Children’s Lighthouse West Cary has been absolutely amazing from the first day our 2-year old began attending in July. I am able to keep in constant contact with my son’s teacher who is very responsive to my questions. The staff are incredibly friendly and potty training has gone more smoothly than I could’ve imagined. My son is eating all his fruits and veggies which he almost never did before and he wakes up happy to go to school every day. Being able to watch my son through an app in real-time at any point throughout the day has given me peace of mind. I’m very happy with my choice of daycare

I would recommend it 100%. I feel super confident to leave my daughter under their care. And they have taught her many things. My daughter speaks native Spanish and since she is at Childrens Light House she is speaking English very easily. And the most important thing that I can see it through cameras on my phone.

We have been at this facility since November 2019 and we have had an amazing experience. Every teacher that my son has had, we have loved. They are very caring and attentive to all of our needs. The environment is very family oriented. Also, to be able to continue to operate during a pandemic and not have any COVID cases, that says everything!

Our 4 year old daughter attended Childrens Lighthouse - West Cary. She enjoyed her experience there and loved the teachers. The new owners have done such a great job with the business.

This learning center/daycare is great. It has some wonderful staff. Almost every teacher my kid had since she started has been compassionate and caring. My little one has learnt many activities that our own busy schedules don’t allow us to teach. All in all my yardstick of measure is that every time I pick up my child she is happy.

What the heck!!NO WAY would i take my Granchild there!! Your lucky that child was not hit by a car or taken! Where were the care givers? You should have 2 people watching the children out side .and why was the the gate not locked ?

My kid graduated preK this year. He had food allergies and I thank Childrens light house staff for taking care of his needs. And keeping school safe for him. I had felt my kid is safe under children s light house staff.He also got exposure to different experience in summer activitys and he liked to learn Spanish as well. I believe he is ready for kindergarten. I gave 1 less star because I felt teachers in his class was not consistent, changed frequently in a year. Hopefully this will improve. All the best for future!

This learning center is great. Owners are very friendly and family oriented. Hours are better than most. Regular email updates throughout the day are very beneficial. Curriculum is robust. Educational exercises, toys, and media seem abundant. My son is very engaged and is learning a lot. Best of all, he absolutely loves to go to school!

We love this school. The curriculum is good and helped in overall development of my child. The staff are friendly and the ambience is good. And one more thing I really liked are the cameras in every room, this helps me monitor my child.

My one year old speaks better than 3 year old son of someone I know and knows sign language very well thanks to this school. Very clean. Curriculum is awesome. And they help you with things you teach at home such as languages. Awesome awesome staff.

This center has been great for my children! The director is very responsive and the teachers are amazing. Ive had experience with most every teacher and they truly care about the children as if they were their own.

We sent our son to this daycare because it is convenient to us and it offers parents real time monitoring app . However I found several times that some of the teachers are very rude to kids. I saw them yelling, scolding to kids whenever I dropped off or picked up my kid. Some of the kids had very bad running noses and the teachers didn’t care at all; I told one teacher several times that there is kid cries hard and nose running bad, but the teacher stood there and did nothing. Another time I went there during the lunch time and saw through the window, the teach took away the food that the kid was still eating, so the kid had to grab the food from his neighbor’s plate. And one time I went there to pick up my son earlier, saw my son didn’t like the snacks they provided, and the teacher was scolding him to force him eat it.

Our experience with Light House has been amazing for almost 3 years now, our little one enjoys going there , I see a very committed management team to do the best for the kids there....

My son has been there a month and loves it. He is so happy everyday and never wants to leave when I pick up. He has already learned so much!

Having these essential qualities in the franchise ownership allows the teachers and assistants that work at CLLC-West Cary to focus on caring for, enabling, and slowly developing the kids who are enrolled & attend for 2 or more years. CLLC-West Cary gets regular walk-throughs and inspections from corporate, as well as govt agencies. And, that meant consistency in both quality and service.

I love the staff, the teachers, the place, everything. Mu daughter is happy!

Teachers don’t check kids diet before giving food. Seems like they get a new floating teacher everyday without any proper training.
