I always love going to Chandni’s salon! It does best with everything such as hair cut, eyebrows threading and waxing, facial, body waxing, etc…If you want a good haircut, go see Ms. Shilpa. She had given me the best haircut. I have been going to Great Clips all the time but now I will only go see her. She is the best! She did an amazing job on my haircut and took her time to make it look great.If you want an eyebrows done, go see Mrs. Ila. I only go there to do my eyebrows too.I highly recommend!!!👍🏻

I came here once because my friends mom told me about this place and i started coming every week !!! i absolutely love this place, ila is so good at doing my eyebrows, she takes her time and makes them look so clean. they understand thick eyebrows which I have and they dont thin them. I went for facial appointment today with Maya. it was THE BEST facial I ever had.. seriously it was so relaxing and calm. She is so professional. I did my eyebrows threading as well and I can say if you want the best shape and pain free experience go there. Prices are reasonable too.

I absolutely love going to Chandnis in Cary. I get my brows and upper lip threaded here and each time they do a great job. The technicians are kind and gentle with their service. I typically dont have to wait more than 5 minutes for my turn in the chair and I get compliments on how well my brows look. Highly recommend this shop!

I have often used the services offered at Chandini’s spa for my personal grooming needs. Each time, I have been immensely satisfied with the quality of work, meticulous cleanliness, and positive professionalism. I was at the spa for a waxing & threading appointment, and was served by Maya with immaculate quality and calm demeanor. While customers poured in, although alone, she addressed them with respect and professionalism while staying calm and unfrazzled through her tight schedule. She stayed focused on me and didn’t rush me through my appointment. I appreciated her calm and mature demeanor.

Purnima is by far my favorite eyebrow threading technician. She takes her time with the threading and is gentle. My eyebrows always look on point after I visit her (thick and defined).

Rucha did mine and my fiancé’s eyebrows. She threaded them SO gently and perfectly. We come here every time to get our eye brows threaded and this was our first time getting our eyebrows done by her. She was so friendly and sweet and explained the process to me. We also finally met the owner! I have been going to Chandni’s for years to get my eyebrows threaded. Before covid, I would also do my upper lip and chin. The Cary location is my favorite, they do a great job with minimal pain. Due to covid, they are taking a lot of precautions (masks required, they also wear face shields, temperatures taken, hand sanitizer provided, limited guests in waiting room, etc.).

I only go to Chandnis to have my eyebrows threaded! The staff are excellent and friendly and you cant beat the price.

I was visiting my sister she took me to the Morrisville location to get my eyebrows threaded and that’s where I met Shilpa Bhalodia. She did a great job with my eyebrows. It was perfect. While talking to her I was asking her about hair and if she knew anyone that does hair. She told me how she does. Today I made an appointment for my hair to get it cut. I live a hour and half from Cary, but it was worth the drive. She is absolutely amazing and brought my hair back to life. I had so many dead ends . She cut my hair and styled it; looks so healthy and great. Just got it done and been receiving so many compliments. My sister will be coming to get hers soon and I been telling all my friends on social media. I’ll definitely be coming back all the time, Thankyou so much. Highly satisfied and recommend. She’s the sweetest.

(This review is just for the eyebrow threading.)I dont have a particular threader, I just go with whomever is available next and all the women there are excellent! Theyre great threaders, very quick, and they dont try to push other services on you. Theres nothing more annoying than having a threader ask you, Are you sure you dont want your upper lip done too? And you cant beat $7 for some great looking brows! There can be a decent wait on Friday evenings and weekend mornings/afternoons, so try to go at off hours.

I am their customer since 2002!!! I enjoy their excellent customer service and friendly welcome from the staff. I particularly enjoy facial by Purnima. She takes the stress off my shoulders by giving me a relaxing massage with my facial. Coming back after facial I feel rejuvenated and relaxed. Thank you for taking excellent care of me always.

Got a facial done from Poornima recently and it was an amazing experience. I was carrying a lot of stress in my neck and shoulders. I felt completely relaxed as she did a great job with neck and shoulder massage. My face feels baby soft now. Will definitely go there for facials more.

Worst threading in the world. Wish I could give 0 starsShe messed up my eyebrows I recently grew back. They were thick and the perfect canvas.they are extremely uneven wish I could post a pic All she keep saying was sorry and tried to make them super thin than tried to blame it on me . She pulled out a whole chunk in a weird place. Will never go back and I been doing eyebrow threading for 20 years in New York. She didn’t even offer the service free knowing how bad she messed up. My face was burning and had so many blood marks from threading it so hard.

Ive only been here twice, but both experiences have been great! Im usually a drop in and yet I still manage to be in and out within 15/20 minutes. I rarely get my eyebrows threaded, but the lady is patient with me and reminds me what I need to do in the process in order to make it easier for her. Eyebrows always turn out perfect!

Isha always does an excellent job. I am so happy I found Chandnis and Isha! She works on Monday from 10AM-8PM. I always get a full face threading and feel like a new woman when I leave. So much better than waxing. Shes great!

I usually never complain about my eyebrows but they clearly did not listen to what I wanted the lady cut my eyebrow in half after repeatedly telling her I wanted them thick. They lost my business, won’t be coming here again.

Clean and fast service.

I was a drop in on a Sunday at 5:08. Back in my car by 5:32. Got my eyebrows threaded. A non-painful experience. Clean. Enjoyed reading the positive thoughts that are engraved on the walls. Only thing is I used a credit card and was charges an extra dollar. Not too sure why. Maybe because it was only $7 charge. But, regardless, I will be back.

Absolutely the best place to get your eyebrows done in the area. I’ve gone to threading salons in other cities that I’ve lived in and none of them are as good as Chandni’s. I sadly no longer live in the RDU area but whenever I come back to town I always make time to come get my eyebrows done here. Silpa has been threading my eyebrows for over a decade now and she is truly the best!

