My regular nail tech was closed and I had to get my nails done for my birthday so I decided to give this place a try not too happy with the outcome . My nails are pointed up instead of being straight and my nails so so thick . She put so much acrylic powder . Also not the shape I requested what so ever. I asked for coffin this is square. Seemed like she was rushing and just very sloppy. If you look at the picture of the blue and sparkle nails this is how my nails usually look so I was expecting something similar to that and wasn’t happy with the service today .

I loved it !!! They work so profesional and too kind, all the time worry about you if you need or like something like water. Oh and my nails ? Lovely !!! I go there almost two years and they are the same all the time. I love you guys !!!

I absolutely loved my first visit here! The nail technician that did my fill was phenomenal. I mean everything was on point. I was hesitant about returning here b/c a previous nail technician had did my nails years back and did a rushed horrible job.My nails looked bulpy and I was not happy, but today was just awesome. I did not get the nail tech name, but anyone reading this pls go for a first time and try it.The price was also reasonable for what I wanted since it was simple!

Got nails done 1 week ago. One broke today and I was able to pull the rest off like they were stick on nails. Never going back.

Didnt think the quality of the service was good at all. The gentleman came from the back smoking and laid down his cigarettes. Instead of it being relaxing, I had to smell smoke the entire time. He wasnt very good either as he repeatedly got polish and top coat on my skin. I had to point this out multiple times and he said it would come off when I wash my hand; it did not. I wouldnt return nor recommend this place.

I chose to go here only because my nail salon was closed. The service was awesome and the staff is so friendly. The most important thing is they listen to your request. I am OCD and the people I had paid great attention to detail. I will most definitely be back!

Just came from there and the lady did a very very very poor job.... I got a pedicure and it looks like it has been done by someone that is still learning how to do nails. The lady was too busy talking to her son while doing my nails.... I payed $40 for a pedicure and it looks like trash

They were fast and very good! Not expensive, but did a great job!

I love this place! Everyone is always extremely kind and welcoming. I normally get a pedicure and gel polish on my nails. I can go 3 weeks with no chipping at all! Quality work with great prices, I highly recommend!! 😀

I read the great reviews and decided to give Nails 21 a try. Everyone there is very welcoming and I felt comfortable immediately. Ive been back twice now and have had superior service with people who truly know what excellence is all about. And my nails look awesome! Ask for Lee, shes the best!

Andy and Stephanie were the absolute best. After being turned away from Pacific Nails saying that the wait time was an hour even though there was a whopping three customers in the shop, my friend and I happened upon Nails 21 down the road. Andy started our Gel Full Set and Stephanie finished. This is the third time Ive ever had my nails done and I am very happy with their service and courtesy! I will be coming here again and would definitely recommend it to any of my friends looking for a place!

I went to Nails 21 after reading the great reviews online. When I arrived, I saw the sign out front saying that they were under new management. At first, I was very disappointed, thinking that I had missed a good nail shop, in fact I almost left. However, after meeting Mimi and having the best gel fill I have ever had, I am so very glad that I went in.Seriously, after trying at least 10 different shops in the Raleigh - Cary area, I am so happy to have found Mimi at Nails 21!

Very disappointed. I got a French manicure done and 3 days later it was almost completely chipped off. Most of the time was spent on filing and the skin around my nails (which is now peeling around every single one of my nails from being poorly done) rather than the actual French tip and clear coat to protect it. And after all the time spent on filing, my nails were still catching onto everything from not being smoothed after rough filing. Would not recommend to anyone.

My daughter introduced me to this salon. I was trying find a place that made me comfortable...this is the place. My schedule doesnt always allow for bi-weekly visits but I am always welcomed the same. I love Andy and Steph!

Always bringing photos in of ideas from Pinterest that I like. She is always more than willing to do anything I ask and has great prices. I always do the gel and it never chips and my nails never break (like they have at other nail salons). Very happy with the comfortable atmosphere and ease of walking in, however; I do recommend making an appointment to ensure you can get in!

