I really dont have anything to complain about. Always very nice, very helpful, very professional. The waiting time is not to bad, the website customer friendly. The only suggestion I will make is to create the lobby area bigger.

Ive been waiting 2 weeks to get a prescription from my physician because he hasn’t received my blood test results from this location . I wouldn’t be so upset if this location would give me a call back or answer their phones. I just want to know what’s going on with my results . Very frustrating...

The staff was friendly, and they got me in and out the door quickly. I like that they offer various check-in options to minimize contact. For example, you could scan in a bar code on your phone to let them know you are there. Or you could wait in your car and receive a text message when theyre ready to see you. Overall, an excellent experience. UPDATE: After a second visit, I would add that your experience may vary depending on who is working at the front desk. I was disappointed that I couldnt wait outside. I didnt catch the reason, but I was told that they would have no way of texting me to let me know when they were ready for me.

WOW, my first impression was where are the people that work here, after waiting about 15 minutes a girl came out and was very rude to me all I needed was a Urine Kit for Cytology (Cancer Patient without a Bladder) she was so mad to be at work and all alone by herself it was the worst experience ever, after she screamed at me several times to get my license and Insurance card out and check in and there were 4 others in front of me I was shocked and left. I went to Sonora Quest Laboratories on E. Salk Drive and the girl, Luz was so very nice and understanding and looked at my order and gave me what I needed and told me very politely that when I do drop off my specimen that I would need to check in and have my insurance information, what a huge difference if LabCorp does not want business they can keep hiring very rude individuals that do not want a job!!!!!

Not going back. Rude and impersonal. Very poor service. I left after they said they could not find my order even though I verified with my physician that it was submitted. Going to Sonora Quest. Also, add some signage about checking in at the kiosk instead of making people feel inadequate for not being able to read your mind.

Went in for a scheduled appointment with a confirmation number. Checked in. Waited almost an hour. During that time a lady who walked in after us said she had an appointment. The only person working said that there was no appointment listed, but proceeded to take her to the back. After she left the lady called other people up. I asked about my daughters appointment that was supposed to be 45 minutes prior. Another person spoke up and said that they had an appointment that was supposed to be 45 minutes prior as well. The lady at the desk said there were no appointments listed. Asked for the confirmation numbers. We gave them to her and she proceeded to help other people. Then she asked for the order. When I gave her the order she said they couldn’t do it until afternoon. The appointment was supposed to be at 10:30. We asked to be taken off the schedule and left. Lab Corp needs to fix their “scheduling!!!!” Went somewhere else to get the test and was in and out.

The girl, that works there as a receptionist and technician, is a nasty, angry person who is very disrespectful towards senior citizens. In my opinion, she has a real grudge on her shoulders. I will be going to a different lab.

The Mexican lady at the front desk is BEYOND RUDE, absolutely the worse customer service I’ve ever seen. Very sad to have people like her being the face of labCorp. She did something that is completely illegal by refusing to see a patient because the translator was trying to find out information regarding the lab order and she was annoyed. Refused to answer the question and made racial statements.Very disappointed.

Staff was rude. I requested to lay down during bloodwork so I wouldnt pass out. Person refused even though I could clearly see a bed. Refused to even let me sit in the recliner. Had to scoot down as far as I could in the chair and hope for the best. Sat there for several minutes before I could even get up.

Never had any problems. Usually fast and catch a vein easily. Never messed up my lab work. Ive had other labs lose samples or never draw for tests they were supposed to. Never happened with this lab.

The people there are really nice. They have GOOD blood draw people there. I am a hard stick and they get me in one poke so I am impressed. So give them a chance you will love them!!!!

Made an appointment online for 8 am and they were able to see me early. Got in and out very quickly. I have bad veins and most of the the time I get blood work, it takes them about 2-4 tries to get a veins, leaving me with big bruises and unable to use that arm very well. The dude who drew my blood was polite, quick, painless and I barely have a bruise two days later.

