We used Tidy Up for a move in clean and Melissa was great to work with. We had a late afternoon closing and wanted a company to come out the same day. Melissa and Tidy up was the only company to have someone come out after 5pm. The two ladies whos names i do not remember did a great job. My bathrooms and floors were spotless. I highly recommend using them and I will be using them again in the future.

Highly recommend tidy up!!! Ive tried working for other cleaning companies and by far tidy up is #1. Melissa, the owner is down to earth, the most sweetest person, and is so understanding. All the staff is just amazing and friendly. We are all determined to get the job done right, and to make sure our clients are happy and satisfied with what they are looking for in a clean hope. I was using tidy up for cleaning for a little while. There was one women who would come that I thought was pretty good and asked if I could just have her for cleaning every time. The last cleaning I had other ladies come over to clean. Very nice ladies but really just thought their cleaning wasn’t good. It was suppose to be a “deep” cleaning. There was still dust on shelves, baseboards had my dogs hair on it and the floors really weren’t clean. I felt like they were just trying to clean quickly and get out. Melissa did have them come back over and clean what was missed which I appreciate but just wasn’t a good cleaning and got charged the higher price per hour for the “deep” cleaning. This was far from deep cleaning and I was very disappointed with this. I have found a new cleaning lady who did a deep clean and actually made my home feel clean when she left.

Not thorough, different cleaner every time. Not worth the money or time in having them clean. Owner doesnt seem to care when complaints are registered, service doesnt improve.

I have had a wonderful experience with Tidy Up so far! The owner, Melissa, has been clear and efficient with communication regarding pricing, scheduling and what to expect. Angie, who cleaned our house, did a wonderful job! I am a really neat person and keep our house very clean, but Angie made our counters and floors shine like I have never been able! The pricing is also very reasonable with three tiers of pricing depending upon the depth of cleaning you would like done in your home. I also love that it is a locally-owned business. I would recommend Tidy Up to anyone looking for an honest and thorough cleaning company!

I highly recommend FINDING another company if you want a deep clean. Their deep clean was just unexeptable. Some of the areas were cleaned nicely but my bathrooms were left dirty and same with my lower level. Cobwebs at eye level not even touched!!! Melissa did offer to have some one come to correct it but honestly as a first time customer I feel that it should have been done right the first time and i shouldnt have had to complain. At a quick glance everything looked good until when you really looked it was not good.

Tidy Up! is absolutely AMAZING. The owner Melissa is a total gem, super obliging and helpful and personable and outstanding at what she does - and everyone Ive worked with from her teams have been exactly the same. Ive done the basic deep clean as well as monthly cleanings, and Ive recently referred my mom to Tidy Up! as well. Shes disabled and so some of the tasks she needs vary by visit, but Melissa was willing to work out a schedule/plan that fits my moms situation perfectly. I cant recommend Tidy Up! highly enough!!!

Melissa was very responsive and always answered all my questions via email in a timely manner. Our maid (I believe her name was Tatianna) was right on time and did an amazing job! I shopped around prior to booking this service, and they had the best price for their particular services. I recommend.

Melissa and her team were very friendly and did a wonderful job. We hosted my husbands retirement party and needed the house to be clean for our friends and family. I never hired Tidy Up, I hired someone else that Tidy Up wound up employing. I paid TIdy up once using my credit card, per my cleaning persons request. The relationship went sour quickly, and the person I hired filed a DOL complaint as Tidy Up refused to pay her payroll. So when the next amount came due, I paid the original person I hired and did not pay Tidy Ups invoice. They thought they had the right without my consent to use the saved credit card info and charge my card unlawfully. I now have disputed the unauthorized charge but also filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office. BEWARE OF THIS CROOK THAT STEALS LABOR FROM EMPLOYEES AND UNLAWFULLY CHARGES A CUSTOMERS CREDIT CARD. COMPLETELY UNTRUSTWORTHY.

I called Tidy Up in a pinch and they came out right away! They are friendly, professional and go above and beyond! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. They definitely deserve more than 5 stars.

They have no idea how to run a business, they can’t keep an employee for more than a few months ( if they can even keep them that long ) because the owner doesn’t treat her employees like human beings. She will fire most of the employees and make 4 or 5 people do the job of 10+. Basically, if you want to hire a morally sound business to clean your house, DO NOT go here.

Stay away from this place at all costs! Hired them to do a job, this super rude teenager showed up and basically said they couldnt do the job and left. Then the owner tried to bill us for a service that didnt happen.

When I started using this company a few years ago they were great. Over the last year they have become absolutely horrible. They show up late, dont do a thorough job cleaning and they cant keep any of their employees. The final straw was them showing up late and being in such a rush they broke an irreplaceable item in my home. I left several messages for Melissa the owner to call me and 68 hours later Ive still not heard from her. So if you like horrible customer service and a subpar cleaning job done to your home this is the company for you.

Very good cleaning company. I love it when they come to help me tidy up. Consistently pleasant and worth every penny.
