Crooks!! My water bill each month is the same as or more than my electric bill!! No leaks. Price gouging! Customer service is the worse!! But we are forced to have it since they have the markwt on the area and its all that is available.

Terrible customer service, water quality is inconsistent and overall just a bad company. We are handcuffed to Aqua in our neighborhood and they are crooks on price and the way they do business.

Community well with no competition. Water is brown at least once per week. If your community is thinking about having Aqua service your well, please look elsewhere.....

Had a recent billing issue with Aqua.... They were able to resolve it adequately. Thanks Aqua.

Cut off water off, because they made a mistake. Had to wait 4 days for them to cut it back on. At no fault of ours. Have proof to back up it up. Expect to here from a lawyer.

This company is the worst. They dont even deserve one star. Customer service is lacking if not non-existent. Representatives are rude and frankly disrespectful. I would not be a customer if I had any other option in my area.