I just moved to Cary, NC and have been searching for a nail salon that I can continually go back to. I found Nails 21 on yelp and after reading the great reviews, decided to try them out. They did an amazing job on my fill-in and made me feel very comfortable. They even offered me a drink and clipped my cuticles for free!! Stephanie did my nails and they look so good. Im very pleased and will return!In reference, Im very picky about not only the quality of the work but also the quality of the experience and this place surpassed my expectations. Try them out!!

In Cary for work and needed to find a shop...came across Nails 21. And I must say that they are WONDERFUL...I got my brows done(PERFECT) offered me a beverage while getting my toes done. Felt very welcomed! Its under new Management and thats officially my spot when Im in town..(MiMi Julie)

My nails have never looked so good!!! The guy that did then was definitely a perfectionist and took a lot of time shaping them and filing them and making them look really even! Im not giving it 5 stars because he did snag my skin a little a made me bleed but he was very apologetic asked me if he could get me anything and gave me a massage! Overall super great my nails and the polish everything looks bomb and I will for sure be coming back! Plus there prices are the best I have seen around so far! 👌🏼

I chose a nail color that caught my attention , although when I did not like the color I was told I cannot change the color . The employee nearly argued with me, to tell ME that there is nothing wrong with my nails because I chose the color . I have never been to a more unprofessional nail salon. The nail tech continued to ignore me the entire time, while explaining how I would like my nails done . I will not be going back . Even if you want to take the color off of your nails and have bare nails , you are required to pay . Besides the dissatisfaction of the nails.

This is a one owner shop! Mimi is great at what she does and will do exactly what you have asked for. I recommend all calling ahead for an appointment.

Very bad nail service do not get the lady takes almost 2 hours to get your nails done !!And the guy with hair on the side that cuts hair very very poor job ! Asked for an ombré and nothing close to it !!! They do nothing to fix the job just let you walk out unsatisfied!! I would not recommend to anyone or go there again !!! I don’t see how he has a cosmetology license!!!!!!!

This was the worst experience ! The gentleman that did my nails cut my finger and when it wouldnt stop bleeding he put nail glue on it. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go there EVER! I did appreciate the young lady fixing his error and trying to make my experience better.

Went in for a full in and a pedicure with a friend. We was rushed to make a decision on what services we wanted. Then after sitting in the pedicure chair for 30 min someone finally came to do my pedicure. My friend Sat and waited while they done someone else who just walked in pedicure. Then everyone in the building was asked if they wanted a drink except for us. I think that if I am in a place and paying over 100.00 on services then they should treat me with more respect and take their time not try to rush us out of the place. Wont be going back there until they get a more people friendly staff.

My first time trying this place and will NOT go back. I got my nails done exactly a week ago and will be going somewhere today to get them fixed, because what is supposed last 2 weeks and I expect them to for $40. They look terrible and most of them are lifting. Not to mention when he was doing them he asked did they look ok and I told him no that a few looked like they already needed fill ins he just ignored me.

Terrible customer service! I definitely won’t be going back. Polish chipped off after 2 days. Went back to get it fixed and was told i peeled it off.

I went to Nails 21 I got a pedicure and gel manicure I was so impressed of the service . The nail techs their are really nice. Love my nails :).

Do not waste your time or money going to this salon! When I left today my cuticles were bleeding because Jimmy the nail tech and owner, who also does hair in the salon was too busy trying to hurry because his next haircut was there. He asked me to come back next time on a Monday or Tuesday. Who does that? Both he and his wife Jessica are alway hateful to customers. Never a Hello or how are you, just pick your color. Also, after he made my cuticles bleed from being rough and in a hurry he put the nail file back in his box for the next customer. So beware! No telling what else they do that you dont know about! That will be my last visit there and my nails looked like crap today!

The worse haircut experience. Do not waste your time or money going to this salon! This place is nasty, they dont give you a clean towel after they wash your hair. Also, the guy (owner) was very rude.