It use to be a really nice place, fast service, friendly staff..But the last two I been there there were a lot of patients waiting...more than 10.And comeback other day same situation. .Need to have more people for better service..Or find another lab.

I highly recommend this place because they did excellent professional and efficient service . I have a very tiny veins most of the time is.very difficult to found a good vein and I have experience a lot of pain when they try to found one. At this place they found it without problem and I didn’t feel any pain . Thank you very muchNANCY

We had great experience! The guy that drew my 3yo sons blood sample did a phenomenal job!! I was nervous because he was the only one drawing samples (we usually go to sonora quest and it takes 2 people plus me to hold my son and for the lack of better word.. they always butcher my sons arms! Both of them! before they get sample). This guy that took my sons sample was calm and quiet. He did his job just like a walk in the park! Thank you! Too bad i didnt get to ask your name because i was surprised what you did!

I have had to visit LabCorp a number of times now. I made an appointment online, which is very simple to do. I arrived about ten minutes before my appointment time, and the lobby was full. The gentleman at the reception desk was friendly. I was called immediately at my appointment time, which leads me to believe that the people in the lobby were all walk-ins. I have to agree with other reviewers that LabCorp Casa Grande is understaffed, having only one Technician during this busy period. I have been here in the past when the Technician was also working as the Receptionist. All times, the staff; Receptions and Technicians, have been friendly, professional and efficient.

Very RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL..I called 5x to get pricing on some bloodwork I need done soon. Each time the person who answered hung up on me!.. I get it its before your lunch time but I myself work in the Medical field and understand a patient ALWAYS comes first..your office obviously needs training in that area. With that being said I will definitely be going to another lab to get services done professionally!!!

Well I tried LabCorp again this time they were great. My appt wasnt until 11AM however I went in there at 10AM and asked if they could see me now. They said yes and I was in and out in no time at all.

The lady who drew my daughters blood today was very kind and child friendly. By far the easiest blood draw on a 6 year old everever. The other reviews seem to be accurate as far as the front desk and waiting area. I wish I would have gotten her name in the back because she was so kind and accomidating. in the past, the other lab in town will make my child wait outside alone while we are in the room so my daughter timidly asked if she could come in and we were welcomed with all smiles. Made my day.

My husband has been there three times in the past month and has always been treated with courtesy and respect. Johnelle in particular is friendly to all the customers and processes people as quickly as possible without rushing and making a serious mistake.

There is only 1 person here the lab technician herself no receptionist very disa pointing for a walk in lab. I waited for 20 minutes to be called to the reception desk to be registered and she had to register 5 more patients before she called in the one patient on front of me, so that is 6 patients she has to register and draw all 6 patients lab work and process tgem, really that is unacceptable as my time is just as important as your time Mr CEO. Of Lab Corp. Why is there no replacement for a receptionist if she was sent somewhere else to cover another office, that tells me your not concerned about your customers time. Wonder what else your cutting out in the office maybe the lab processing of our blood work ??I will not be coming back here to wait around for one hour before I can have my blood work drawn. I fell so bad for the lab technician having to do 2 persons work by herself?? Really unacceptable

Avoid this place like the plague. I pay good money for insurance. Labcorp seems to think that patients exist for them. Well Labcorp, you provide a service for us as people. My time is valuable. Waiting to be seen in an empty office is unacceptable. Calling on a patient while you are on the phone is unacceptable. Walked out and waited at Sonora- they also isn’t have a problem copying my lab order off my phone.

1st time going, easy to schedule appt online, but office is extremely too small (why 3 stars) cramped seating (none a few times), but fortunately I was taken in per appointed time. Blood drawing was good (no bruises). Will update after 2nd time.

Been in multiple times, wait for extended periods of time and even if there is no one in the lobby it will take at least 30 min for them to acknowledge you....when they do its Im the only one here.
