My go-to nail place!! I always get dip as I bite my nails otherwise to the point they bleed and they almost always last over a month before cracking/breaking or being too grown out (and I work at a vet hospital so i am hard on my nails). Kim and Christina are both amazing and super personable and all of the staff is super sweet and amazing! I usually stick to one specific glitter color but last time I was there (beginning of December), one of the newer nail techs did my nails (I want to say her name was Cindy but I am not 100% sure) and insisted on doing something special and different and did the coolest holographic effect on two of the nails! Not to mention, I like to get them redone as soon as I accidentally break one as then I begin biting them all and they have always been able to get me in that day or the next day! I drive from NC States Campus to get my nails done here and its worth the drive! I constantly get compliments and recommend Navi to anybody looking for great service and amazing nails!

First time going here. People that worked there were nice and friendly. They were short staffed but they still took care of people that were getting nails done and people that arrived. Tracie took care of me. We had a nice conversation and she did a great job on my feet. Will be coming back here for sure.

** called the manager but no response. I guess it shows** HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE CONTINUESWant to share my terrible experience at a nail salon today. Navi nails spa in cornerstone. Worst experience of my life. Me and my daughter went there for a fun afternoon. They asked us to pick color. Made me sit in the pedicure chair with running water and did nothing. Completely ignored us while continued to take other customers. My feet were in water for more than 30 mins. They did nothing. I felt discriminated based of race and skin color. Never felt so humiliated. Nasty people. Threatening their customers. I need to know where can I file a complaint for this?

Regular customer here and Christina and the staff are very welcoming and do a great job every time with my pedicure. Highly recommend this spa and prices are very reasonable. First class service here for a basic pedicure. Thank you so much.

Tech was very careful with me since Im a diabetic. When I left, my feet and legs were no longer hurting.

They are so friendly and remember me by my name. When I move Ill still come back here. They do a good job and want to please. I got up after drying my nails and messed one toenail up. They fixed it with no complaints.

I absolutely loved this place! My mom and I came in to get Mani-Pedi’s and were immediately greeted with the warmest welcome. The ladies that worked there tonight were so kind and funny! I felt pampered and refreshed leaving tonight. This will definitely be a place I come back to time and time again.

Christina is very friendly and knowledgeable! Easy to talk with and she did a great job on my nails! She helped me out a TON since Im newer to having my nails done. She walked me through different methods, showed me different shapes, etc. I will absolutely go back again!

I love going to Navi Nails! The team is always so friendly, and will get to know you and greet you by name. The space is clean, comfortable, and inviting. The services are fair prices. Cindy did an amazing job on my SNS nails, and I look forward to going back again and again!

This is my go-to nail salon! It is 40 minutes from my house but I will not go anywhere else. I have never had to wait more than 2 minutes to be taken in and they always offer complimentary drinks to guests 😊 Cindy and Kim are my absolute favorites because they do an amazing job (and i’m picky) and they are so friendly. Also they take their time and if they do make a mistake, they correct it before you even get the chance to see it. The prices are very fair and I have never left unsatisfied!

My friends and I came from New York to visit a friend and decided to try them out. Let’s just say we’ll be coming back next time we’re in Cary. They are super friendly and we didn’t have to wait long. We had a tight schedule and they were able to do all four of our nails beautifully even with the time constraints.

Love this nail salon. They do such a great job. When I first walked in everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The feet massage was incredible and they have great massaging chairs. I did the deluxe pedicure and it was just perfect. She helped me with some ingrowns I had and did a great job with the nail polish. I will definitely be coming back. This salon was recommended by a friend of mine. The first time I came here my experience was amazing. My pedicure was great, my SNS came out exactly how I expected. Today was my second time coming but my experience was not so great. I felt like they rushed through my pedicure because others were waiting. I did not like feeling like I was in the way, because I had an appointment I was not a walk-in. I’m giving this a 3 because my nails still came out great Cindy really takes her time but I am disappointed in my pedicure.

This was the absolute worst pedicure that I ever had. Unfortunately it was a complete waste of 23 minutes! I did tell the owner about my experience, as I was checking out & paying. She said, Ok, thank you for telling me and I will train her. “. 🤦🏼‍♀️HORRIBLE

What a wonderful experience! I found Navi Nails by way of a Google search for best nail salon in Cary, and Google really came through. My partner and I really enjoyed our deluxe pedicureses, and he loves his manicure because all men deserve nice clean nails 😉 I am in love with my SNS nails, totally worth the price my nails have never felt better, Im so happy to say good bye to acrylics! My regular nail salon changed ownership, and then my go to nail tech left, so I decided to find a new place. First time coming to Navi, and Amy did my gel mani (Ruffle Those Feathers from Gelish, in case you like the color). She was super sweet, and she did a decent job - there are a few spots that could’ve been done better, but I’m the only that can really see them. Seems like she was rushing towards the end, so maybe that’s what caused it. Additionally, if you make an online reservation, be very clear about what you’re getting when you walk in - I booked online for a gel polish change ($20), but I guess I misspoke when I walked in because I got a full gel mani ($35). Again, maybe that was my bad, but I was clear via my online booking what I was there for. So the minor imperfections and the mixup on my appointment are what generated the 4 instead of 5 star review. One thing I really liked about the salon was that every woman that walked in after me, the manager/owner knew by name - very nice touch.

