Sam and Tim went above and beyond for little ole me and made my hectic Monday smoother!! First off they picked up and delivered a couch I had purchased and it was unable to fit through my apt door!! 😱 I called them back, last minute and asked if I got a storage could they come back and deliver the couch to a storage!! They did!! Very professional, very patient, and friendly!! If not for the fact that I’m soon moving and need that couch I would have took the lost, but Junk Drs made it easy for me!! Oh, forgot to mention I had your guys come out and remove furniture on 4/16!! Customer service at its best!! Thank you!!

Over the years the stuff that needs to be hauled off grows until the wife says it has to go. I traded e-mails with the Junk Doctors team and provided some photos of the stuff I wanted to get rid of and got an estimate and scheduled the visit on the same day. Within an hour of Christian showing up and confirming the estimate, the area under hour deck was completely clear and they helped move something for me that I could not move by myself so it can go on CL or Marketplace. In addition to the ease of booking, the cost is very reasonable when I think about loading up my truck and making multiple trips to the dump which seems to be very busy with all the time people have on their hands right now.

My estate sale company has used the Junk Doctors several times when we had a large amount of leftover items needing to be hauled away. They were able to accommodate us immediately, the drivers were very polite and hard working, and the extra stuff was whisked away quickly. I recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.
