Great service!

Id give them a negative million stars if I could. Recently my fiancee had to get a rental through enterprise for a week or so. 1 they rented her the car with expired tags. 2 they said that she had damaged the vehicle on the front according to the guy she spoke with on the phone. She then tells him that shed be in the following day to look over the damage. We show up and she asks them about the vehicle that they claimed she damaged but it had already been sent to the repair shop because the damage was pretty bad. The representative helping her then has a picture sent to his phone and they show damage to the back of the vehicle. Somethings fishy there. Also the location that she had dropped the vehicle off is a place that enterprise does business with and she double checked to be sure it was ok to leave at that location over night. Now were having to pay money that really I dont think enterprise deserves at all. Id also like to add that the representative that my fiancee had spoke with over the phone was helping another customer who had similar problems and he was laughing and I found that very unprofessional.

We have rented from here numerous times and the staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Sometimes it can be a bit of a wait there but the friendliness of the staff helps. Have gotten decent cars though a few times they smelled like cigarettes or pets and occasionally a little dirty.

Last 12 years I have been renting the car from Enterprise. Last 2 years from Casa Grande. The staff and the service is EXCELLENT.I wish I could say the same thing about the Corporate Office. I left few messages but no one NEVER called me back. As i said i ma a very LOYAL customer for 12 years. I WONDER what they will do for regular customer.VERY VERY UN SATISFIED WITH THE CORPORATE OFFICE.

Rented a truck while my car is being fixed.

Pretty pricey. The guys talked a good game, but charged me $200 for the most expensive insurance after I said I didnt want it. After I called, they refunded me *most* of it, but it took 4 long days to get back in my account.

Great service. This is the only car rental service we use. Great staff, very professional. A bit of a wait during peak periods, but that happens when youre popular. Saying that, Id recommend prior reservations rather than a walk-in.

Horrible service... We called and they lied about saying we could use paper money. ( We called twice )... so when we go rent the car they said we need a credit card.. ok we do so later on when we come back they said we can then kay with money again in person this time after our trip.. so we get back... Nope you need a credit card now again they lied to us.... They know there rules so why would they lie? Overall horrible experience... Dont rent cars here

It was my first time to rent a car and I chose Enterprise because of the rave reviews given to them. I reserved an Intermediate SUV for the Thanksgiving holidays as I and four other friends planned for a three-day Vegas trip. We were upgraded to a full SUV since the RAV4 was not available (for reasons I dont know) at the time.....FOR FREE!We did enjoy the trip while in their new Dodge Journey.I will definitely go back.

Enterprise needs to update their website to reflect a deposit is required on every transaction so the price is reflected correctly when reserving a vehicle. When an individual expects to pay a certain amount only to find out the cost tripled when you arrive is very off putting .

One of the easiest car rental companies to do business with. Totally into convenience for their customers and a supporter of veterans. These guys picked me up at the body shop and drove me over to their offices for the rental. On the return, I left the car at the body shop and they came and picked it up. If they dont have a car for me, I use Turo, which is like Airbnb. Because that is a one-on-one experience, you get the same kind of treatment from the car owner. Enterprise is better because my insurance covers my rental car automatically when I use their car rental service.

Great service! Very accommodating to different requests. Had a Nissan Pathfinder I rented, couldnt get Bluetooth to connect to my phone, they swapped the rental out no questions asked. Great service.

I have rented a car from this facility on several occasions. When you have appointments it is always nice to have them get to the paperwork and get you on the road and that is what this staff does. The staff was always pleasant. Celina helped me with my vehicle this time and I must say she was very efficient, knew the vehicle and helped me with my inquiries.

Agree with the others, excellent customer service at this location! One time I was surprised about the deposit as insurance usually paid but when its for personal use the deposit is different. They drove me to my bank so I could deposit money into my account. They were patient and very nice about it instead of feeling like an inconvenience. Also love that they pick up and drop off, but from the moment they answer the phone they are upbeat, joke around and eager for customer satisfaction.

The sales rep that helped me was really nice, he answered any questions we had and explained their policies. The car was nice and clean, but in need of some maintenance.. all in all I was satisfied with my rental

The staff were hilarious. Extremely friendly with upbeat personalities. The service was excellent. The ONLY thing I would like to see more of as a frequent renter would be more offers of discounted prices /or upgrades.

After a rocky start when we showed up to pick up our rental, we were told it wasnt available and we needed to come back in an hour, within 30 minutes received a call from the location manager, wanted us to come back, we were then given an upgrade from compact to small truck (could have chosen a Jeep). We finished our rental progress, and had the vehicle for three weeks. Had a rock hit the windshield and cracked it after calling around our insurance company covered it with no deductible. Gave them all the information for the cracked windshield, and all was great. Would have given 5 stars but the episode atvthe beginning of the rental process. I am also an exclusive enterprise customer

Good service. Booked online I requested mid size and was presented with much larger. Ended up enjoying the larger vehicle more than I thought I would.

The people were very friendly and the car was nice. The only issue I had was one of the tires kept going low and I needed to put air in it every time I needed to go somewhere. Other than that all was great and I would recommend them to anyone needing to rent a car.

The people that work here are extremely friendly and I wont hold it against them for not hooking up the lambo. Easy to find, and they have a good selection of cars and trucks. I definitely recommend using them if you need a car.

What a wonderful group of professionals who helped me to get a vehicle that would accommodate my family as were traveling with several small children on our recent trip. Tjis has beed the best car rental experience to date. I usually rent with Enterprise because of their service but this time it was exceptional. I live is a very small town; Casa Grande AZ, and my car overheated on my way to work; 1st day on the job. My training was an hour away so at the end of the week I dropped the car off in my home town and thats when I met Dave; the manager of the Casa Grande location. I told him if my car wasnt ready ill be back on Monday. He told me, we open at 8a bit if you get here around 7a i can have you checked out in time for work....and he did. Over the next 5 weeks Dave and his team continued to assist me with extensions and changing the price if there was a savings. I initially rented for 27.99 a day but because of the time Dave changed it to 18.99 a day which is the 30day rental rate. I had ro keep calling to extend my rental as my finances came in, it wasnt a 30 day rental at first.Thank you so much!
