The outcome was excellent, getting there was not. I tend to go for long periods between waxes, months in fact. and it isnt usually as painful as the experience I had with Rachel. The conversation was awkward and unprofessional. I learned about Sleek360 through groupon. My regular person wasnt available. Rachel asked a ton of questions and was critical of others in the same profession. She alluded that my regular person used less expensive wax and may be double dipping (which is not the case), allowing a lower price than Rachel can charge to make money. Rachel may have been trying to help by educating me, but it sounded like she was putting down my regular place, which is clean, sanitary, affordable and no double dipping. Rachel said she had enough of a following and only needs to use groupon a couple of months out of the year. Im not sure why this was important to share, but the reviews support her success. Im glad. Rachels bed side manner wasnt for me. Best of luck!

Rachel is incredible! She does great work at a great value. Since it’s mainly just her at the studio you don’t have to deal with a middleman/extra salon fees. She uses a blue wax that peels off and doesn’t leave lasting residue or redness. She also has great handmade skin products for sale! As a quick note when you first go the door is in the back of the building, not the front (where Google Maps might direct you).
