I found my Past Life Regression session (May, 2019) with Jennifer Catlin to be relaxing, remarkable, surprisingly easy, and quite insightful. I was both aware of my present self and surroundings AND able to tap into earlier childhood experiences in this life and into earlier lives. Jennifers skills and confidence in her abilities supported my personal journey and comfort - who knew Id be able to exit halfway through the session to go to the bathroom (a common release) and pop back into the session as though I hadnt missed a beat!!!My confidence in Jennifer and my experience with her is such that I purchased a 4-session weight therapy hypnosis package for a family member who happily and gratefully completed the sessions this summer.The personal insights I received during my session have assisted me in better understanding my self and my relationship with family members.I look forward to returning to Jennifer Catlin and completing a Life Between Life session with her in the near future.

I went to see Jennifer for some deep-rooted emotional issues. She really knows her stuff and was one of the best hypnosis sessions Ive ever had. (Ive had been to a few). I left feeling more grounded and in more control of those emotions. I highly recommend her. She is really sweet and great to work with!

I had done mindfulness work with Jennifer in the past so I knew what a skilled, kind, and compassionate person she is, which put me at ease. However, I was not sure what to expect out of PLR. I would consider myself a man of science so PLR was way out of my wheelhouse, yet I felt drawn to finding out if there was anything there for me.My PLR session was amazing as Jennifer gently lead me into a previous life that was so real I felt as if I were living it. I could see the parallels between it and my current life and that much of who I am today had come from past lives. Afterward, I began to see the real benefit of PLR for me. I started to really relax and be more in the moment. I came to accept my current life will never be perfect, my job is to be the best person I can now and perhaps later there will be another life to grow further. I guess there must be more to life than facts, data, and science :-) If you have an intuition to dig deeper, I would follow it. Jennifer is a wonderful therapist!
