I inquired three sign companies for the installation of the standing sign at our property.FASTSIGNS provided the quote fastest with a visual image of how the sign is going to look like once construction is completed.I was impressed how quickly and accurately FASTSIGNS worked. The visual image helped me a lot in making the decision.The agent who helped me was very diligent and helpful. Constantly asking for what I am looking for, what I need. If the font of the sign was ok, if the size was ok, and so on. Also, she helped much in finding the most cost-efficient yet not cheap, quotes and proposals.Other companies quotes were more expensive with less-quality materials. FASTSIGNS used 3M brand materials (in my case), with LED light box installation. And it was more economical than other competitors when LED light box installation was not included.Anyways, I am very happy with the sign. Looking forward to working with FASTSIGNS for the other standing sign by the other parking lot.

Cliff is a pleasure to work with. Very detailed oriented and knows his job very well. He has been instrumental in recommending and suggesting a lot of solutions for our business and is so accommodating. Cliff and Fast Signs would always be our partners for our signage needs.

Although the people at the front desk are friendly, there is a lack of professionalism with follow ups! I was guaranteed a product by Tuesday, and here we are Thursday. I called Wednesday after not receiving any information, and the person at the front desk said it’ll be done by mid day Wednesday. Mid day comes, no call, no email, nothing. Today I call, and the whole story changes about issues with my product, and the tech not being there. So now “FAST” signs cannot get my product to me until tomorrow (hopefully). As a business, if you say you will guarantee a service by a certain time, I would expect to see it then, and if there are issues just follow up with the customer to explain. Don’t have them chasing you to find out.

I recently needed a last minute life-size cutout of a friend who was supposed to be a groomsman in a wedding, but was unable to attend due to him being a doctor working in close proximity of Covid patients.I didnt realize every Fastsigns location is an individual franchise, so I called each location for assistance. I had never needed any signs created, so I was new to the entire process. After calling the North Raleigh and Garner locations, I ended up speaking with Alissa at Fastsigns of Cary.She was friendly, patient, and walked me through all of the options I needed to consider to make this work for a special event. We had a few phone calls to discuss the details where I then relayed the information to my friends. I was impressed that she was considerate of my quick turnaround requirement when she followed up by calling me directly to make sure my order was placed in time to make my deadline.The other locations heard my initial request of a life size cutout and quoted me $100 MORE than what Alissa was able to put together. I needed something quick, affordable and custom--which I was able to get through Fastsigns Cary.

Quality was excellent and true to the proof. The signs we ordered were heavy-duty enough for factory use. I also appreciate that they were able to ship the signs since we werent able to pick up.

We ordered some magnets last minute, and with my measurements being a little off they did not work with my truck.Everyone was extremely accommodating and fixed the issue for no extra cost. We appreciated the excellent customer service.

This time was really an exception that people who work in this sign shop were very professional. Their conducts with me was beyond imagination, they were on time, the price was fair, and their product was excellent. They did exactly what I wanted them to do. Mr. and Mrs. Ray and their whole staff could not have been more accommodating or helpful with our very quick timeline and tight budget. My sons fifth grade class gave their elementary school a parting gift of a vinyl window sign on the front windows of their school. The Rays took it upon themselves to do a sight visit and then give us multiple examples of options from the logos we supplied. The schools staff and students could not be happier with the final product. We have being using Fast Signs for many years for our business and they have always done a great job. However today they went one step further. I brought a sign with hinges into them that had broken and they fixed it right then while I waited . The best part is they said no charge!!! It only took them less then 5 mins to repair it. They are top notch sign makers and their customer service is even better.

I arranged for them to redo a small roadside sign for my business. They gave me a quote and they asked for a deposit of $53.13 towards the total of $106.26. I gave them my debit card number over the phone for the deposit. I specifically asked if they would bill me for the remaining balance when the sign was done and they said yes. They did get the sign done quickly and it looked fine but then they sent me an e-mail receipt that indicated that they had charge my card the entire amount of $106.26 before I had even seen the sign. OK, I had only authorized only the $53.13 , but the sign was done quickly and to my satisfaction so I figured what the heck. They did the work, I owed them the money and they were paid.The next morning, however, I looked at my checking account on line and saw not only the charge for the $106.26 but also a charge for $1062.26. Both amounts had been removed from my checking account. After speaking with them it turned out that someone had accidentally keyed in the wrong amount. They thought they had voided the transaction but they did not do it correctly. It took 6 days for the money to be returned to my account and they acted like it was no big deal. Im sorry, but accidentally taking over a thousand dollars from my account is a big deal.I sent them an e-mail asking that they consider at least a partial refund (if not a full one) for the inconvenience but they never even bothered to reply to my request. I sent a similar e-mail a few days later and they again couldnt bother to reply.I also do agree with previous reviews, both here and on yelp, that their customer service is very bad. They have very poor people skills and can be very rude and abrasive on the phone.

I am a business owner in Cary, and agree with the rest of the reviews; their customer service & communications are horrible, and I definitely did not get my sign fast. When I did receive it, it did not look like the proof and was told the color normally does not look like the proof (whats the purpose of a proof then?). Then they put the rivets in the wrong place before asking where they needed to go, so had they repunched with my old sign in front of them. The rivets were too small and I had to hang w/ zip ties instead of the hooks that came with my frame. I asked them to redo it and they said they would, been over three weeks and they have not yet contacted me. Additionally, when they were supposed to charge the deposit, they charged the whole fee instead.With so many other sign companies in Cary to choose from, Ill be taking my sign need business elsewhere in the future.

I actually didnt get a sign from Fast signs because their communication was incredibly poor. This being the first sign company that I have worked with, I tried calling. I wanted to know if I had the proper files and dimensions, etc... The lady on the phone told me to go to the webpage. I said I had a few questions, They will be answered on the webpage.I submitted the information on the webpage. They billed me, we took care of that, and then charged me before printing the signs. They did not tell me until two days before I needed the file that the one I had sent was not usable. Then when I told them about mis dissatisfaction, they responded with a very rude email. I then explained my dissatisfaction and received another email informing me that they would refund the money, and not do the job. That put me back even further on getting the sign. Their customer service is absolutely pathetic. I would not recommend them.