I went today for a clean up and I had thick eyebrows I made sure I asked her three times to not make them thin just clean up the second thing I know after I looked at the mirror my eyebrows are very very very thin and I paid 13$ for eyebrows and upper lip very terrible work I will never go back again

I never write a bad review but I had to for this salon.Very poor hygiene the lady with glasses her hand were very stinky smelled garlicky and she kept tapping with finger my brows and upper lips to let me know where to hold and the thread she used kept breaking while she was threading. I have fairly good skin dont get acne but after getting done brows and upper lips by that lady yesterday I got little breakouts on both brows and upper lips wherever Very disappointed I heard by my sister the other lady who did her brows was very nice and made perfect brows but when I went there with her yesterday one of the girls said that lady have moved to other location at morrisville.Please make your service more hygienic thanks!

I have been going here for eyebrows for 3 years now. I always get it done by just one person Revati. She is excellent and really pays attention to detail. You can tell her however you like them done and she will do that. Once or twice she wasnt available and I had to get it done by someone else and they did a shoddy job. Ask for Revati if you go there for brows!

Isha does an amazing job on my eyebrows, lips, and face! We come here every month! We do the threading and it does hurt a little, but Isha does her work quickly and beautifully! It is well worth coming.

I get my brows, chin, sides, and lower lip threaded by a lady named Maya and she does an excellent job. There are several threaders there, however. No complaints. Very affordable too.

I always have my Haircut,Facial,Eyebrows & Waxing done at Chandnis Salon.Lovely services given by the owner & her staff.The owner is very professional & really cares about her clients.They have a fast and friendly service and also convenient to walk-ins.They have 4 locations, and I usually go to their Cary and Morrisville location, and always have had the best experience.

I had a bad experience with them. Some of the employees are not professional. Instead of having a clean area, I left having many bloody spots and it hurts so much. My eyebrows area and around the eye area need time. They need to learn how to thread gently because bad threading will lead to scars. I dont recommend that place.

She is meticulous and cuts and styles hair with precision to provide the best results, consistently. I have found someone who is gifted with the shears and has an artistic eye for style, yet professional haircuts. Shilpa is warm, charming, engaging, and listens to what I want and also gives her professional suggestions. I absolutely trust her with my hair styling and love every time I get it cut by her!!! . I just appreciate how much attention she puts to what her clients want and would definitely recommend her! The support staff at Chandanis is professional, helpful and very friendly.Shilpa gets 5 stars from me for both professionalism and the quality of her service.

Professional and safe salon amidst pandemic.

Arrived 15 minutes early as requested. Waited for over 45 minutes to be told that appointments were tight. I ended up canceling my facial because by that point I was too stressed out. I Will never schedule a facial here again. I understand waiting a few minutes but 45 is ridiculous. Very disappointing

I had the worst experience at Chandnis.I chekced their website and it was saying waxing at Cary as well so I called them to check and I asked about timings and before I could aksed for waxing, the lady hung up the phone.Anyways, I went there and to my surprise lady told me they dont do waxing here, only in Morrisville.Thye can atleast update their website to avoid any confusion.Still fine, I called Morrisville branch on Sunday and asked them that I want to get waxing done and do I need to take appointment.That lady said let me chekc our schedule and then she confirmed I can walk in any time for waxing.After traveling 15 miles I recahed their place around 4:45 PM and nobody wished and asked any thing. I thought may be they are busy as there were two people getting their eyebrows done.Once they were free, I asked about waxing she bluntly said it cant be done today. I told I called and one of you confirmed then she said I dont know who picked the call.I told them that I have been travelling to your parlors from 2 days so can you please do waxing. She said we are closing at 6 PM.I said its just 5 PM and if they dont have any appointment they can do. She refused saying that we will be closing so we can not do.And they all got busy with their phones.Such a height of unprofessionalism. They didny have any courtesy to even say sorry.Before visiting Chandnis, my friends suggested to avoid them as they are so unprofessional and rude.But I thought may be she had a bad experince. Now I wish I should listen to her.I am never going to Chandnis again. Unprofessionalism is the word for you guys.

Would give no stars if possible. ive been taking my fiance here for years and today the lady rushed and had her in tears. After years of growing her brows out and getting them ready for our wedding she ruined them in less than a minute and then was extremely rude. Usually these people need no instruction but this rude woman clearly didnt know what she was doing- Also put her in a lot of pain which is usually not the case and hit her in the head with her knuckle bc she kept breaking the thread. If you want your brows ruined go ahead. My fiance -who has been a customer for years- left with uneven brows and her arch ruined and her friend that came with also left with hers uneven and it was even a different person who did hers. Stay away!

I have been a long time customer of Chandinis. However this is a complaint I feel inclined to post....there is now a sign at Chandinis asking us to please value the importance of time and be on time for our appointments. I made an appointment at 5pm. The lady who does my threading asked me to hold just a minute and took another customer in front of me (walk in). Her threading was finally done around 5:15...after payment, 5:20. I had a inpatient 2 yo waiting in the car with my husband. Now, what is the point in making an appointment? I could have made other arrangements had I known this would happen. What about valuing your customerservice time????

I have been going to Chandni Salon for past 19 years; one of the finest salons in town we have. I never had any issues ever for eye brows, waxing, body massage, hair cut and facial. I get such a warm welcome every time I walk in as everyone seems to recognize the Chandnis customers and make them feel comfortable. They listen to the feedbacks and improvise; I have seen Chandni Salon grow in business, relationship with the customers and technology all together.Close to 20 years is a long time to get the same customer service every time you walk in and that says a lot about the existence of Chandni Salon in town with now four locations.