This is by far the best place I have gotten a gel manicure! I have a little one and am very active, my manicure last 4 plus weeks and no chipping. The staff is wonderful! I won’t go anywhere else!

Today my mom and I wanted to get pedicures, and we had heard great things about Navi Nails so we decided to give it a try. Everything we heard was true! The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming, the employees were kind and wonderful, and we even met the owner who was very nice, and sweet. The pedicure itself was the best we have gotten in a long time! We highly recommend giving this nail salon a try! You will not be disappointed!!

I want friendly and able to feel comfortable while getting great service. Everyone was wonderful. I met Kim (owner) and Tracy did my nails. I got a new set of pink and white gels and they are fabulous! I will definitely book another appointment and chat with the girls again😊

Always satisfied with the results here! Pedis last several weeks, and gel nails are perfect. I am very picky about fine details and they always deliver. The ladies are very personable and work hard to be sure you are happy. The quality of work is far better than my previous nail salon just across the street. I am a loyal client after many visits now.

So great! I cannot wait to come back to Navi Nails Spa.Upon entering you are immediately greeted with a smile and checked in. I showed my nail tech a Pinterest pic of some bridal nails and she made it come to life on mine. Love the decor in here and the attentive service. The important part was that I was able to relax, and my nails looked gorgeous and my skin wasnt tortured. The technician was very gentle.

Their staff is wonderful and accommodating! They took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Extremely friendly and the salon is very clean. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

I went to Navi Nails Spa for my birthday with a few of my close friends and cousins ranging in age. I was 100% impressed with the results they delivered. I got a Basic Pedicure done here by Lan and she was very friendly and great to talk to. The atmosphere of the entire nail spa is very soothing and relaxing. Everything was clean and in perfect order. Everyone I went with loved their nails. The price is a bit on the high end, but I do say it is worth it. They have many nail colors to choose from as well as many complimentary drinks. All the nail artists takes their time to make sure the clients loves their nails. They make sure that you are satisfied before you pay and walk out that door. Will be coming back and this has become the nail spa of my choice.

This was my new favorite nail salon as they do an acceptable job and I get 20% off as a wake county staff member. However, I went today and they refused to give me the 20% off because they said that it’s only good Monday-Wednesday. When I got home and checked the website, there are no restrictions. Such false advertising!!

I walked in on a whim to get some acrylic tips I’d gotten elsewhere either removed or filed down since they were way too long and thick and causing me some pain. Theresa was super sweet and helpful and made my nails look and feel much better. I don’t get nail services very frequently, but next time I decide to get a manicure or pedicure, I will definitely return here.

This is the best nail salon I have been to. I am from out of town visiting my parents and my mom treated me to get my nails done. Kim did a gel fill in and they look amazing. The place was clean as can be and the service was impeccable. I will be coming back when I visit my parents again and would recommend this place to anyone who is visiting!

I love this place so much! I used to go to Christine before she had this salon and I am so happy she has a full one now! Ladies I absolute love these technicians are amazing and they do wonders!! I’ve always had trouble with cutting my cuticles and making them nice and clean but not with this nail salon! I couldn’t ask for a better salon

My fav nail salon in Cary! Excellent service and Great atmosphere. I had a pedicure and eyebrow waxing. The pedi was given by Christina and she was great. It felt like heaven and Kim did a wonderful job with my eyebrows. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

Ladies!!! Ditch your nail saloon because this place is the best nail saloon in Cary area . I never received better service in my life ! My nails done nicely and quickly . I received amazing service by Christina . She was so genuine. I never been such a conversationalist however this lady made me so comfortable. Also she has very good taste ! She picked my nail color . I have received so many complements by many people. I also got a cuticle oil as gift . They have good selection of drinks from wine to soda . I even had chocolate Omg ! Very beautiful decoration, extremely super clean nail saloon . I am telling you this nail saloon is a perfect place . I can’t wait till the next time!

Great selection of nail polish and great customer service but expect wait time on Saturday because they are good! Got a dip manicure and it looks soooo good!!! I will 100% be back for all my nail care needs. BEST NAIL SALON IN CARY!

Amended Review:I was very unhappy with my first service here as it was sloppy and rushed, but when I expressed this the management called me and promised to make it right. The manager, Kim, took time to give me a brand new set of acrylics and everything was perfect. They are a new salon and customer service is clearly a priority.

This is the first nail salon that didn’t make me feel uncomfortable about using a Groupon - y’all know what I’m talking about!! The women at Navi Nails are hilarious and incredibly kind. I’m so grateful for their patience and expertise, not to mention to clean/chic atmosphere. Looking forward to going back soon!!

Just left after a getting basic pedi. I wasn’t much in a talking mood and my tech Mary seemed to pick up on that, which I appreciated. I had a nice, quiet pedi which is what I needed after a very long day. Everyone seemed nice. The place was clean and had comfortable chairs. Looking forward to coming back.

I had such a nice time at Navi nails. The customers in the store were regulars which is always a good sign! The girls were fun and Tracey did a great job on my pedi and mani. I drank a glass of wine whilst getting pampered. I got the OPI color Gown for anything super cute ;)
